F. A.Warm welcome, good ambience, great variety and good taste.
There is no kids menu and it would be nice if waffle portions have two different sizes, like other desert parlours.
We went in a large group and it wasn't busy however the service was very fast. Even the waffles and cookie, which generally take longer to come, came very quickly. Some of the members in our group said that some ice creams were a bit more icy than more creamy hence 4 star 🌟
We will visit again!
a. a.Nice quiet place to go for dessert. Empty compared to Heavenly Desserts but customer service is quite bad. The workers just hang out behind the counter and don’t really involve themselves or smile at customers. The desserts are cheap but portion sizes are good and they’re tasty and have a large variety.
J. A.Family friendly place for all, friendly staff and good seating choices. Prices are through the roof for everything but the food is nice.
J. E.They do a lot of ice cream flavours . You can even make your own mix n match sundae all mixed up on a ice stone with toppings but we went for the old school puddings which were nice.

One of my son suffers from severe allergy and they always ensure there is no cross contamination.

M. N. S.They are on Popular Ladypool Road. They were first of its kind ,Dessert shop once on this road.
But their business got affected after the opening of some other modern and well decorated dessert places.
Their menu choices are versatile and prices are fine. They have ample sitting space.
Staff is helpful but less energetic. Decore needs some modernization or at least a new coat of paint in the whole area.
There must be mirror and waste bin in toilets.
At a few points , ceiling has got water leakage spots which can be masked by fresh paints.
Overall experience was nice .
I. B.Went today with my son, sister and niece. We had a lovely time. We received service with a smile, staff were very friendly and helpful. The desserts came out quick and we enjoyed everything we ordered. Our kids said they liked the place and were excited about the prospect of eating here again. I would definately recommend Ice Stone Gelato. We had a really positive experience.
M. A.Very clean environment and seating areas. The desserts were really nice, especially the presentation (brownies, with ice cream). There was a bit of a chemical smell near the toilets , however we were able to move seats.
N. B.Really love place. Nice decor. Waffles are nice sometimes they just cover everything in chocolate and there is no balance of flavours. For the past week I have come twice and there is always little flies around and they were cleaning and using chemical spray In the air were customers were sitting and eating.. staff are mostly nice. You have the 1 or 2 girls who are disrespectful... not all that but hey. Lost its touch.

Had one issue with one of the desserts but was resolved very quickly when addressed with staff.
Very large range of cakes and Gelato.
Also have an ice pan so can make bespoke flavours. They do Sundaes, waffles, cookie doughs and a whole lot more.
I think the large range of Gelato marks this dessert place in Birmingham close to the top of the dessert parlour list.
E. P.Came here with some friends for dessert. I explained to the woman who took my order that I have coeliac disease but unfortunately my ice cream arrived with a wafer on it. They were very happy to replace the ice cream and I didn't get unwell which is great. The gluten free menu is pretty good as well.
P. F.The desserts were typical of a dessert parlour. My crepe was smothered a bit too much in nutella. As usual I was left feeling far too stuffed and full of regret. We were there around 4-5pm and had to wait 20 mins or so which was ok. The main downside was that the music was far too loud some of which was inappropriate , we had kids with us. This kind of ruined the atmosphere which is a shame as the place had nice decor. Also pricing was a bit high averaging £6 a dessert. Staff were pleasant.
l. k.Each time I've been with my family we've always had good service. I've always stuck to buying there cakes as they do a large variety. They also do a large variety of ice creams which they let u sample so you know which one to order.
S. K.It was once consider the best place for milk shake and ice cream, but sadly these days it's no more the best. I don't know what happened it. May be the owner has changed now, but due renovation work and closing, it really lost the taste and it's customers too.

Z. M.This place was fantastic when i first went. Loved the whole american idea. The staff were well presented and friendly. Second time i went was again impressed by the whole atmosphere. But unfortunately the third visit which was this week was awful. The deserts were not good and my mocktail...wasnt a mocktail just some juice and tasted horrible. Im sure the management of this place has changed.The staff looked run down and their aprons were filthy. They didnt look presentable. Sadly i will not be going to this place any time soon.
ok so i decided to give this place another chance. Looks like they have sorted themselves out. I had a pleasent time so will be changing my star rating to 3 stars
F.Me and my brothers all had milkshakes and were mostly very happy with them. The music playing was great, the service was good, the atmosphere was nice, but there was quite a long waiting time.
Definitely recommend going.

C.The Mr and I had a really good time really attentive staff and they wasnt really fussed by my partners picky choices. The only reason there is 4 stars and not 5, is because the supposed manager "Moie" or however you spell it was very rude to another member of staff right infront of us. If you are going to even speak to another person so rudely atleast make it be behind close door. After that we was ready to leave.
