G.I was in the city with 2 young children 8 and 14 years old was after Halal places to eat and made it to Nandos for 11:40am and were one of the first few peoples after they opened at 11:30am and the place was clean and smelt nice, we were shown to our table by a polite member of staff, once ready we ordered our food at the counter, it arrived quickly and exactly as ordered! Nandos is not the cheapest place to eat but if you want good clean food with a good menu, clean environment, good for kids not just adult then this is the place for you.
I've been to this Nandos a number of times and it's always good clean food, this time around used the toilets with the youngest which are upstairs maybe a bit small with only one cubicle and 2 urinals but it's was clean and tidy

H.First visit to Nando's and I'd highly recommend it! There was a good range of chicken and burgers, with various vegeatarian options too. The spice levels aren't insane, I got a hot burger and I couldn't taste much spice (little disappointing but that's just me)
The decor was lovely, waiting times were short and the toilets were clean too. Prices are a little high but very much worth it.

J.I've been to this Nandos a few times and have enjoyed it. Today was particularly busy, I'm assuming because everyone going to see Avengers... me included!! Staff were friendly, table was clean and food was hot and tasty as always. My only gripe is that they bring the food separately, I would have preferred all my order, or at least everyone's starters etc at the same time. My friend had her food and I had to wait a further 15 minutes for mine... we ordered on the same bill so this shouldn't be the case.
Overall this visit was pleasant.

N. S.This Nando’s is conveniently located next to the cinema. I have been coming here for over a decade now & have never had a bad meal so far! The waiters are friendly. Despite always being busy, the food is ready in no time. One of the more senior members of staff, who might have been the branch manager, offered me a Nando’s card which gives me discounts/special offers & I thought that was brilliant!

This particular restaurant were dealing with the changes quickly and successfully. The staff were also happy to be there which was so nice to see. The man that served us when ordering our food looked like he couldn't care less that he was talking to a customer. He was having a conversation half way through being told what we wanted and wasn't listening in the slightest. This could be seen when we ended up being over charged for garlic bread, which we luckily got sorted out by the very helpful manager along with some of the other more helpful employees. The man also didn't put a glass of tap water onto our order, and listed medium instead of hot sauce on the chicken wings. Was annoying, but we didn't send it back because we were so hungry by this point. The queues were also consistently so long we didn't think it was worth trying.
We did end up being sat at a table very quickly despite there being a queue to get in, and our food also came within an amazing time.
Overall our experience was okay verging on good. Would give a 3.5 star but I can't.
J. S.A great branch of the infamous Nando's brand, parking is available on the streets around for a reasonable price and is free after a point, if you're lucky to find a spot. Always nice to soak in the atmosphere of Broad Street after a meal.

My only complaint would be the other diners, a homeless gentleman who I don't think even ordered food was sitting next to me, and I think the man opposite me may have been a murderer. A.I prefer this Nando's to the one in Star City - it's halal. It's smaller than the one in Star City too and has a more cosier feeling to it.

I.It sells chicken. Seriously does anyone need anything further explained to them about this place? It's ok, nothing more, but fills a hole if chicken is your thing. The vegetarian options are expensive for what they are and yes I have ordered them.
K. R.It was quite crowded the day we went as it was a weekend. But the food was really good and ready very quickly. We ordered a full chicken plate which served the 3 of us very well.
R. N.Expect a wait when busy. Large groups can be catered for - best to ring ahead to advise so they can accommodate. I find that they try to squeeze a few too many tables for the space. This means you are often rubbing shoulders and elbows with fellow Nandoites (it sure is a easy and entertaining way to eavesdrop - that is if the people on the table next to you are talking to each other instead of being engulfed in their smartphone). Food is generally fine but be aware of the extra burnt chicken and undercooked anaemic fries they serve once in a blue moon. Asking the staff to exchange when this happens is not an issue at all. Overall it's a nandos so don't expect fine dining expect nandos. I'm pretty sure the phrase have you been to nandos before is the single most pointless phrase known to man/women 🤔

D. E.Absolutely adore Nando's, but this particular example is always extremely busy, which makes it slightly less favourable when choosing which one to frequent. However, since it is now the one that's closest to us, we have little choice. Food is brilliant, as it is in every Nando's, but a system could maybe be put in place to ease congestion and reduce waiting times.
