Absolutely amazing! I came out of town and found this place. The Orignal beef burger is world class. Loved the taste and service. The place has 5 star hygiene rating. It is fabulous. Parking is tricky to find as its a busy area but you would find in wright street. I would definitely recommend and come again if in the area. Well done!

Good food and served quite quickly at reasonable prices. Spacious seating. Couldn't use the toilet due to being in use by another customer. Parking on nearby road. Alert button which vibrates when food is ready to collect.

Tried the handmade beef burger and was pleasantly surprised, better than some of the burger places that have recently opened around Birmingham. Cooked perfectly and served in a soft bun, meat was succulent and had nice flavour. Also got the le boursin sandwich which is served in soft fresh bread, I thought the chicken lacked a bit of flavour which was the only downside but apart from that good food and customer service.

This is one of the best restaurants for burger in this city, they make a delicious and tasty food, their menu is variable. The staff are nice and helpful, the prices here is logical, they have enough seats besides they have spaces allocated for families. There is no parking, so be careful 😂. Generally I do recommend this place for everyone even for those who doesn't care about halal food.

Travel from london to birmingham saw this place and got into i didn’t expect in the beginning to be the food as delicious as it was. The service by one of the managers Mohammed was increible. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who likes good quality of food and hopefully i can see it soon in london.

Mixed emotions here. Was really excited about my visit but didn’t enjoy it the way I thought I would. The burger was a bit too well done for me and I really didn’t dig the herby seasoning at all. It overpowered the taste of the beef. It was a little bit. Fries were plentiful but were not freshly cooked and they were a bit stodgy. Chicken strips are good value for £1.30. Pizza was freshly cooked and way above Domino/Pizza Hut. This is a great place though. Clean, family orientated. Server seemed distracted today. I think a four star review is fair for the whole experience despite my disappointment as my mate really enjoyed his food.

A really nice burger restaurant. The staff were friendly, it's an extremely busy place but the staff didn't rush anyone. Food was good and prices were very cheap but don't expect gourmet burgers here, this is more of a McDonald's alternative a bit like Mahmoods and Fat Twins. My only complaint is I ordered 10 burgers but when I got home only received 8, I understand they were busy but people should get what they paid for.

Fantastic food at a fantastic prices. Customer service can be improved by smiling more. The grill mix sandwich is fabulous, succulent chicken pieces with beef paties wrapped in a soft and perfectly toasted bread. The flamak burger I was not keen on.I found them to be over cooked and very very dry paties.

Visited this afternoon (on my way back to London) and ordered the Royal Burger meal to take away. The burger was on point! Fries were very good and they even have these new tropical style 7up drinks. Venue was nice and clean with decent amounts of seating. The only awkward thing about this restaurant was the location… you will have to find parking around the back streets as the shop has double yellow lines right outside. When in Birmingham next, I’ll defiantly try to visit again.

Really quick service, staff were friendly and gave really good service. Our order was ready in 10 minutes, food was prepared well, fresh, tasty and the burgers are 99% the same as McDonald's!!!! Only disappointed with 85% of the customer in the store did not wear a mask while I was waiting to collect the food inside the store and it was obvious they didn't have any grounds for not wearing one. Mak Halal provided even provides free mask when entering the store and one customer took a mask as it was free and didn't even wear it!!! So have to question how safe will it be over the next few weeks. I would have expected the staff to provide a gentle reminder to customers to wear the free mask they provide if they haven't got one during taking orders. Maybe have a message on during the in store music you have on?

I got the big mac and it was great, full of flavour from the meat which was very good quality. The fries tasted amazing perfectly cooked. The halal version on McDonald's i need to pay this place a visit more often this is for sure. Plenty of options on the menu leaving you spoilt for choice. They even have a kids menu which is a great addition to have. Reasonably priced great food and fantastic service. Definitely a place well worth visiting.

Mac Halal what can I say the whole rave about this place I experienced when in the premises quality service, very clean, lots of people from different backgrounds and extremely busy. As a man no worry I think alot of women will be intimidated by the overcrowdnes of men in takeaway/restaurant. Suggestions I think one side keep as families or just women entrance other as men reason for this is that it will help with the crowds in queues and ladies will feel more at ease if they choose to do so. I noticed mainly caters for local community and Muslims hence the name Halal Macs. Now I dont want my English friends or readers to feel Outlooked as its open to all race, cultures and religions I just personally feel would be more accommodating if 2 entrances nevertheless u will always have a choice of which to use.

Where do I start? The atmosphere was so peaceful and pleasant the staff in the kitchen and the front was very helpful the food was spectacular especially the ottoman pizza I highly recommend this place for family and friends. I am a burgers lover since a years so I always look for a top quality food. And this is how I got to Mac Halal. 1. Most but not all of food they prepare from the scratch so ask witch one is that. 2. Flavour of a grilled burgers is just perfect. There is no flavour domination by a souse or by a bap, everything keep a perfect balance. 3. Pizza is also a top quality and pan is very smooth, cheese and toppings good quality. 4. Clean area so I'm happy with that. 5. Fast enought. 6. The only one thing they should add to a burgers is a bit more of salad and a pickled cucumber as this help to digest a food better. 7. Price for a burger is just great and I personally choose to burger on its own without a fries because it has a good size. Trully I was there coulpe of times so far and I was never disappointed. It became my 100% favorite place to eat.

Delicous food, fantastic customer service and value for money. Came here for the first time - absolute fantastic tasting food! Great service and unique burger taste. Definately a halal alternative to Mcdonalds which is exactly what we all need! Plus the guy at counter who server was wasn’t stingy with the sauces at all, he gave me 5 boxes of chilli and Algerian sauces. That was very kind of him, I kindly said I only need two tubs. I definately will he coming here again! The pic below is a grilled burger meal (forgot the exact name) and costs just over £5 - definately worth it!

