Bang on Full English Breakfast! Couldn't fault it! The Court Oak has been refurbed to the highest standard. Looks mint! Staff are extremely pleasant and very helpful. Go get booked in!

Honestly could not have made our day better during this pandemic- the service was fantastic the staff exceptional. Bent over backwards to accommodate us. Great meal for the money you pay. They are nothing fancy but if you want a reasonable price and decent tasting meal, this is definitely recommended! The staff are friendly and helpful as well. You have to regiater your car registration number before you find a seat (this is easy to do and takes seconda to complete) which enables you to park free of charge. Enjoy your meal!

It was spotless and I can't fault it for the price it's consistent and l enjoy what I've eaten there. Disabled friendly, ample carpark, I will always go here.

We went for breakfast, it was nice we had the sizzling breakfast just came out on a hot griddle, prices was good, and you get unlimited coffee and tea... You do need to put your registration in when you go into the pub if you park on their car park. I would recommend 👌

Came in with my Grandma on a Tuesday afternoon and it was very quiet. The food was nice. The reason I had to take a star off was due to the time we had to wait for service. I stood at the bar for a very long time waiting for a physical menu, and then when we had finished our mains, we didn't get our pre ordered desserts and so I had to get up again and wait around for another bar staff to follow up on them. Finally trying to get a coffee after the meal was a bother lot of waiting around. Was not best pleased. My advice: order everything using the app. And order it all separately so they get new tickets coming through in the kitchen

I came on both Monday and Tuesday, was greeted at the door by the manager who was really polite and explained everything super well. He then took us to our table where he explained we can order on the app. The food came out which was pretty decent and came out it good time. The manager then explained to us on tuesday that they would have to close early as they wasn't making enough money which was totally understandable. First of all I'd like to thank the manager for a great first impression would definitely recommend. Thank you very much.

Lovely few hours here on Saturday with family. Most of the grassed area is table free so my 3 year old Grandaughter could play without disturbing anyone, which is great. We were seated within a few minutes and given a choice of tables. The staff were lovely and the service was very quick considering how busy they were. The biggest change is the food, it was perfect, we will be back as often as we can. Well done guys and thank you for all your hard work.

First time using this pub, all I can say is WOW. Clean, tidy everywhere including the toilets. Food was well presented fresh and very appetising and filling. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially one called Kieran who was always at hand to help with husband and wheelchair. Thanks to Kieran and rest of staff we will be back again. II would most definitely and highly recommend the Court Oak to anyone.

We came here tonight after going to The old house at home that had nothing on the menu that nearly spoilt our night . We drove here and explained to Ivana about the shambles that green king pubs are . We was welcomed and Ivana even checked with the chef they had the steak we wanted . Visited the Court Oak for the first time on 13 August. Ordered from the over 60s menu. When the order came one meal was wrong. The waitress then said the order was not put through the over 60s menu and we needed to pay more money. Needless to say we weren't happy and didn't pay more. Not sure if I'll return.

Had a very nice Christmas meal there last nite with 19 other friends. Was very good value and the waiter/waitress service was fabulous checked in on us frequently made sure we were seated well and enjoying each course. Tidied up as the meal progress so no plates left unattended. The bar area was electric with a live band playing and full of people enjoying the music and company. I visit here quite often with friends and I have to say it's become a bit of a favourite haunt of mine. Staff are always welcoming and will chat with you which is nice because some pubs staff don't even smile! It has several sections of seating areas, they have a tv screen and often have the sports events on. The food is lovely!! They accommodate vegans too for those looking for vegan food. You can get both soft and hot beverages as well as a large selection of alcohols from draft and liquor. Great pub, great atmosphere, would definitely recommend a visit :)

We had a nice meal here. For the price it is pretty good value, with the food being well cooked and good quality. The chips (the base model - you can upgrade them) were rather bland, but meat was well cooked and a macaroni cheese very nice. Puddings are good as well: not earth shattering but for the price (less than £4) very satisfying. Bar staff were friendly. If you do drive here (I'd guess this is likely as there's not many buses) , they have plenty of parking but remember to register your car at the touch pad at the bar.

We visited for a family birthday and had a great experience. This pub is now part of the sizzling pubs and has a good extensive menu that's available throughout the day, with specials on certain days of the week. The car parking is now Pay & Display, however this is refundable. They have a large beer garden which is obscured from the road. The atmosphere is family-friendly and the staff are helpful. Will certainly be coming again!

We go every wednesday for the quiz. The pub has had its issues (running out of stuff, staffing etc) but the staff are lovely and the food is excellent. We had a problem with one of our meals (not the pubs fault). They were really helpful and sorted the issue out. And we had a free pudding which they didn't have to do!! The chef is brilliant. Visited for the first time in a few years due having to change venue at last minute. Always been wary of drinkers at the bar and their swearing. Ok today and only heard the f word once by someone sitting close to the bar. So that's an improvement but it was still in working hours. Food was slow to arrive but wasn't busy. Guess several orders had gone in just before we arrived. Food wasn't particularly hot and lasagna was more sauce than meat. Beer looked good and well chilled but Guinness tasted woody. It's a pleasant enough place but does lack character. The gardens still a treat for anyone needing to sit outside.

Good food and nice staff. Well laid out pub, you can find a quite corner or open areas. Really nice beer garden with some green space, trees and plants. Parking is free but you need a ticket which is refunded at the bar. Clean, tidy and reasonably priced.

A great place for locals. This is actually an amazing art deco type building.Very clean and well presented inside and helpful staff. Excellent food at cheap prices. I ordered the half chicken with piri sauce, it arrived without the piri sauce, when the sauce did arrive it was straight out of the fridge, stone cold, so I could not use it, when I complained I was told that's how the sauces are cold not hot, I was given an ice cream in compensation.
