Surprisingly chilled for being situated in the Grand Central station. However the quality of food across all Nandos is quite shocking now, the portions feel tiny the food does not come hot and the sauce it's such a mismatch whatever this red stuff that is on there now tastes weird. The restaurant is also primed for huge waves of people and I've witnessed so many people coming for food only to be turned away because they close early! This is the Grand Central station and it should be open untill midnight at the least! You've definitely lost around 9 people since I've been eating and the manager or staff got frustrated going back to the door all the time so he locked it then people just stood outside and waited. The few people inside who wanted to leave couldn't get out, as I'm writing this review there's another three people wanting to come and eat! I also not a fan of this QR code on the table that you have to use to scan. Stressful and unnecessary. Maybe it's Brexit maybe it's Corona maybe it's inflation but the portion of food I received is a kid's meal.

Had a wonderful time at this restaurant and my review is all positive. We were seated upstairs but there was plenty of room and the food arrived at our table very quickly. The food itself was amazing beautifully cooked and prepared and tasted delicious. The staff were very friendly and courteous throughout and the meal was reasonably priced and great value for money.

Really like this nandoes. It's a little smaller than the other one in the bullring but it's a nicer atmosphere. The upstairs is normally a little quieter so ask if you can have a seat up there if you are on a date .... You are welcome ☺️

I visited here today and this is by far my favourite nandos! The atmosphere, the chicken and portion sizes are amazing. Had a long wait due to an older couple ahead of me being quite undecided. The two young staff on duty upstairs were managing an increasingly busy period with smiles on their faces and managing several quite difficult situations simultaneously. Janelle and Dani are an absolute asset to Nando’s and have customer service boxed off to a tee! Will be back for sure!

I had a lovely meal here with my friend before we got our train home. At first we were told there would be a 20 minute wait to get a table. but we got seated within 5 minutes of them saying that. As I don't like meat with bones in I opted for the butterfly chicken, and so did my friend, but I had mine hot which was delicious and the side of chips were cooked to perfection. Also, the coleslaw was one of the best tasting coleslaws I've had! Me and my friend both enjoyed our meals and found the atmosphere really nice and inviting, and the staff were really friendly too! I'd definitely come back again whenever I'm nearby.

Excellent Service! We were seated immediately, and had a nice view of the kitchen. The queue to order was very short so our food flew out of the kitchen. Halloumi sticks were delicious and packed with flavor. Service was so fast that we had just enough time to finish our starter before our Fino Pittas arrived(Sorry for no pictures!). Absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was lovely! Will be returning!

Everything you would expect from a Nando's. Fast service and good food. this restaurant has a large upstairs area which seems to not be open all of the time despite the very large queues out of the door downstairs. Several times i have gone with a large group (even when i have called ahead) and been made to wait despite the whole of upstairs being empty and plenty of staff on hand to man the till.

its alright. my friend asked for a mayo and he got 3 tubs and then i asked for some mayo and i got 1 tub. i dunno whats goin on but i defo got shegged and like he was white and i wasnt so idk whats goin on there. although line was line. food was rapid and decent and the placement of the drink machines were a bit dodgy. sometimes when people sneeze they sneeze onto their left shoulder or right shoulder. and if they sneeze on their left shoulder, because ur table is on the left of the drink machine, a 2 2 bogey might land on ur grilled chicken wrap for a bit of extra flavour. also they dont have takeaway cups, what is goin on. also i was gonna finish my wrap then the donny took away my plate so i got robbed

A very nice branch of Nando's. I've been to Nando's countless times so the food was everything I was expecting. On this particular occasion, however, we had to wait around 20 minutes for them to have plates again which was annoying bacause our food started to get cold.

I had lunch with a friend at Nandos Grand Central today and the food was absolutely yum. We both had the staple "chicken with two sides" option. Mine went down rather quickly, oops. So I went to this Nandos to have lunch with my babygirl. We where seated pretty quick. I ordered the mushroom pitta and halumi with peri tamer (I don't eat meat). Was pretty shocked when it came super duper quick. I bit into it only to find a WHOLE CHICKEN BREAST! I literally had to laugh. So I took it back (I didn't make a fuss or anything but explained I didn't eat meat and this was not acceptable. Was told I'd get a new meal. The shift manages came over and was extremely apologetic and refunded my whole meal (which I didn't expect) he was super helpful. The serving staff too where helpful and apologetic. The only suggestion I can give is be wary of the time you go otherwise you will wait a while to be seated

I'll give it a 5 star only for the name. I am one of the biggest lovers of Nandos on this planet. I just love the combination of their fleshy chicken and the peri peri sauce. The location of this joint is very nice. Not the biggest Nandos I have been but certainly one of the most comfortable ones. Would fully recommend.
