Reviews of Côte Bournemouth
C. B.You have to remember that this place is a chain and therefore many of the dishes will be mass produced elsewhere, some chains disguise that well, some don’t and would suggest Côte don’t.
The squid was nice, nothing more than nice, the duck again was nice but certainly heavily seasoned.
I had a chocolate fondant for dessert and it was that dish that gave away the ‘prepared off-site’ suspicion. It came within a few minutes of ordering, it’d clearly just excited a warming device simply because it’s not possible to cook a fondant in that time.
Decor is pleasant and service was good. Would I return? Probably not, but that been said, it was pleasant.
