The staff at the restaurants and bar are work very hard to accommodate your request. They are very lovely and polite. We stayed at the hotel this week. They do a decent continental breakfast and the service by staff at the restaurants was the best part of the stay. Saturday morning was really busy and I am presuming the due to COVID-19 there were only a few staff on site. However, even under so much pressure they seem very calm and polite.
Although, its not on the menu when requested if they can make non alcoholic cocktails for us they were more then happy to accommodate our request. The only feedback is I would like to see is more options for non alcoholic drinks or mocktails on the menu. I would come back here for a meal if they were to cater for halal dietary.

Plush modern French brasserie with trendy glass tables. Selection of booth seating and tables. Good selection of modern French cuisine with seasonal and local ingredients. The goats cheese crostinni melted in the mouth and wasn't too heavy. The chicken wings were crisp but the dip was very strong blue cheesy. My chicken breast main sounded larger than it was. The burger was good but you could only have it well done. Desserts were nice but the sticky toffee needed more sauce for the size. We had an offer but the bill was still quite pricey even after the discount. Extremely excellent service.

Lovely restaurant with a lively atmosphere, great food. Live music was definitely too loud even from the restaurant however the team made an extra special effort for our special occasion meal
