Also the fact you seem to get toast with each meal... it's odd, but it works 😂 Good food and friendly service. Good food preparation time and although a little higher in price that a KFC, say, it's definitely worth the money! 👌🏻

R.Love this place. Great quality, tasty food at a really good price. Usually extremely busy however, I reckon the owners should consider up sizing as there is always a wait for tables usually. Been a few times now and never had a bad experience, although it is hectic and very busy which is a slight downer, makes it less of a relaxing experience. Food doesn't take long to arrive at all.

Food is spot on
T.Second visit here today since pre lockdown. We placed our order and took a seat only to be brought back out by the waitress who told us there is a queue to be seated, personally I do think it’s bad service making the customer go back as it wasn’t our fault for taking a seat when no staff were available to inform us about this, or some signs could have been put up, maybe do this for future references to stop confusion. Food here is always amazing without a doubt, the chicken is literally prefect, not over cooked but you still get that crunch with softness on the inside. Chips could do with some improvement. Did have an issue with the milkshake as one of us received but the other didn’t. Would highly recommend the salted caramel milkshake. My friend waited ages for her milkshake to be brought out but after we had already finished our food they tell us the machine has stopped working, which is fine it happens, but making a customer wait so long isn’t good service, although the waitress did offer a replacement e.g. chicken tenders or a refillable drink. Overall the food here is great, but service does need improvement.

Great food and well priced, nice clean place and good American atmosphere. Drinks are refillable which is a another great aspect of the restaurant. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had the 5&5 meal which was brilliant, wings are covered in tasty BBQ sauce which is a bit messy but the meal comes with a handy wet wipe. Garlic bread is too soft and quite bland but the tenders and fries are excellent. Wasn’t very packed for Friday 6:00 but overall the food was fabulous and service was fantastic! Will definitely be returning!
O.I’m not the type to leave reviews but SlimChicken is about to be my weekly spot! The tender meal with a Oreo milkshake… what a combo. The waiters are genuinely nice as well, especially Sareena. Managers if you’re reading this don’t wait till April to up your worker’s pay. These guys are on job!
Z. Y.Really tasty and good value for money. Who doesn't like fried chicken. Had the burger with chicken dippers and the honey BBQ sauce and their own slim sauce, which wasn't as good as I thought it would be. The drinks are refillable also.

R. M. J. M.Chicken is nice and crispy and has a nice taste to it. Its moist inside and the wrap is also tasty and not your bog standard. Good fresh salad and the fries are cooked and salted to perfection. Only downfall and the bit that made this a 4* and not a 5* is that you have to pay extra for condiments. Ate out on a half price eat out to help out so value for money in city centre was good but i would be disappointed if i paid 9 quid for the meal! Bottomless drinks is a plus. Good customer service overall.

m. k.Food was nice but we had to wait for half an hour to get a table by the time my children were starving. One of the chicken tenders we received was on the raw side which was quite upsetting as my little one was very hungry by this point. Also I paid £18 for our meals and the choice in the children's drinks should be more than just apple juice as not all kids like apple juice, I think the range of drinks needs go be extended to fruit shoots perhaps; blackcurrant/orange which lots of children like. I will try it again but was just a little disappointed in todays lunch
M.Nice non greasy tasty Chicken Tenders and Chips with 2 dips of your choice. Strawberry milkshake was really nice and cold, just a shame the paper straw went soggy after a while (I get they want to reduce plastics waste and all about sustainability etc but worth considering agave straws instead) (Wish I remembered my metal straw - doh)
Limited seating area due to social distancing which is clearly marked in-between tables and wiped down once customer vacate.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Only problem was the drinks machine was broken when we went so it was water or beer which was offered to my pregnant partner which we both though was very funny, as we laughed the waitress got confused and walked off scratching her head and returning with 2 waters. The food was delicious and the variety considering they only really offer chicken was brilliant.

It was my first time there and the lady working the till (should have got her name) was really helpful, making suggestions and guiding me a bit.
They've got decent drinks available as well, including some nice beer.

A. A.Chicken was nice and juicy but it just tasted average. Chicken ratio to bun was poor abs the chicken inside was quite small.
Fries were soooo nice though, really enjoyed them and the fries portion was huge. The sauces were also nice.
Mac and cheese was just sad, pretty disappointing tbh!
I would say it’s very overpriced but then again it’s a prime location? They were super busy when I went which explains why it took long to get seated. They do a NHS discount which was great!
Overall, it was decent but I wouldn’t go back.

T. C.First visit to Slim chickens today and I have to say, we will definitely be visiting again. We each had a Slim's Salad. One with Honey BBQ sauce and one with Ranch dressing. Credit where credits due, this food was fantastic for the money.
My only recommendation to this company would be to bottle and sell you're ranch dressing....IT WAS SO GOOD and I would have bought some to take home.

I. C.Really popular place for the type of fast food they do here I can see somewhat why. The food is nice not perfect their needs to be a bit more variety too much of BBQ options and also the price is just a tad too steep for the portion of food they can fix this if they gave more fries/ bigger burger. I had honey BBQ burger which was nice but the first time I came I had wrap that had no flavour at all so have a burger or wings if you want something.

J. M.American five-star fast food. And it came fast. I think it was less than 2 minutes on our table. The portions were huge. We just extended one meal, rather than order 2. Well worth treating yourself to, for a break while shopping or browsing in town. 🍟🍔🍦we had the chicken wings with 2 sauces.

A. H.Chanced on this place whilst visiting the Christmas Market. Both my daughter and myself felt like wings and bit did this place deliver. I went for the Inferno and my daughter went for BBQ. Choice of dips was good and I opted for blue cheese and my daughters garlic and paresan was nice as well.
Price was on the top side but it was really good food so didn't mind. Came out at £20 for both of us.
Will definately be going back.

M. P.I had heard alot of people rave about this place; however I wasn't that impressed. We ordered the tenders and wings combo and a spicy bbq burger meal. I am a HUGE fan of wings and i was so dissapointed. The wings were way overdone with hardly any meat on them- would give them a 1*. The toast would not be missed if it wasn't served with it. Also our drinks from the refill machine tasted flat and wartered down. However, we did complain about the drinks and were given complimentary can drinks instead. Did not complain about the wings as noone came to ask if our food was okay once it had been served.
Positives are the chicken tenders are delicious and the burger was tasty and filling! Speedy service and nice atmosphere with the American baseball on the TV. Could possibly invest in another TV as we could not see it from where we were sitting (behind the kitchen).
Overall probably would not return here unfortunately.

L. W.Ive tried bond Street in London which was amazing. This new spot in Birmingham is even better. Fair enough it's newer but they seem to have nailed the taste perfectly. Some of the best wings I've tried. Inferno sauce is hot enough but still has flavour chips are some of the best I've tried. Mcdonalds and KFC need to be haven't a word..
surroundings are fresh but you feel that it's not going to age. Classic but modern. Feels clean too.
Staff are as I've come to expect Americanly friendly, even though they're not in it for the tips they act like they are.

J.Took a chance ordered off deliveroo and i was pleasantly surprised, i don't like skin on fries but I didn't check so my fault the burger was nice but felt it lacked flavour which is odd as there was plenty buffalo sauce which also made the bun a lil soggy, pickles on the grilled burger was nice but I think fresh or even pickled jalapeños would be better instead #justsaying also the deliveroo driver was nice and polite so added bonus I'll probably eat in next time.
