Visited for the first time. Loved it. Majority of the food is made from scratch, and so delicious. I had parathas and channa and they were gorgeous. Parathas just like the ones my mum used to make! And they are huge! Very generous portions. Huge variety of desi teas available too. Great prices too. I'm told the halwa puri is delicious too but yet to try. Will be back soon.

The best place to eat breakfast that's if you can get a table. But it is so worth it!! Forget chaiwalla frozen food reheated. Yaadgaar Birmingham auntie's are cooking fresh at the back!

Best halwa puri ever! The person at the till was very kind and helpful with the order. Limited seating area but very well managed. All of the breakfast tasted really nice and fresh. The puris had no oil whatsoever which is very rare. Amazing experience! 👍

Wow ! The chana and paratah ! Wow. Red onions in the chana is just amazing. The spicy omelette was all good. Next time will try daal. 20 min wait for food was worth it. Decently priced too. Place could do with more chairs. Time to expand upstairs for seating I think

The food and service was excellent, the waiting is a bit long but that is not much of a problem because the rest of the visit makes that up. The boy behind the counter was very polite and non hesitant. It's always nice to have a lovely trip out with your family without having any problems or rudeness from everyone. This is my favourite place and will never stop visiting as the food never does justice once.

Pit stop before we reached our hotel in Birmingham. After 3 hour drive from London we were after a nice snack, Yaadgaar ticked all the boxes, super clean and comfortable, toilet was also very clean. We had the paratha channa meal along with samosa chaat and a couple of the shami burgers. Very tasty food and reasonably priced.

Very good food I mostly go for desi breakfast paratha and omelette very welcoming service. I have a suggestion for owner please increase your floor serving staff at least for weekends you need one more person who can serve food to customers.

Went here for breakfast.... I have to say this place has the best desi nashta...(breakfast)! They also do full English too. Great customer service and clean eating area.Very reasonable prices too. It's a shame they don't accept tips because they really deserve it.

Always get their desi breakfast but since Ramadan, they have released a new menu. Used to be 2 parantha and an omelette and now its 1 parantha and an omelette for £4. Expensive considering you can go Chaiiwala and get an desi breakfast with tea for £4.50. Need to consider their prices. A parantha on its own is £1.20 so an omelette costs £2.80?

Breakfast was 100% yummy. I went for the english breakfast and rest of my group went for the desi breakfast. Couldnt fault it one bit. We will try the lunch menu next. Only 2 criticisms are that there is less seating available and also for take out orders..they took too long and gave wrong orders but it was rectified in another 5 mins.

Was visiting mum and sister with my wife and kids. Took all family for breakfast on 2nd day of Eid (we did Eid in Tuesday not wednesday) Excellent service and amazing food. They were brilliant in accommodating us. My mum usually doesn't like to eat breakfast out but even she loved it especially the paratha and halwa puri. Also everyone enjoyed the mithai too. The owner was very friendly and helpful and loved my Scottish accent. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone and next time we back in Birmingham will visit again. See you soon Tan!

Great Asian shop serving typical halwa puri as well as English breakfast... They also have lots of other items like Asian sweets, things I had only seen in Pakistan before like the biscuits, Joshanda, Kashmiri and Masala tea... You can eat there as well though limited space and better for sleep groups... Also they're really good at making Waffles served with ice cream... Worth trying... Overall a good place with a lot of nostalgia feeling from those who are from Pakistan looking for typical items they want to get that they've been used to while in Pakistan... I usually place the order on the phone and then pick up later as there can be a wait at busy times...

This place is Situated on a convenient location on Coventry road. Parking is available in front of them. They have a large variety of Asian traditional Mithai and savoury delicacies like Samosas , Pakoraes etc. Their Ghulab Jamans are Awsome. The young Chap , handling the business is very courteous and customer friendly. They just need to upgrade the interior decor of the shop to adopt the contemporary styles for such outlets. Overall experience was nice.

Had brunch here with the fam today, the seating area is very small and cramped. Food was good but the wait for the food was very long. Apparently they are currently short staffed, the two guys working the restaurant area were not very polite or pleasant. Not much communication, they could have brought our beverages while we waited about an for the food, service was a massive let down.

Always a big fan of yaadgaar but today the parata seemed to be made out of plain (Maida) flower and was rubbery and thick..seems to be a change in the original halwa puri menu...stick to the original please otherwise your going to loose ratings aswell as customers.

I have to say the decor is amazing and done up to a very high standard. They have a great range of desserts. I had the waffle with chocolate sauce and strawberries and a oreo milkshake. It was one of the best waffles I have had and the milkshake was just how i like it. I will definitely go back again to try one of the other desserts. :)

Badi yaadgaar waaqia hua. Food was nice and reasonably priced. But service was very disappointing. Firstly we entered at 1 o'clock for the halwa poori and the staff made a fuss as though she was having to do us a favour even though the breakfast was until 2pm. Secondly we were also charged extra for omlette toppings even though we were under the impression they would be free as the waitress said 'leave it to me', who then added £4.80 to the bill for some toppings. Unfortunately many Pakistani restaurants fail to understand the importance of customer service.

Decent food for breakfast but nothing special, if you're feeling lazy and fancy breakfast made for you, you could do a lot worse than yaadgaar. Food tasted okay, could have done with some extra salt and pepper could have done with better toast however, the bread used and the preparation wernt to what i would expect when you're actually paying for the food. Having mentioned these things however, I would definitely go again thanks to the delightful customer service amd decent seating.

Over time They seem to be reluctant on handing out condiments such as salt and pepper, knives and forks. The food quality is a bit like bumper cars at Drayton manor - if you get stuck in the corner your Fu***d! On the majority of times it is good but i get the feeling they seem to think they have "their" customers - which is not a good way to think. My recent Breakfast was £18 (3 People), before that it was £19 and the time before was £21. My friend Mustafa down the road smokes crack and even he always gets his prices right ! Anyway - cut a long story short, food was good - now its ok, please fix before it's too late and Mustafa becomes your best friend! Take Care

Food good, customer service skills - lacking. Basic training required - to listen to and understand what the customer wants. Avoids unhappy customers. We got an apology at the end of an awkward one sided arguement - couldn't make the guy see our point very easily unfortunately. Spoilt an otherwise good experience. The sweet shop with a twist. Yaadgaar has quite a good choice of fresh sweets and nice range of baked items. What is also offers is a dine in menu. Although the seats are limited but food is good. The breakfast options are great ranging from English breakfast to Puri halva. Slightly pricier than other shops on Coventry road but still worth the extra.
