Me and my boyfriend popped in for some food on my birthday & had a lovely time from start to finish! Food was delicious as always (my partner went for the sunset chicken burger, and I went for the imitator wrap). Clint was absolutely phenomenal and a true asset to the place - so friendly, happy and chatty with nothing being too much bother. Top notch guy! Thanks for making our visit fantastic 😊

Good atmosphere busy as it was a Saturday night. Had to wait a long time for the food. Had to ask a Waitress in the end as people who came in afterwards got served before us. It was explained that they were smaller orders( they were 2 people and we were 4). Think it should go in order not table size and its not as if we were a very large group.

Tricky for an elderly technophobe like me to book a table and order food but to my delight staff are wonderfully helpful and willing to take an order in person, over the counter. I really enjoyed the food and the vibrant atmosphere.

I haven't been to Nandos in a long time, but my 2 minute interaction with Jessica was well worth it. She was patient with me when I was struggling to read my order off my phone and she was super prompt getting my order though. True credit to the team.

Beautiful, amazing and banging food, polite and friendly staff on arrival, ashame the cleanliness of the toilets and restaurant was abysmal. Dust everywhere in eye shot, the floors in the restaurant and toilets were constantly wet. Slipped a few times whilst walking through the place.

As we arrived we found out you had to scan the qr code and press on the link and join the virtual queue, they will text you when your table is ready. We had a bit of trouble with the link, but we got a table straight away in a booth which was really nice. We ordered the platter for 2 which is a butterfly chicken and 4 thighs with 4 regular sides, we had garlic bread and chips and a super food grain bowl which was really nice and some coleslaw. I really fancied some wings so ordered some extra. It was a perfect portion size and we managed to eat it all without any waste. For drinks we had the apple cider which was really lovely. All in all we had a really great experience, with really lovely friendly staff.

Enjoyed the visit today. Sat down relatively quickly when though another customer pushed past getting a table. Staff didn't feel like to challenge that for some reason. Food ordered and member of staff taking the order was very pleasant, keeping the conversation following and making the service quite enjoyable. Food arrived and was cooked through well. I think that the plates may have been cold as my chips had cooled down quite quickly. This was the reason for a star being knocked off.

The taste was spectacular, just missing the seats, because of current covid19 restrictions and city went into tier3 so restaurants open only for take away & delivery... it quite different to eat the hot chicken wungs in nando's than taking the hot food out in the cold weather... perfect taste - missing the eat-in Note: the photo was from my 1st day in the city

After COVID-19 still delicious and nice food, long queue, i was fancy Nando’s that day sooo much and no online booking so it’s a matter of chance . The lady at the entrance said no place for tonight come another day , but luckily we found table ( I was lucky) . I always have a great time at Nando's, and this location is no exception! All staff were very friendly and helpful. The food came out at a fast pace, still hot, and delicious! Usually enjoy a cheeky Nando's. This branch I found a little too packed together inside. The service was great and the food was as good as expected. One thing that really disappointed me was the size of the cup of tea... Like seriously, which adult can get satisfaction from a cup that would be small for a child?? They need to sort it out. That aside I can't really fault them.

Waiting time was too long although there were many seats available. I understand we are in a pandemic, but can we use our common sense please? The food was good, service was good, however, they did not have any garlic bread on the menu online which was somewhat disappointing.

Loved this Nandos. Location is just perfect for shopping and relaxation. Went with a friend for lunch and we were welcomed well and asked if we wanted a window seating. Scan and ordered our meal online and within 20 mins we were eating. I had the chicken burger with corn cob and rainbow salad. My friend had burger with chips and corn cob which was very hot but she loved it. Service was superb, staff very friendly and setting was beautiful. Music was amazing, it was mostly African and I kept dancing it before our meal came. I will recommend this Nandos to anyone.

Have dined here both before Covid and after and I would recommend. Young, friendly and efficient staff. The restaurant is clean and easy to navigate and post Covid, has effective safety protocols in place - smartphone needed to take photo of QR code menu which you then order and pay from. The service is streamlined and personal despite a lot of interaction on your phone. Happy to be dining back in to enjoy succulent Nando’s chicken and peri peri salted fries. Although the current menu is reduced, the options are good. Generous drinks/wine menu; the Portugal white is highly recommended. Thanks Nando’s, won’t hesitate to come back.

