S. S.Staff at this location act like they're phasing out of 50 different planes of existence. They never remember your order number and they often forget to give you your order. Basically have to let my pizza get cold because of incompetence every time I've been here. I just don't understand.. they have all the info they need on the screen next to them...
One time I was asked to confirm my name to pick up my order like 4 times because the guy didn't trust me?! Someone in the back who saw me place the order earlier kept telling him that I was the right person, but this guy insisted on being the bloody pizza police. What do you want me to do next...show you my ID? It's a cheese disc for f$&#'s sake. Was a pretty unnecessary situation.
Pizza is good. Just don't expect good or quick service from this location.
M. C.Ordered during lockdown. The wedges are thankfully better compared to what previous customers have posted and the amount of cheese on the pizza is decent.
However, the order was messed up. How do you miss the most important topping of an American Hot pizza - WHERES my pepperoni???? 😭 Not to mention there was no garlic dip either! All The best part of a Dominos pizza is missing, would have gone to a different pizza place for cheaper.
I’ve never been to a dominos that’s messed up an order before. There should be less orders in lockdown too so it’s not like they where rushing?

Pizza was great, only problem was communication, I'm a bit hard of hearing,tried to get fella serving to speak up a bit, but fell on deaf ears (no pun intended), , could be that different lingo spoken, not getting into any culture stuff, won't blame the guy serving as public facing jobs are very hard, we finally got there in the end.
N. S.Probably the only pizza spot I like to buy from. I like like Tandori pepper pizza, though its not as spicy as I would have hoped for.

R. K.I usually order from Selly Oak at least once a week. However today's service was laughable. My usual server was not there a guy named danish was and half of my order was incorrect. I ordered a portion of cinni dippers, which had no cinni sugar on them. My garlic pizza bread was not cut. I phoned the store, and they did not replace my food. Will not order again unless I know that my regular server is there. Massive let down from a massive company.

R. A.If we wanted a pizza, this is the place we buy it! Buy one get one deal when you collect and I always collect my pizza. The only downside is the parking, if not busy easy to get a space but if not you will park a bit far from Domino's, still you can get a space. Staff are NOT as prompt as you come in, I was ignored by answering the phone call first than the customer that is already inside ready to order. Better order online and collect your pizza here.

I.Domino's is great but this branch have got our orders wrong on a few occasions or poorly made order we have made and we've had problems with payment too. They've always sorted it but the delays in service become quite annoying
