Wonderful food and amazing and fast service and staff. These guys absolutely rock! I’m a regular here and they fail to disappoint! Everything we order comes piping hot and tastes delicious. Absolutely no low points! Keep the great work 🤩

Had a lovely boneless platter extra hot as well , 10 extra hot wings and a grilled burger . The burger was a bit bland but the rest of the food was top notch and you could Taste the true flavours from within the chicken .

I've ordered boneless chicken thighs with rice and garlic bread on the side. I've also tried their fries, I wasn’t disappointed. Food was so yum, clean and fresh, would simply rate it 10/10, the place is really cozy and all staff were polite and friendly, even though they were under pressure since it was really crowded and full of people. The only thing that was a bit bothering me is the toilet, it needs to be cleaned more often. Would definitely come here again!

Ive tried to eat here many times but frustratingly there always seems to be a waiting time even though i could see spare tables inside. The food is amazing fresh and delicious and i like the refillable drinks. The staff are very courteous but i just think with nandos u should be able to book in advance or given an accurate waiting time at the front door which is not always the case .

Decent food, but a few niggles along the way... After we used the app (which is really user-friendly) to order, we waited for what seemed like ages and eventually had to ask somebody to bring us glasses to get our bottomless refill soft drinks. The starter also took ages to arrive, but was worth waiting for. Our drinks were really weak as the Coke Zero syrup in the machine ran out, so we had to ask for it to be changed and then were eventually sent to a different machine upstairs instead, when they couldn't find replacement syrup. We'd ordered seasoned fries with both meals but got one meal delivered with plain fries, so had to ask for the seasoning separately instead. Both meals were tasty though.

First time trying Nandos and it was in Birmingham during my road trip where I dined with a friend. Lovely evening, the food was really nice and flavoursome. A peaceful ambience I must say on a weekday night. Food arrived quite quickly after placing our orders. Staff were really friendly and professional who checked to make sure we were happy with our food. 5 stars definitely!

Amazing service from Morgan tonight she accommodated me really well after miscommunication of tables. Was going to give 1 star but with amazing hospitality from her it was impossible! Ok, so this is a standard Nandos and you get all the usual stuff but they do not appear to know what cloudy lemonade is, even though it is on the menu and just keep pointing at the Sprite and looking at you like you are mental. Then, when you show them on the menu what you are talking about, somebody disappears for 5 minutes and then comes back with a glass of sprite. Great!! Also, if your group is 6 or more, forget this place as the biggest tables they have are for 6 and even those are only really suitable for 4. Who knew you could get a bad Nandos!?

Nando's is typically quite reliable but on this particular occasion there were a few things that affected the experience: • The QR ordering failed to go through and after 10-15 minutes I had to resort to ordering in person anyway; this seemed to be happening with others as well • A part of the creamy mash side was stone cold (thankfully this wasn't the chicken!)

TBH 5 stars isn't enough. This was our first time visiting a Nando's and we will definitely be back. I was very hesitant because I dont like spicy food but thankfully my husband made me go. Big thanks to Lunga who took care of us very well when he heard we hadn't been to Nando's before. (Thank you😀) He took the time to explain how Nando's works as far as the spice levels and just what Peri-peri is. Our wonderful server Stef had some great suggestions and helped us pair the sauces and sides. Stef was an absolute delight and it was nice to have a chat about Birmingham and places to go and things to see since we are new here. We had a Chicken wrap and a Beanie wrap both delicious and just the right size for a meal. We had sides of coleslaw and spicy rice and ended up with some chips too. All very delicious. I got my Beanie wrap plain-ish and tried out the sauces to see what I liked best. I'm leaning towards Lemon Herb but I probably need to try them all again!! Just to be sure 😉 Also a shout out to Deen for helping me order when I screwed up on the app. Over all I would highly suggest the Nando's on New Street not just for the delicious food but wonderful staff as well. They really made our dining experience top notch

First time I've been to Nando's: the chicken was delicious - possibly some of the best I have ever had - and the chips were far better than I'd expected. An affordable price, as well as being value for money with generous portion sizes. Not only was the main absolutely amazing, there isn't enough praise for the desserts and bottomless CocaCola refills. The chocolate cake was a treat! The staff were especially welcoming, and Olympia was an absolute delight - she was so friendly and helpful. It's safe to say that I'm definitely going to be coming here from now on whenever I eat out in city centre. Five stars all the way!

I came to this branch this evening having never been to this particular branch and the service was outstanding. There was myself, my partner and our 3 children (which is always fun)the staff went above and beyond to engage with my children especially my baby girl in the highchair. Went here yesterday, with my children. the service began with a few hiccups, however Lauren, a lovely beautiful member of staff came over to fix the issue. This Nando’s is pretty new but it is the nicest one in the city centre. The food is what you would expect of a Nando’s and the staff are nice. I couldn’t award five stars due to the fact that you do not accept cash as a form of payment I personally think this is shocking and very discriminatory to certain people. In fairness.. I update my review. I received a call from the manager and full appology. My review was very blunt and passionate because I was so upset but on reflection I regret some of the wording. I stand by my points but have to say how impressed I was with the managers resolving this issue and have returned to use the remaining money on my vouchers and found the person on the till (in bullring branch) helpful, kind and curteous. I can accept this was a one off and unfortunate event and clearly not the normal level of service of Nandos. I have Never been so humiliated by any people in my Life!! Rude and Unhelpful staff called Chris and Hollie should never work anywhere with people if cannot complete a simple change of food order without humiliating the customer and getting them so upset they empty their pockets onto the counter as they feel so attacked!!!!! DISGRACE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT AND HORRENDOUS STAFF!!! We left insulted and hungry and hope those staff get sacked as they shouldn't work with people!!

Went into this Nando's branch two weeks ago on Tuesday and the manager was very rude the tall bloke the chicken was burnt so asked for him to either refund it or swap it but because we had eaten a bit of it he goes we can’t Refund it or get our money back even though we had to taste it to no if it was burnt and hard but he came across very unprofessional didn’t do anything to help he was just very rude however the staff are very sweet and the other managers after comming in again they were very apologetic and very sweet no wonder he don’t work there anymore !

Excellent and friendly service, I ordered a take away for 11 people and not one thing was missing! Me and my work colleague also couldn't carry all of the bags so one of the waiters, Natty i believe his name was helped us carry the food to our car all the way back in Grand Central. Only thing i can say is change the name from New street to Victoria Square as i went to the Nandos in the train station before hand! THE BEST NANDOS IN BRUM :)

Nandos is nandos, affordable great chicken. Only thing was that this Birmingham one had an issue with the chips they were undercooked and rubbery, staff were friendly restaurant was clean and nicely laid out. In general nandos is a great place to eat.
