M.The chicken was cooked to perfection, incredibly soft and tender and you could taste the charcoal grill (in a positive way).
The rice was also a hit, delicate and fluffy with a hint of buttery taste.
The bread was ok, but I've had better and the "Lebanese Pickle" aka 'Kabis' is a bit of a slap on the face - there's nothing "Lebanese" about it on the basis that it is literally gherkins, pickled beetroot and picked peppers - it was extortionately priced.
The entire meal wasn't worth what it was (£50). It was overly priced.
The service just wasn't there either.
It's a shame since there is plenty of potential with this place.
V. R.Where to start? The experience at Levant Restaurant in Bournemouth is simply incredible. I am French Canadian (from Quebec) and having nice breakfast is somthing quite common for us. Yet, I had not found anywhere in Bouremouth (or England) where the dinner was actually as good as home. I have finally found that one place that surpasses every resuarant dinner i even had. However, I really think that what makes this restuarant SO SPECIAL is the service. FINALLY a resturant that has good service. Employees actually know how to work (never seen this anywhere in bouremouth), they are extremely efficient AND extremely nice. They are so well organized, everything goes perfectly well. They deserve all the stars there is. If you own a resturant in bournemouth, please go there to see how it's done.
M. S.A wonderful service excellent food in terms of teaste and quality. We came here today for our late lunch after our walk in town centre. we ordered couple of dishes and the food is excellent. Highly recommended for muslim and non Muslim tourist and local people.

Went for lunch on a Saturday, had a booking but wasn't really needed as only one other party came in while we were there.
Had a selection of meze and wine. Food is on the pricer end of similar offerings but was excellent and deserving of the price.
Restaurant is clean, well laid out with a nice atmosphere.
Only minor complaint would be that the toilets, while clean could do with an overall as they're a little worn and not in keeping with the well kept state of the rest of the restaurant.
All in all an excellent meal and would happily return.

Coming from London we are exposed to many Lebanese restaurant and the portion sizes we get for similar prices it can definitely feed 2 or more. Here it's for one only so a bit disappointing. Plus we missed the complimentary bread and hummus when we arrived, this again is standard in London.