I tend to be biased towards Nando's and this one did not disappoint. Wednesday early evening visit. Had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Cashier was friendly. Was ordering for 5 of us - so expected a bit of a wait. They only forgot one small piece of the order. 🙈 Food was tasty. Portion size was pretty ok. I took off one star for toilets that stunk of p*ss and the plates were left on the table for too long. No real vibe or buzz...but that wasn't an issue for me. Staff were generally helpful and smiley.

Despite the current pandemic, the staff went above and beyond, constantly asking if everything is okay and if we need more refreshments, really polite, smiley and considerate too. The virtual queuing system is excellent, allowing you to continue shopping and you will receive a text when your tables ready, giving you 5 mins to get to Nandos again! Keep up the good work.

A fantastic restaurant. The staff are always happy to help, no matter what the question. No matter how busy they are, there is never normally a long wait (10-15mins) even at peak times. A good Nando's. Standard Fare for the chain with no surprises. Reasonably long ques to order at peak times but that is not a criticism as that is expected. Food was very tasty and arrived promptly. Service at the till was very good and the whole place felt clean and well managed.

Just like any other nandos. If you order take away make sure you check it before you leave. Everytime I get takeaway my chicken is ALWAYS BURNT. If you choose to sit in the queue is almost always 8/10 times atrocious. Its outside the restaurant. Food is good haven't dropped their standards. Shout out to Lunga ( Great customer service) Been meaning to write this review for the past 3 times visited in the past 2 months. Amazing service from my favorite member of staff lunga (manager) (aplogies for mispell) Every time i come its like a 1st time service. Anything from the food, the service and hard work. He stands out every time being attentive to each customer. All other staff are always polite also. ( A lady with curly hair on the tills with a kneck piercing was very helpfull too). Going to a resturant for some decent priced tasty food really changes the experience when you have great customer service. Lunga really shows inpeccable customer service and team work. I always watch him making his team happy and relaxed and the atmosphere filled with nice energy. The food always comes out quick and grand central is the best for fresh avacadoe. Hullumi is always cooked perfectly and the chickin is delicious. I usually have the Double chicken pitta with sun dried tomatoes, fresh salad and delicious Sauces- Yummy dish! I have brought 3 different groups of friends here now and they have mentioned Lungas service before i have even said that hes great. So thank you to lunga and your team for always making nandos that extra bit tastier and enjoyable! Martine (Very happy Regular nandos customer).

Entrance to the shop is grouped into three lanes - Rider, Take Out and Eat In. To Dine in, you'd need to book a place on online, where you'll be put in a queue and duly notified when it's your turn. Once admitted to dine in, all orders and payments are placed online, and your order is brought to your table. This, to me, makes it COVID secure as it makes for orderly entry, limits excessive human contacts and allows for proper social distancing.

Always enjoy a nando's, but on this occasion things didn't go to plan !! Both meals ordered, mine came, wife's didn't, I asked one of the staff where the meal was. I'LL get it, she said, off she trots, comes back with a pot of mayonnaise and off she goes ( probley doesn't understand potteries Queens English, lol). Another member of staff was near and we explained what has happened, off he goes and comes back, this time with the meal (yippee). Then the manageress comes over and has a chat, she's not impressed with the service from her staff. We now have a voucher for two meals in Stoke. Still enjoyed the meal, still value for money, pity about the service lol . That is why only 4 🌟.

We visited 23.10 on my birthday for lunch while shopping in the bullring. We got a table straight away, the staff were polite and friendly and it had a lovely atmosphere. My Son is very fussy and won't eat nandos. I asked the waitress if it would be ok for me to order him some chips but also grab him a pizza from Greggs across the way for his lunch. She said this was absolutely fine for children. This was so lovely and accommodating and it was nice to be able to have my birthday nandos and not worry about what my son would eat!

I view myself as quite the cheeky guy, so I frequent many nandos as my meal of choice when I'm out with mates or with the missus. Of all the nandos I have been too, the nandos in Northampton has the best food and atmosphere by far! Not sure why when they are supposed to all be the same but from the presentation to the seating options and the chicken to the chips, this location gets approved by me. Takeaway was also class, for when you want a cheeky night in.
