F.This venue is very nicely presented with great service from the moment of entry to leaving. Tried the shisha and for a none smoking person I can say it was worthwhile. The chicken wings were huge and nice as well. The sound of the wet Waterfall wall and the music is somewhat different and pleasing. I recommend you try.

Love the private booths etc the place looks like its got a great vibe nice big space abit out of the way but we even had a friendly local who dropped us all of to our hotel.
S.We go to this amazing place all the time. Staff is always friendly, helpful and respectful. Never had any issues or concerns as service has always been amazing. Love the private booths and today we were lucky to get the VIP booth which was amazing. The place has got a great vibe so you can just relax and enjoy the sheesha.

Z. A.Beautiful decor, great customer service, absolutely amazing food; cannot fault it at all and will definitely be returning very soon. We had the king prawn puree, lamb biryani and tropical tawa (chicken, lamb, prawns and king prawn). All food was all genuinely delicious - I highly recommend.

S.Parking isn’t the best but this was past 10pm so double yellows is fine, or as this is birmingham just park your car in the middle of the road, it’s okay there isn’t anyone else who needs to use the road at all. Management need to sort customers parking out on the main road. The decor looked nice, but to be fair looks like a copied version of Pasha Bradford. (Not a fan of Pasha Bradford at all). Prices were a bit more than most places in Bradford & Leeds, shisha was okay. Nothing special at all. Waffles were half decent, food hygiene rating was 3* out of 5 so I didn’t bother trying it at all. All the tables looked shoddy and unclean, but the seats were decent. Overall a decent experience but it could be so much better. Little things make a massive difference.

B. P.Drinks are terrible. They did offer to remake them, which they did. But pretty much tasted the same. Only ordered fries, but they weren't great either. Shisha was nice. The staff were attentive. Overall, traveling 1.5hours to this place was not worth it.

Have to mention about sham, he always welcomes us with Great smile. Big shout out to team Arabesque. Shisha food & desserts selections are great.

Z. T.Not bad. The sheesha wasn’t great when i went a few years back (it was consistently bad!) but I have been several times over the last 4-5 months and its been nice. The service is better when it is quite tbh & I wouldn’t attempt going on a friday/Saturday night. I can’t deal with the weekend ruckus! Manager and staff are nice & helpful. The coal changes are often enough to maintain the quality of flavour.
It can get quite cold in there but when we’ve asked staff to put the heating on they are obliging.
There is always room for improvement - hence the 3 stars overall (4 stars for the staff) but it still needs a refurb - furniture is falling apart & they rarely clean the tables! A nice team but definitely room for improvement.

This is the place to be, although you don't understand how cosy is this place until you actually step inside.
It's full with a relaxed environment where you have a huge selection of drinks, foods and of course shisha.
You don't have to have shisha or food or drink if you like to but you have the option whatever you prefer.
It's always great to experience knowing you will get the best of the management.
Owners Mr Sethi or Mr Mahmood or Mr Shamim is always there to make sure you get the highest level of service and comfort.
When you visit there next time or if you want to visit there for the first time ask for any of the owners I mentioned above and show him this review and my name "Mohi"
You will surely be treated with special care, or maybe you might even get something complimentary if you are lucky...🤓
Also forgot to mention you have the choice to be seated in a private booth or VIP booth, which definitely gives you a peace within your own boundary.

M. A.I'm from the Midlands so I was thrilled when I heard there's apparently a new 'luxurious' shisha lounge opening. I arranged to go with my friends a day after the opening to ensure we got a seat as the venue is extremely busy due to the large amount of people wanting to visit, and I'm not surprised at why..the place is absolutely stunning!!!!!!! I can't believe what they've done with the place, the interior and décor is so gorgeous. There's a bar as soon as you enter with a huge chandelier hanging above you. It was very impressive! The shisha area itself is amazing, it's a large space with black leather booth seating (with diamonds attached!!) and a vip area built on a platform. To top that off there are huge waterfalls surrounding the lounge! There's a vast amount of shisha flavours on the menu, they even had gummy bears!! We ordered two shishas between the 4 of us, they were fab! and the waiters topped up the coal all night, usually I always need to request for the coal to be seen to at other places but the staff here attended to it straight away which eliminated the chance of that harsh smoke you get sometimes. They don't serve alcohol so I ordered a mocktail (first time for everything) it was so tasty!! I thought it would probably be a few cheap juices thrown together in a posh glass but all the ingredients were fresh! I didn't order a dessert but one of my friends did, it was an oreo cheesecake and it looked and tasted divine! The toilets are worth a mention to, they're really quite spectacular and go with the black and gold theme, even the doors were metallic gold! As I was leaving I saw one of the waiters carrying out a shisha made out of fruit with sparklers attached, it was taken to a group in one of the vip booths! I'm not sure how they created it but apparently it smokes better than the pipes, I'll definitely be trying that this weekend! I couldn't recommend this place enough, the staff and atmosphere are great! The only thing that could possibly make it better is if they hired Christiano Ronaldo as a waiter! ;) Well done Arabesque, I'll definitely be a regular!!
L. W.Wow....just Wow...from the moment I walked into Arabesque...I knew this was going to be my Shisha lounge of choice. I have been to Hookah lounge in London & that isnt a patch on Arabesque. The waterfall within the venue is breathtaking & creates a relaxed ambiance with staff doing everything physically possible to ensure that the Arabesque experience is a great one.
A particular highlight was the constant replacement of coal on the Shisha, this was done without needing to prompt staff, even though the venue was close to capacity.
I would highly recommend Arabesque & will definitely be smoking a Watermelon Shisha again soon.
