Good Food Value of Money Nice Family Environment properly Cleaned & well Maintained Hygiene. Staff are really helpful. Good variety of Dishes on the menu. Whenever we go to Town we definitely visit Love Chicken.

Last time I came here was years ago. Thought I’d give it a try again. Had the spicy chicken wrap meal, fries were decent but overly salted. The wrap itself was alright nothing special it’s like dixy. The one thing I really dislike is the actual inside of the shop since it’s crowded with idiots and you can barely hear the workers. Only chicken shop i know which has security lol. Best off taking the food out.

I went to love chicken today and I had ordered chicken burgers and fries for me and my whole family as takeout, which mind you was expensive. However, unlike before, I was disappointed to find out all of the burgers were not chicken but fish. Nobody in my family likes fish. What were we supposed to do about the food now? I spoke nice and clearly and yet the orders were wrong. I love this place and the food they offer but this was really disappointing. I would write more about this traumatising, horrendous even but um afraid I am about to cry. I don't think I can push myself to order from this place again. The only reason this is 3 starts is because the food is just delicious.

Love chicken doesn't disappoint, the staff behind the counter go above and beyond to make you feel like part of the family. Even if they make a mistake no quibbles they sort it out immediately. We went for the friend's platter which was excellent value for money, fresh tasty and delicious. It is always hygienic, and always full with plenty of seating and a very quick and efficient service. It has great decor and a good variety of delights. Well done, and yes we do love chicken.

Halal fried chicken and burger place. Nice seating, I believe they have more seating upstairs but closed off due to covid19 when I visited. Nice spacious room in front of counter so you don't feel huddled. I was waiting no longer than 5 mins for my food. Portion size was good, drumstick could have been better. Burger had too much sauce, fries were spot on. Did not check to see if they had any toilet facilities.

Great food, quick service. Only downside is that it tends to be very busy and there's no sit down waiting area. 5 stars to the bearded chap who has worked there for many years and takes orders extremely quickly.

Overall I would say the food is not bad with decent amount of chicken and fries but the chicken had been fried and left for too long causing it to taste a little dry and the price didn't justify that but the food is an average takeaway

Spacious, clean restaurant and delicious food 😋. This is my favourite fried chicken shop after KFC. Much better than Dixy and the rest. Great flavour, quality and price. 👌

quality food. typically very busy and I can understand why.. the food always tastes good and is of good quality... in other places I've had fries that seemed like they were recoded... chicken that seemed like it had been overcooked etc... never had the problem here. there have been a couple of times my order was messed up but that was because the place was busy and staff were happy to correct it right away without fuss. once the grilled wings seemed undercooked but I am always paranoid about chicken so it was probably me. prices are good. word of warning though.... what they call spicy I call flaming hot. if like me you can't handle really hot stuff go for the non-spicy option. if you like hot stuff go for the spicy option. the spicy sauce is delicious but burns.

went to Birmingham for a day trip and ate here. nice food, good prices. my brother said it was his favourite restaurant, we had a big portion so i wasn't able to finish it but it was very good for its price. It had a broken lift as a prayer room, but it was very good and spacious. love how it looked very professional and was packed because it was so good

I don't say this lightly but the best spicy chicken I have ever tasted. I love it. It's delicious. I've gone to many fast food places and this is one of the best I've ever tasted. Decent Mcdonald's style Chicken fast food shop. The staff work well together trying to process the orders in a quick and timely manner. Good area to eat in, with plenty of tables available. Can get busy at lunch times. All-in-all a decent quick fix after a days shopping.

The staff are friendly & place is clean however the chicken steak burger which me and my friend had was bland, no flavour and processed. It wasn’t hot and tasteless. The fries were nice and the chilli sauce was delicious. I would say the food is below average in tasting and I would not recommend coming here if you are looking for good food to eat.

Food was standard. Had peri peri chicken and fries. Peri peri chicken wasn't dry but definitely had been precooked and slightly grilled fresh to order so I think that's why the sauce didn't really stick to the chicken. Although it tasted nice I just think the chicken didn't feel like peri peri chicken it just felt like steamed chicken with a bit of char and sauce. The burger are great though and so are the peri peri chips so can deffo recommend those!

I visited this establishment a couple of months ago while in Birmingham city centre. At the time i was feeling peckish and i just fancied visiting a fast food outlet. To be fair the food is reasonable priced and a simple selction of drinks. The service was good and staff was polite and attentive. My partner and I both love this place! But in the previous order we had, they gave soggy disgusting chips (I worked in a takeaway shop before so I know what's cooked and what's not cooked.) And a male worker we told the problem to, he was really rude and sarcastic! Like c'mon we are your customers. You got to gain customers, not LOSE THEM?! Your customer service needs to improve. If a customer has a problem or anything, you solve it! (NOT BE RUDE AND SARCASTIC!) One guy, his customer service was perfect! He was in the drink section (they don't have name badge so don't know his name) but his customer service was amazing! ^_^ I was really annoyed with that gentleman.
