I've Been Here So Many Times And Have Never Had A Bad Experience. I Got The Double Trouble Chicken Fillet ,Which Is 90g Prime Beef Patty With Spicy Breaded Chicken Fillet, Cheese And Lettuce, With Fries And A Can Of Drink Which Was Very Tasty. Will Definitely Be Coming Back Again.

Order often from this place burgers are very good, not a good variety of drinks offered, chips are not so good ( can tell tell the same frying oil is used for a long time) Fast delivery and excellent customer service

Absolutely fire 10/10 I'm a burger person and this place is a must try! The beef patties were nice and succulent, the chicken fillets were cooked to perfection! Well done guys amazing job.

The food was amazing is the only way to describe it. I ordered a double smokey XL meal which had beef meat with chicken rasher on top. The combination with the melted cheese was really good. Compliments to the staff because that was one of the best burgers I have tasted in a very long time. The fries I must say tasted better then McDonald's fries and that says something, that must have took a long time to master shows the effort the staff have put in to this place. Need to try this place out to see for yourself. I will be coming again and trying something different as they have some good food on the menu.

Hiya, ( One of many favourite diners to eat at ) the staff are friendly, the style of packaging/store and taste of food is quality an tasty, I pretty much eat at burger town most of the daytimes, referred by a friend, which turned out to be good for me, since visiting, I have a good friendship with all of the staff, overall, sincere vibes and a place to relax awhile. Ordered for delivery 3 times and took away twice. Really enjoyed the food every time - very consistent experience. Burger Town has the best burgers I've had in Birmingham so far - super tasty. Even trivial things like structure of burgers and presentation exceeded my expectations. Algerian sauce slaps, too. Can not complain about delivery and service times - food was delivered on time; prepared in 10 minutes or less when taking away. However, I will comment negatively on the fries. 4/5 times they were disappointing - quite soggy and not very tasteful. This last time they were spot on, though. Will definitely come back for more, would recommend.

The place looked good from the outside and inside, the brother that spoke to me was very helping and was nice. I ordered the double trouble chicken steak along with a few extra toppings. The burger and fries were really nice, would recommend people to eat there and I will definitely be eating there again.

Solid 5 Stars. I have been here multiple times and never had a bad experience. The food is top notch and incredible value for money. Its the only place with "proper" burgers in the Aston/PerryBarr area. The customer service is also great, on one occasion I was not provided something by honest mistake and the shop manager replaced it immediately with a kind apology. Staff are always polite and smiling (unlike many other local establishments!). Very refreshing. Hope to eat here more often. Keep up the good work boys 👍

I have eatern at McDonald's in the Middle East and Pakistan as it is Halal there. There are lots of burger places all over the place but none had that distinctive taste of Mconald's. Having said that, my search for a McDonald's Halal alternative in the UK ended when I went to Burger Town. Their burgers tasted exactly like McDoland's. Not only their burgers but even their french fries looked and tasted the same as McDonald's. I met the owner of Burger Town who was a thorough gentleman and he told me that the factory that supplies them burgers is the same that used to suppply McDonald's. Now the factory has shifted to producing Halal products and that's how come the burgers taste exactly like McDonald's. Later on I took my family to Burger Town and they fell in love with the place. Burger Town has an extensive menu catering to all sorts of tastes. Wish them best of luck and a big thank you for the burgers we have been craving for all these years.

I'm from Bradford and I was recommended to order from this fantastic place! Absolutely no regrets in ordering! I ordered the 'smokey XL' burger and the meat was succulent and tender! The fries were perfectly thin and crispy, just like McDonald's good old fries. The burger wasn't too packed. Hopefully they open a franchise in Bradford! Loved it so much I ordered it again while I was in Birmingham! Please please please open a franchise in Bradford!! Keep up the great standards!

Decided to try this place out after a recommendation from a friend and it was money well spent! I bought 3 chicken burgers, chicken steak burger, beef stacked burger and a beef quad burger. All meals. I travelled 5 miles to get food for the family and the total price was cheaper than my local fast food places. Customer service provided was excellent too. I hate waiting around so a massive thanks to Mo for handling our order straight away. Was also able to pay via card on orders more than £10. Big thanks to Ibraaz too for making us feel welcome. Will definitely be making regular trips here!

Used to go to slams on Ladypool Road all the time as it’s the only cheeseburger I eat. However, my partner informed me of this new place literally behind our house. Have been a few times now and the food has been spot on, the prices are amazing you are definitely getting your money’s worth!
