Ate in, but so surprised that the burger was wrapped up in foil which made the bun very soggy. It was very tasty though, can't fault that. Fries amazing. They were probably best out of all the major takeaways.

Five Guys - Castlepoint Great welcome to the above from Jordan, friendly and engaging and couldn't have been more helpful. The Five Guys burgers are simply the BEST, but it felt like a lo g wait to get the food (just over 12mins)....BUT, worth the wait, tasty and well prepared Little Cheese Burger and a Little Bacon and Cheese Burger and one lot of fries (Excellent). A nice clean, fresh and brand new addition to Castlepoint! Great to have another Five Guys in the Bournemouth area! Staff are very friendly and efficient. Orders can take a little bit of time with the odd Deliveroo/JustEat order taking priority. Waited about 12 minutes for my 1x Burger & ‘little’ Fries. But overall tasted great as expected, with lots of extra fries thrown in the bag in good Five Guys fashion. Ideal place if you want a quick grab & go burger and fries or fancy one of their tasty milkshakes! 🍔🍟🥤

A great store with friendly staff. We were with the kids and the staff helped us to choose the best combinations for us. I love the fries there and they serve you a nice amount. 😉 It's the perfect stop after a shopping day!

A very good burger, with many options of toppings, and they serve beer! But still very much a fast food place, not a restaurant... And it is *considerably* more expensive than other buurger places. Is it worth the extra? Sometimes.

We ordered our food to the wrong restaurant, and the two people on shift last night at around 6pm called them to change the order location and did our order instead. So lovely and wasn’t rude about the situation at all :)

Service was good and the freshly prepared burger was excellent however the cajun wedges were inedible due to being way over seasoned. Menu is very expensive for takeaway. On balance not worth another visit for me as its.not value for money.
