I’ve probably just had the best cheeseburger I’ve ever tasted. Flame grilled flavour really came through. It’s was about 15:00 and my order number was no.80 takeaway. Who ever made my order, thank you and Merry Christmas.

The food was so good. I ordered a whopper and unlike most Burger Kings it fell apart but this one didn’t which was really good. The toilets were fine when I went in there. And you can get free refills which many choices. Overall it was very good.

Ok and food was delicious but the touch screens dont allow you to customise the burgers enough. For example my son is autistic and just likes a plain burger but the touch screen wont let me do that, I can o my remove one item, whereas the macdonalds touchscreen allow the burgers to be fully customized. It's a shame because the actual burgers here are much better than their competitors.

Not bad but not great, staff didn't ask if we wanted any sauces, place was busy and upstairs was closed. Touts walking around asking for money and being threatening to younger people when they said no wasn't a great experience.

Visit here when shopping at Birmingham is always been cleaned and tables kept on top of. Food is served quick and is tasty, staff always nice to you and give you what u ask for and meet your needs. However only 3 stars as I’m not too keen on the Indian bloke there he always stands in the same place up the corner of the till moaning at everyone and pretending to write things down and fill in paperwork. Sick of hearing him get on at the staff and I believe he is a BULLY you can tell the other staff aren’t too keen on him either, they are doing their best great staff, Shame about him must have problems at home or in his family and had to take it out on them. When they are busy he just stands there and slates the other staff and criticises them, he is also rude to customers when they ask him something and answers in a sharp manner. I will not communicate with him and if he ever said anything to me I wouldn’t talk to him. Simple as that.

Too busy. It seems that there was an ineffective way of queuing which made people sitting down eating uncomfortable as well as blocked the refills for the drinks. The prices have gone up too by quite a bit and it would be nice if it price matched macdonalds I would eat a burger king much more frequently. However as usual i was highly impressed with the range of the menu and the exclusive items available like the slushies and the drinks from the drink machine ! I loved how you were able to create your own version of the newly released McPlant at McDonald's!

Asked the Cashier for a Big Mac. Was surprised when the King himself grabbed me by the collar and threw me out on the street, he spat on me and told me not to come back. When I did come back he stabbed me in the abdomen killing me. 4/5 didn't get my Big Mac

The food is always decent. The staff need better training - they're polite enough but totally inefficient. No-one seems to have an assigned job - 3 people will be standing around doing nothing whilst 3 more will be chasing around getting the parts of one order, whilst the queue gets longer and longer... Not their fault, they just need some leadership!

Iam vegitarian so tired the new Vegan Royale , served with lettuce , mayonnaise in a lovely roll. Taste was really nice , I would recommend maybe adding a spicey sauce . the fries not good as normal which was a disappointing , I would recommend the Vegan Royale , particularly if you used to eat chicken , this is a great alternative.

I like Burger King and this was pretty much your typical run-of-the-mill Burger King. Thus, 4 stars. I was there during lockdown, so it was mostly empty, and also didn't get a drink, but the machines on-site suggest you can get free refills here -- at least if you're visiting under more normal circumstances.

Pretty standard city Burger King. Not at all bad, though occasionally the tables get covered in rubbish, which takes a while to get cleaned off. I've got no complaints about the food, staff or general cleanliness. The drink machines have a huge variety of offered drinks, but also have a habit of often not working.

Usual Burger King. As it's in the city centre expect it to be packed and slightly difficult to get a seat. Food is great though, no complaints with that but drink machines tend not to have what you want in them. Not very clean in customer area but to be expected given the amount of traffic in and out.

I like the new ordering devices! Easy to use self checkout. Never liked the manual tills. The till created an odd situation where you just trying to decide what you'd like and the waiter just looks at you waiting your order, while they feeling urged by other tasks by the kitchen. Makes it more comfortable to order.

A while since I frequented Burger King; was in town and thought I'd give it a go. The Whopper was tasty, fries were hot. They even had caffeine free cola. Overall, what I expected but I though £6.19 was a bit steep for a medium meal.

Nice and clean, quick service although it was lunch hour! Menu is the same as all burger Kings I presume. One issue... The ordering machines were saying things were out of stock when they clearly weren't. For example bottled water which we could see in the fridge.

Nice, decent and spacious restaurant. Service is good. Free refill with any meal deal is also a bonus. It has been recently refurbished and added contactless charging for compatible phones (I haven't used it though but it's there). Only downside is most parts of the restaurant have poor mobile phone coverage (blackspots) but they have free WiFi so that solves it.

Came here with my son, went to enter and was told we couldnt until we gave the security guard our details. Name, Phone number, Email address and Postcode, explained that I had the Covid track and trace app on my phone and he point blank refused us entry and told us that we still had to give those details. Gave him the details which took a bit of a while because I don't know my mobile number off the top of my head. I don't understand why we couldnt use track and trace?! We both had it on our phones. Allowed in then, directed to the cleaning station as if we weren't going to do that and then my son was told to sit down by the security guard in which I told him no because he didn't know what he wanted to eat.

Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. Premises were clean tidey and spacious and had good atmosphere.. Food was perfectly cooked, plentiful and most importantly it was hot and fresh.. also a good selection of drinks and free refills.. The service was good.

Just like every other burger king really. Not as nice as McDonald's, but nicer burgers. Doesn't take AmEx, drinks are now Despenser through those self-service coca cola dispensers. A good place to have a quick break from shopping if for some reason you don't like coffee

I do like this petrol station as it has quick moving lanes. Every pump has a pay at pump machine that run quick. I don't often go to the shop unless my wife wants chocolate. The shop is nice and the staff are friendly and serve quickly in my experience.

When i was in Birmingham? i visited this particular Burger King on numerous occasions, and my own personal experience was a good one. The food delivered, to me was exactly what was on my ticket?. The only gripe i have is the waiting time for meal, however the staff was were friendly and the general atmosphere was very inviting.

Apparently the beef is halaal yet the chicken is not and pork obviously could never be but aswell as that everything gets thrown into the same frier: contaminating the oil used to cook halaal meats. Love Burger Kings the only thing that I wish there was more burger King's around Birmingham and I would eat there a lot more often and delivery would be a good idea but other than that I have never had an issue with my food services prompt the staff were always friendly it's very rarely empty there is normally quite a few people in there what that is to expect to hear that you are in Birmingham city centre there anything that I would say that the sea in arrangements could be a bit but I thought you had a little bit more room to move around rather than being like that on top of the person next to you

Staff are welcoming, cheerful a d hardworking. The food is delicious and is reasonably priced as are the drinks. It's not often now that we go to Burger King, it was treat if we went to Walsall or Birmingham. The burgers are quite large and filling in comparison to some places we have been to. Others are small sesame seeded and not a lot on them. There are toilets available in all restaurants. There are usually car parks near by with drive through a but I haven't seen any at either Walsall or Birmingham the one in Wolverhampton is located in the Wulfrun Centre, which is just off the Mander Centre. Where there is a car park available. At any of the restaurants you have a choice of either eat in or takeaway. Next time you need something quick for a meal while out shopping try Burger King it really is worth the money.
