My First visit to Ozzys today and not sure why its took me this long. The service was absolutely spot on, place was immaculately clean and with any good food joint the food needed to be high quality and I can honestly say it didn't disappoint. The Juicy Lucy (missed the picture as my boy was too quick and hungry to take a bite out of) was a high quality 100% Angus Beef Burger and you could tell it tasted quality. I for one love doner meat and the House Special was by far my favourite. The fully loaded cheeto fries was something different and added to the variety across the menu. Some people try to make chicken and not always get it right but I can honestly say this was made perfect. Chicken was super soft and packed full of flavour. Wish we had room to try the chicken parmo but we were stuffed by the end. This gives us a good reason to come back again to try other things on the menu. Great food and service and great value for money. Thanks for a great food experience and look forward to coming back again. If you want awesome service speak to an absolute gentleman in Sahad he couldn't do enough for us. Service with a smile and one of the other reasons we will be going back again. Another great addition to this end of Stratford Road

My wife found this restaurant on an Instagram foodblogging page and within one week, we’ve eaten here twice already. Exceptional food, exceptional venue, exceptional staff. Make sure you (somehow) save room for desserts. 10/10

The food pictured is a classic parmo, a mix burger (can't remember the name) but it's got a buttermilk chicken breast and a angus patty with caramelised onions and cheese and we have the cajun chicken box. The food was very well priced and delicious no other words for it. Very very good compared to a lot of the same places that have popped up over the last few months and years. The staff were very accommodating too, we had our 14 month old with and they gave us a high chair and cleaned everything. When we asked to change the music, they did so happily. Wound definitely go back again and would recommend a visit.

Amazing experience. You walk in and the staff are so warm and welcoming. I visited from Derby and whilst we were deciding if we should order, the lady (owner) came from the back and asked me what I wanted so she could put it on to save me time. I hadn't even paid yet. After we had our food (which was spot on), she came over to see me and asked if I was happy with the food. Will definitely be going back!

We ate here as a family - nine of us altogether. We ordered different dishes and had no complaints from anybody in our group. Chicken was succulent, beef was well-cooked and the salmon with rice was a bit of a masterpiece. Parmesans were delicious too. Desserts were excellent also... especially the Milk Chocolate Cookie Dough with Ice Cream. I would highly recommend this place. Very good service, polite staff and excellent food.

First time eating here and I was pleasantly surprised, we were seated straight away (Sunday evening), although there was two of us and there were bigger parties were still waiting. Once we ordered the food arrived quite quickly. We ordered the classic parmo and the best of both worlds burger 🍔. The food was delicious and flavoursome, the sauces they gave with the food were very tasty. For drinks we went to strawberry lemonade and blue lemonade which were equally lovely. Only thing I could fault is maybe having a sharper knife for the classic parmo as cutting into it the table was shaking. The service was brilliant, all staff were very attentive. Place was clean and immaculate, interior was bang on and the vibes were nice although the tables were quite close together to other customers it didn't feel too intrusive. Will definitely be coming again !!

When we arrived and there was a little wait. Good thing is that they have a little waiting area in the corner, so you're not just waiting in the middle of people eating. The food for me was alright, although I had tasted better in other places, my family really liked their donner and ballers box, burgers etc.. Would recommend and would visit again but the only thing bugging us that day was the girl who is around the customers, she kept cutting her eyes and giving bad customer service really, we think she needs to smile a lot more esp if she's around customers, almost looks like she's unhappy where she's working, one time when I tried to call her she and looked at me, she cut her eyes and walked off eventually one of the guys came over and sorted the little issue. The guys did have better customers service than her.

I ordered the kebab special with peri fries. The strawberry mocktail too. Very good flavours. The special was a bit spicy for me but i know many would love this order. Chips were nice and the drink definitely shot up my sugar levels, just how I like it!. They have designed the place very nicely qnd the bathrooms are clean and have lotas lol. All in all i would go there again and try other things on the menu.

Firstly such beautiful decor! Secondly, the food was so tasty and fresh. Especially the buttermilk chicken burger, the coating was so different and delicious. Kids chicken nuggets were actual CHICKEN nuggets, freshly coated! Not the typical processed chicken nuggets you see at most places. Great customer service. Been here twice with my husband ,both times good food.. Parmesan comes with chips and really tasty homemade coleslaw. The mocktails are delicious & a really good size compared to other restaurants . The seating is very comfortable and the aesthetics are 10/10 me and my husband had a booth to ourselves which is really nice for couples, atmosphere is nice because the staff are really friendly. The main guy sahad always greets us with a smile him and the girls are so helpful 10/10 customer service . Also the prices are really good here definitely better than ladypool road places. Last thing I have to say is the toilets are so clean and hygienic, cleanest toilets I’ve ever seen in any Birmingham food place. Only feedback a mirror in the toilet would be good so ladies can fix their hijab etc but all in all a good experience would recommend

All in all a positive first experience. Friendly customer service, good portions and food quality is impressive, would visit again in the future. Feedback I would give is - despite having a cash machine, perhaps try and take card as a lot of people use contactless methods in the future, food did take slightly long to come out but I guess with time/experience this should improve.

