Normally I order online for delivery but this time I went to the restaurants so it was a nice time to eat food here. I see something is changing here but I haven’t seen it before Is after ordering you don’t need to go many times to check they will provide you pager 📟 and when your order is ready it will flash. They were no busy but it take time to make orders more than 30 minutes for only one wrap .

I tried chicken and rice (hot flavor) with meal deal (piri piri fries). If I will say that they have the best rice in England, it won't be wrong. I am not being biased but I am writing this after trying rice dishes at other places. For piri piri fries you have to pay £0.30 extra but I didn't liked the spice and will prefer normal fries next time.

This is my regular pepes I work down the road so this is my go to for food. Staff are untrained in customer service guess that's not the worst in the world. But if there quiet they'll cut back on the chicken. If theyv got a cancelled order they will unpack it and serve it to you. I'm not a fan of this sly behaviour. Foods good just feel the customer service can improve. Not sure if pepes can be bought and leased the name like caspian if that's the case it explains a lot. Solid 3/5

Regular here for lunches. Always busy and can sometimes struggle to find seating... food quality is always good and served relatively quickly. Only downside is the price... have to pay extra for cheese on burger or powder on fries when prices aren’t the cheapest already. Because of that and busyness often end up in Dixy next door

11/10 Definitely recommend!! (First time order) I ordered Late at night on Deliveroo and delivery was within less than 20 minutes as advertised. Absolutely Amazed with the quality of the food! Along with the excellent service and packaging of my order. Will definitely be ordering again in the near future!!

Generally Pepe's is more expensive than most grill like take-aways. I wish they would either lower the price or give you more for your money. Saying that the food is always on point. The chicken and chips is out of this world. I would definitely recommend if you aren't on a shoe string budget

The chicken was really nice, but I was really disappointed in the spicy rice, it was just plain basmati rice with some colour added to it, had no flavour nothing. Would like it if they had more options for their sides like mashed potato or grilled vegetables staff were nice, even though service can be slow they were polite and worked as fast as they can.

Nice place, always clean and tidy, food is fresh and delicious. I’d recommend the 1/2 chicken or the double gourmet burger. I’d love to see you ditch the paneer which is a bland cheese for halloumi. It’d go down much better and enhance your level of customers....

Pepes is absolutely amazing! My wife introduced me and I can only describe it as a cross between KFC and Nandos. You get PiriPiri chicken but in the speed of KFC. It's a clean environment, with food made fresh to order. The menu isn't too big, but gives enough variety to satisfy most. Prices are higher than a regular fast food, but is worth it in my opinion. I highly recommend this place.

Quality of food is good compared to most pepes in Birmingham but the service is diabolical. Sluggishly slow and the young asian girl is absolutely rude, zero no customer service etiquette snd lacks basic level of respect for the customer, someone should put a muzzle on her mouth. and for that reason I'm giving it a 3 star rating.

Pepe's are slightly more expensive and portions smaller than some of their rivals, including the one nextdoor. Their food is flavourful and burgers juicy but just not my thing. They serve mostly beef, but serve chicken too.

The food is nice here. The problem is that the food is overpriced (being in city centre) and portions are quite small. During lunchtimes it can be extremely busy, and you can be waiting up to 25 mins for your food.
