Visited today with x2 of my friends and my 6 month old. I say from the get go the staff member called Mckenzie was AMAZING! Very polite, helpful and just nice! I thought she was the manager as she was so welcoming (she should be). I will visit here again based on the fantastic service she delivered!

What can I say? Nando's is Nando's, and wherever you go, you know what to expect from the chain and there's usually reliable consistency. Good to see that the menu is adjusted and extended regularly, presumably in response to customer's reviews and requests. For instance, the portobello mushroom & halloumi pitta/burger is back - hurrah!

Went in just me and my girlfriend, we were told to wait to be seated, despite being told we would wait 15 minutes we were seated in less than 5. Really enjoyed the food, really nice restaurant. Staff are really good and didn't rush us. The menu is nice and simple, and not too pricey. A really relaxed environment. Just remember to scan the QR code outside to book a place in the queue. Definitely well worth a visit!

Standard procedure. This Nando’s is slightly smaller than the other city centre branches, it’s open later however. Bare this in mind finding a table is difficult. Foods good.

Who doesn't love a good Nandos?! My sister in law is Celiac and when explained to the staff there were really good explaining the process and informing the staff when we were at the till of the situation. So if you do have any dietary requirements they are on it so couldn't fault there service. Would recommend! Always a good atmosphere too!

Oh my, I really wish that we had this at home in the USA!!! It's so delicious I got the Lemon and Herb Chicken Breast dinner with one side of delicious Garlic Mashed Potatoes!!! Yummy!!!! It was a little spicy for me, but I went back up and ordered some delicious Avocado to tame the heat.....LOL......table pepper is hot to me, so I'm never an awesome judge of how spicy food is! I really enjoyed my meal, and my husband enjoyed his also!!! One of our best dining experiences in Birmingham!!!

I did not get the name of the cook that went up and beyond making sure he cooked our two orders to perfection. I like my chicken well done like real dark and he kept cooking until it was just the way i like it. Nandos has never got it this perfect until today.

The chicken was cold and dry. We got told they don't have the Beanie so we ordered something else instead. Ten minutes after we ordered, someone that just got in asked for the Beanie and they were told they have it. Not the best Nandos experience overall. Staff were friendly. .

While I do enjoy grabbing a cheeky Nandos from here, I have to say that with this place, it's easier to place your order and wait till it's ready to be collected or served to your table as opposed to placing an order online. Placed an order for collection and ended up sitting and waiting there for 30 mins anyway. Although this has happened a few times now, the wait seems to get longer each time. Conclusion? Eat in and don't take away!

Standard nandos! Clean, nice staff, and good food. Came here when the bull ring was manic and had long waiting times everywhere and was worth the walk down.. really quiet and seated right away!

Hey. It's Nando's right? It's in the Mail Box. Thus it's Easy to find. Simple dining based on famous chicken and chilli sauces recipes. Nothing extraordinary about meals. It has its fans naturally. Been there, done that, move on. Oh and the female staff member of Cafe Nero who dragging / scraped all their communal area furniture back inside their adjacent operations need to understand the racket they create for Nandos diners. Not a pleasant experience for all that. Cafe Nero N.B.. Think outside the box please. Two people should pick the furniture up; not one female staff pushing every bit of furniture by herself and creating a noise nuisance to outside diners at Nandos. Circa 6/630 pm. Be warned!!

An average nandos experience the odd hiccup with the order because for some reason ordering is over complicated so many different options, add on's, questions etc. It's alright enough food but nothing to write home about and personally I think it's pretty overpriced for what usually ends up being chicken and chips.