Came here on yesterday. Was told that there would be a slight wait however was taken to a waiting area which was very nice and comfy. Thought ok it was a bit of a drive from home so il go to the bathroom which was nice and clean. Was seen to within 5 mins and was given a table. Decor was lovely. Had checked the menu so ordered a fully loaded burger and also a chicken parmesan with 2 refillable drink. Got the drink first to wet the whistle. The meal arrived within 15 mins. Was very nice and hot (no coldness here) and the young waiter said she will come back with a selection of dips. By this time the drink was halved but the brother who served us went and filled it up for us bless him. The food was hot and fries crispy as they should, the burger despite its 4 smash patties, egg and turkey rashers still maintained its structure which i had to comment to the brother on because it was so well held together. Other places the whole thing breaks apart or you have such a mess on your hands from the fillings etc dripping out. The parmasan was nice well spiced had a good kick to it. All in all a good restaurant. Top marks

I went to try this place out with family having read some negative reviews but still thought to check it out for my self and we really enjoyed our experience, I would recommend to try it once then decide. We enjoy places which have nice seating and found this to be very nice we often go to Grillz and this place does similar food and we really enjoyed the food here. We definitely will come again. Overall, a good experience. Staff are really welcoming and friendly. My only issue with my experience (a big issue for me) is the portion size of the burgers. I got the 6 oz juicey Lucy and my friend got another one of their burgers. Although it tasted lovely, it was small for the price. Although you can upgrade the size of the meat inside the burgers; the price is not worth the size. Lots of better burgers elsewhere with more ‘bang for your buck’ withing walking distance. However, that was my only criticism given the burger was very nice. I will still be going back to try their other items.

Just had my first experience at Ozzy's, could not be more satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and the rapid service. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend you go for the juicy lucy burger one of the best beef burgers I have had. Finally to top it off the blue sea martini mock tail was refreshing and is the perfect choice to go with your burger. Will definitely be returning to try something new !

Very good experience. We were greeted at the door and it was a very nice atmosphere inside. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the food. Whilst waiting, I went to wash my hands and the toilets were clean which is always a bonus. We were given the menus and had to order at the counter, at the time it was cash only but there is a cashpoint which does not charge. Ordered the food (can't remember the name of them) but one was a fajita and other was parmo. Was very tasty, good portion sizes and very well presented. Had a mojito which was nice and helped the food go down well. The waiters were attentive and polite. Would definitely try again.

Firstly I was met when I walked in, menu was explained and recommendations provided that was helpful being from Manchester. The staff are polite and attentive, the food is on point each bite is a pleasure. I could have sworn my cow was fresh from the field on that day, cooked to perfection. Visited Ozzys earlier today with two of my mates, for the first time. I was recommended to have the Hot Shot Parmo by brother Saahad and my friends both had the House Special Kebabish. Loved my dish, as did my friends. Very succulent, well presented and tasted great! The service was amazing particularly Nimra, who provided excellent customer service with a welcoming smile! Even provided a complimentary cheese loaded meat dish with fries! All in all, a great experience and highly recommended. Will definitely go back!

I recently heard about this place and decided to give it a try, It has nice decor, they provide a fairly decent service but them menu is way overpriced. The bottomless drinks taste watered down maybe the drinks dispenser could do with some adjusting. The smash burgers aren't that great and felt like they'd been placed in hot holding for a while but the loaded fries were quite nice.

Where to start? It is incomprehensible in this era that both food and customer service are 5 stars. We were told at the outset what was not available from the menu, which was understandable, since this place has only been open 10 days. Second, the member of staff was comprehensibly articulate recommendations from the menu. Can you believe that? In 99% of places the staff appear to be in a drunken stupor and subtitles are required. Third, we were informed of the wait time at the outset. I didn’t know the human population still retained the conceptive of initiative. Wow! Fourth, the platter was very tasty. The kebabish was no ordinary donor. It was awesome. Fifth, the drinks were tops. Sixth, and I almost died when I heard this, we were told if you don’t like the drink we will change it for you. My word! Seventh, one member of staff very professionally tried to upsell us desserts without using more words than necessary. I am still in shock. Will have to invoke the concussion protocol to see if I am still lucid. Seriously good place. Keep up the good work. If I had a daughter, I would have married her to one of your staff members (the male ones of course).

I'm a big fan of grilled chicken and its hard to find places that do nice grilled chicken. I must say these guys have the best grilled chicken in town ordered it a few times and its been fresh and tasteful every time.

Shout out to Tahira, the boss lady. Lamb chops were super succulent and delicious. The spicy rice was the BEST I've tasted in the Midlands. Hot shot chicken parmesan was fire. Beautifully decorated throughout with a welcoming ambience. Would highly recommend this family run business.

We’ve been meaning to try this place since it opened just didn’t get round to it until tonight. Honestly, the food was so delicious… fresh and hot juicy lamb chops with the steam still rising as we ate. We ordered on Uber and the food was here before estimated time…Can’t describe how much we enjoyed our first experience of ozzys! Fudge cake was on point too… sorry but I was too hungry and didn’t get a chance to snap a pic but will try next time! Had to phone up the shop to say how nice it was. Had the Ozzy burger & a Blue Sea Mojito. Now the burger was good however the reason for the 4 stars is not because it wasn't what i expected. I'm of the OPINION that spice (specifically chilli flakes) should not be added into a beef burger. The meat was 100% prime beef and generally it ruins the taste of the meat. However I have to say it was still very very tasty. The sauce that came with the fries was spot on. The Mojito was lovely but would have loved for it to be slightly colder however taste was spot on. Would certainly say this place is worth a try & I would ve visiting again! - Top service from the lad taking orders!
