Great customer service and delicious food. I made a mistake in ordering and they still corrected my order by giving it without extra charge. Only one negative, a little pricey. Apart from that the food is definitely addictive. 4 stars as there is always room for improvement

Gave this place a try today with my daughter. If there's one thing we both like, it's chicken. This place had some really nice chicken. I ordered the 4 piece box. The leg was stolen by my daughter and devoured in no time, she loved it. Didn't look dry at all and the breast was tasty too. The skin wasn't bad, could taste the salt in it, but nothing over powered. The homecut chips were nice. Even when they had cooled down, they weren't dry and still retained the fluffy texture. Being a fan of wings I tried the hot wings. They weren't too spicy but had a nice flavour to them. The coating was nice and dry, where the chicken just peeled away from the bone nicely. I'll be going back 👌🏽

After shopping in asda, I felt hungry, so I popped in. I had the chips 1 chicken and gravy. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly and very reasonably priced. Chips tasted great, and the gravy was the best I had tasted since my mom made it. Definitely recommend

Halal food. I had the double deck burger meal. The chicken is really nice with a nice coating. Sauces were Really nice too. Food came warm and the portions were good. I didn’t like the chips, they were a bit tasteless and stale so definitely not fresh. They didn’t send any salt or pepper, not even tissue but they could have forgotten which is fine. But overall I enjoyed the meal and I would order again!

Been here twice and on both occasions the chicken was hot and delicious and the fries were freshly cooked and hand cut as advertised. The chicken was leagues ahead of most of the chicken joints you see around where “flavour” often means splashing it in Chilli sauce and there’s just heat there and no flavour at all. A portion of boneless chunks and chips was more than enough to fill me up.

Recently moved to the area and we decided to grab a quick lunch here. I'm glad we did as it's some of the best fast food chicken and chips we've had. The chicken was perfectly cooked, chips were delicious, and the gravy and dips very tasty. Second visit we picked up a burger and those were also very nice. I doubt we'll be going to KFC again around here at least.

First time at this fast-food place and i was pleasantly surprised. An offer in the window caught my eye £1.99 for 3 buffalo wings & chips so i thought lets give it a try. The counter staff were very polite & accommodating especially after i asked if the store was halal as it didn’t display a halal sticker anywhere visible. They pointed out that it was written on the menu which was pleasing to know. The seating was nice and spacious & the shop itself was very clean. The food arrived and i instantly noticed the massive portion of chips which could have fed 3 of me👍 The wings were the hot wings and were very tasty and the hot sauce was just right. Overall a good experience and will definitely visit this shop again soon. Well done to staff & managment 👍👌

Good quality food. The chicken and flavoured and the chips are cooked in newoil that it is fried in is new. Only problems is the staff need to smile and possibly learn a thing or 2 about customer service. Good quality food and a high price but worth it I'd they can maintain this level of nice and clean food in a nice place.

Love JAQKS food, it's so fresh and tasty! I normally the bites with Korean sauce or the Buffalo wings and the spicy chips (they have 2 different types and both and very good). Recommend!

The Best Chicken in Solihull and awesome service. If you are looking for the best quality chicken, you'll find it at JAQKS. It's fresh, hot, proper fries - you know, made from potato?, and service with a huge smile. These guys really look after you.

I used to visit Jacq's in Worcester frequently. This is good as I remember! Fast service, fresh chicken and the skin-on fries are amazing!

So tried Jaqks for the first time the hot and spicy wing weren't exactly hot nor spicy really but lukewarm slight greasy but was ok. The dirty wild wings weren't exactly marinated with hot peri peri wings that was real disappointment. The Kings fillet burger was big and greasy didn't finish it to be honest.
