Food was good but they put the chips in the box on top of the heater and it waited a while for the person to cut the kebab and was therefore cold when they eventually gave it to me. Great location, nice staff and tastes good but if they make it cold like that again I'll have to redo my review. Will try again for sure.

Hi Love this place - we regularly have family meals delivered from here and they all turn up hot , tasty and yummy.. Their cheese-less Pizza "build your own" (Sorry I don't eat cheese, but love Pizza? - weird I know) are really great - The one time we had an issue, we contacted them and within 10mins they contacted us back and a replacement was sent out 5 mins later - Really great food and service - Thank you Big Johns Erdington...

We have been ordering from Big John's Erdington for the last 3 to 4 weeks and have no complaints. Ordered online and food has been on time and we have been more than happy with the quality of the food. Food ordered has varied from pizzas, kebabs and peri peri chicken. Keep up the good working Big John's!

Really good burgers, they are made as every burger should be, the meat is fresh, vegetables too, big dips. The delivery driver is a good guy that always will try to put a smile on your face. Delivery is always on time. If on just eat says 50 minutes, they will be at your door in time, maybe even faster. Also the potatoes have an unique flavour, i recomand Big john's. Keep up the good work guys

Tender fried chicken, exquisite grilled chicken! Perfect for a family night takeaway! Chips can be a bit dry but if you add vinegar they are as good as new! Coming again soon!

Big John's is a chip shop, for those who have never been. It is immaculately clean, staff are friendly and helpful. There is a wide range of food available (pizza, kebab pies, chicken and fish and chips, naturally). I was getting a meal for myself and my children (21 & 20). I personally don't eat any potato products so I just wanted a piece of fish. For some strange reason they don't sell the fish on it's own, only when accompanied by chips (go figure). To cut a long story short (too late I hear you say) the member of staff who was serving me rearranged my order so I and my children got what we wanted, incurring no extra cost or food wastage. The fish was really nice, by the way.

Not a fan of Big Johns to be honest. Not the healthiest of fast foods you can get. Served by mostly immigrants that seriously have no personal hygiene experience. Considering the business is all over the City one would presume they'd go the extra mile. I've only ever eaten once at Big Johns & I have to say after 2 days of food poisoning I'd never go again. Even though times have changed. Food standards are tight now. Once bitten twice shy...

Went the other day. Had quite a big order but was happy to wait. Found out we'd been waiting longer than necessary because they'd forgotten about the rest of our order 🙄

came here a couple of weeks ago and my card got declined eventhough i had money in it, i was quite embarrased so I made an excuse that my card was probably scratched, I then went to the cashpoint and was able to withdraw a £10 note which confirmed my card was not the problem. In conclusion the card machine of theirs was broken and they had not acknowleged it which made my card get declined and it was quite embarassing. also their donner is very dry, fish and chips are nice though could be a bit more salty.

If you're looking for something thats cheap and want a lot of options then this place is perfect. The food I would recommend trying is the donner meat, pizza and fish. To be fair, everything on the menu is decent but avoid the kebabs, they look like how I feel on a Monday. Allow about a 10 minute for food and parking can be issue but options are available if dont mind walking a couple minutes. They accept cash and card. Make sure you check your order especially if your ordering a few items as then can tend to get the odd one wrong. Also food here is all halal

The pizza is awesome, but the chips can be nasty at times. The Fish is good as is the chicken. Don't touch the Indian food there, the samosas and katlamas look like they have been out all day regardless of the time of day you get there. Wouldn't recommend it personally. Especially with the options on the high st.

Usually pretty good, but when I ordered a mixed kebab and salad with no chips, they said they only do it with chips despite the fact that I've had mixed meat and salad (w/no chips) before.

It's 1st Big John shop. They open few more similar shops around bham but this one is 1st and no.1 - open till 5 am prices is cheapest than others, quality 4/5, fast service, no car park, no drive-thru but delivery available in erdington area.

Beware!!!! There is a parking on the pavement clamp down going on!!!! Traffic wardens can issue a £35 fine but Police can Fine and issue 6 Points on licence !!!!!!!!