One of the best burger places you’ll find. I go for the chicken sandwich, which is amazingly fulfilling. The amount of chicken you get is extremely generous and you definitely don’t need to have any fries / sides to compliment the meal. Oh and the sauce… next level! Have not found anything similar anywhere.

Wow, a lovely little place (okay, not so little) but it has a nice and cosy feel to it. There was a good choice of food and drink, along with polite and friendly staff. The food was cooked in good time and was of a high standard. Prices were consistent with the area Parking isn't the best but they can't help that. But it's the type of place I'll come to regularly when in the area. Highly recommended.

Visited Mac Halaal a few days ago as a treat for my children. We did like the place although it was very busy even for a friday night!! They served us within 15 to 20 minutes. Only thing I can be a bit critical of is the toilet the food wasn't great!! The dips were tasty but overall the food was a bit tasteless.

The boys running this place are always on point. Best place to get a burger. Tasty food at a good price with welcoming staff. I have been many times and always consistently good. Only difficulty is finding parking but that's because it's on a busy main road.

Ever since we discovered this place it has been a must to stop by when we pass by the Midlands. The most amazing Double/Triple Beef Grilled Burgers I've had. The Algerian sauce is amazing too. The staff are so welcoming and attentive. The place is very clean and spacious. 10/10, can't wait to visit again. I'm from up North, I wish we had a place like this here!

Food was fresh and delicious! Went with the chicken fillet burger and grilled chicken burger. Good portion of fries, good packaging, very happy with the 2 sauce tubs per meal (most don't even offer any sauce) good variety of drinks and delivery service was rapid! Mak Halal have simply mastered developing a serious upgraded alternative to MacDonalds. Extensive menu, high quality food and ample seating. Be prepared for long waits during peak times but overall worth it. Definitely worth a visit and it won't be long before there is a Mak Halal near you.

I ordered the flame grilled beef burger and I have to say I am really impressed. I usually shy away from beef burgers because a lot of ones I have previously tried have that horrible after taste like you have just bit a cow. But this burger I had was a m a z i n g, it had a neutral yet very appetising taste. Well cooked and you can taste the flavour of the grill. -Decent priced -Very tasty -Great portion size. -Great and generous selection of sauces. Food is decent though could be more flavoursome, one thing in particular i noticed is the lack of engagement between the staff and the customers, this could be worked on to make a more welcoming environment. The staff also seem a tad bit rude at times, but other than that if you want a decent burger, then it's a great place to come. I always come here to get food for my family, I tasted this food for the first time and was impressed, the food is always spot on such as the service. This place burgers are LUSH, loads of choices to pick from. The buffalow burger is so filling (10/10), the food is fresh and made to order. The place is clean inside with a family room.One issue is they sometimes dont allow orders below £5 and says its more than £5 spent on card but im sure this is not allowed via the regulations. so be weary of this. People came in and out faster then it takes me to turn on the TV. And people sitting down are so noicy and disruptive. So you would think the waiting time would be short? Nope. We waited 15minutes for 2 burgers and chips. Like 10 people came in and out after us and got there food within 5minutes. What took so long? Anyways the food was pretty good for the price. Being a (healthy) takeout lover, i rate this place highly and is probably the best takeout restaurant in Birmingham. Mak Halal and Slam Burgers are on a another level with their food. Fantastic choices of grilled chicken, beef and fish coming in various forms. At the moment, Mak Halal is slightly ahead simply because of the sheer consistency in the quality of their food and better pricing, not to mention their absolutely stunning oven baked Pizzas. I'm a regular customer and eat there several times a week as its ideal if you're a gym goer in terms of their portion sizes for some of their food, like the Grilled Chicken and Beef Sandwich range which only accomplished individuals can finish. All in all a fantastic establishment, hopefully they will expand and have franchises up and down the country, Inshallah. Potential is definitely there.

This place blows all else out the waters for me. It is my number one go to, to satisfy that juicy burger craving! The menu has a lot to offer, with their sandwich options being the most value for money but honestly I don't believe anything on their menu is too pricey for the awesome value they provide. Customer service has always been excellent whenever we have been and I've not had a single bad meal from them. My meal is always fresh and piping hot, which is something hard to come by these days at other fast food places! In comparison to Mcdonalds? All I can say is Mcdonalds Who?!

Been a few times since Ramadhan and always happy with my food, but this time I ordered a chicken fillet burger for my 5 year old daughter. Came home with food (6 miles away) to find they'd given her an overcooked steak burger . Too far to go back for just a burger, so daughter had to have it. Plus it means I paid more for her burger than what it actually cost (as steak burger is cheaper than the fillet). My Boursin was spot on though and the sauces are very nice too. Did ask in the venue if they had a website or takeaway menu and they dont have either, so you do really have to go by word of mouth if you've not been before....or just decide when you get there.

There is a toilet but isn't very easy to access and requires updating but is clean. There isn't much parking available as it's outside a busy rd and all the side rds are full of cars. I would have given it 5* if it had parking and bigger seating area as it's a busy place. But don't let that put you off the food itself makes up for it.

One of the best burger places in Birmingham allways fresh only negative thing is its small and very busy overcrowded sometimes and they need more people to keep tables clean because sometimes you have to wait for a table and its not always clean .and have clean it urself

Bugars are the best double flame. BUT the tall young guy on counter with glasses what i seen was abit off putting. He was wiping his teeth with a tissue and sniffing it hmmm oook glad he was not on the other food section side. Other then that double flame spot on. Shame about price or would have 1 everyday.
