Nice restaurant with outdoor balcony seating - great for the summer. Plenty of servers working and all very helpful and friendly. Food is so tasty - love the hummus and hot sauce with pita breads. Nando’s is the same as any other Nando’s; however, it’s the staff that make the difference on if you would recommend or not - I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

For a busy Friday bank holiday, the wait wasnt too long. Great customer service, even with such small premises, food came out quickly ( for 5 of us also) and was well cooked and fresh, very pleasant vibe and there was regular check backs. All round clean, tiles were a bit dirty but with team and customers walking all over it I completely understand why this cant be cleaned mid service during peak times. Will definitely return in the near future

I had the 10piece chicken wings with regular sides of chips and coleslaw. It was very filling and I liked that I could take the rest away as I was unable to finish the large feast. Also, they do a bottomless cup offer on their Coca-Cola drinks and this is very nice too. They had many yummy looking options to choose from and that is a plus too. My friend had a burger with one reg side of fries and she enjoyed her meal thoroughly too. If you like your wings spicy, then I suggest you go for the hot and above option and the medium option I chose wasn’t spicy at all to me. The pricing was quite decent and their staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good experience.

Delicious food, quick service and friendly, attentive staff, only marked down as I tripped on a piece of metal that was supposed to bolt the seat to the floor. I was lucky I stumbled and just have a sore toe but someone could've really hurt themselves. Needs fixing before someone does.

I ordered food for take-away. My order was Garlic bread, Sweet Potato wedges, and a Sunset Burger. I barely had to wait for my order. It could be because I went there early, and during the week. The garlic bread was good, but not extraordinary. The potato wedges were different from the standard sweet potato fries, but it was tasty. The sunset burget was very good, but they don't lie when they say it is messy. It is in fact messy to eat because the chicken filet slides out of the bun when trying to bite. Nonetheless, the food was good. As I ordered, I cannot comment on the service.

My family have been fans of Nandos in Poole. And Bournemouth since we first ate there a few years ago. The food is consistently excellent, they have a good hygeine rating from the FSA and the staff are attentive without being overbearing. Always a pleasure to eat here. Bournemouth one is alot better then the poole one the chicken seems alot freshers and taste better!!! Fully reccomened every nandos

We like Nando's (well, H does and she told me that I'd like it too - and she was right). It's a large, warm and inviting space. The menu - to my mind - is a bit limited (mainly chicken) but very tasty chicken! The staff are excellent - always with a smile and time to pass the time of day. Old cronies like us don't always have nice, young lady-servers prepared to have a conversation - but they did here. We were well looked after, the food was great and the staff perfect. We couldn't really have asked for more.

Waited ages to get in. They said they were short staffed and only opened part of the restaurant. Very frustrating seeing all the empty tables when essentially it's a self service restaurant. Come now. Has a nandos ever let you down? I didnt think so... AND NEITHER WILL THIS ONE!! The service was very satisfactory on a busy day. However I have been on quiet days too and the speed for the quality of food is nigh unrivalled. Every bite has the same mouth watering, flavour filled sensation. Located within the BH2 leisure centre, there are a plethora of other incredible places to eat, with also plenty recreational activities such as mini golf, vr Centre and an Odeon cinema. It is a true joy to have a nandos so close and has always been a go to venue for a meal! P.S Thank you Nandos for putting up with my mates and I :)

OK, so we're in the midst of a pandemic, I get that. However, getting a table at this place for an evening meal was darn neat impossible! You cannot book online, or over the phone, you need to join a queue by physically going to the restaurant and scanning a code. We arrived around 8 in the evening and were told it wasn't going to happen for us. Disappointing because we are huge fans of Nando's! Anyway, we decided to go back the next day and BOOM! Straight on the list and a table within 15 minutes. Great! The menu is online now and it's all table service, which is actually great. And the food is still as awesome as ever. I was grumpy when I couldn't get a table before but I'm sorry I ever doubted you Nando's! The service at the Bournemouth restaurant was fantastic too! Well done to everyone who's working there, you're doing a great job!

Nando's can be hit or miss and this one was decent. Service was good, our food was delayed because it was really busy and the management gave us some free nibbles to keep us going which helped. Chef went a little crazy with the Perri salt on our fries but the waitress sorted it out with a fresh batch within minutes. So all in all not perfect but the service staff helped make it a much better experience than it could have been.

It's Nando's so if you have ever visited one before, you know what to expect. That said, it's a good one - chicken here is succulent and falls off the bone, sauce is spicy and it's not a bad price for a meal in an expensive city. Staff was really friendly especially considering that it was the holidays and most probably wanted to go home to their families. The interior is always warm and cozy, can get busy but expect that from the popularity of the place which has made waves on social media. Best to come weekdays when kids are at school and people are at work if you want to enjoy a less crowded scene.

Virtul Que system -still has flaws- but if waiting the centre should have chairs for people to wait inside. Excellent customer service. Thank you Nando’s we had a great meal. Ok we had to wait for a table but I loved the virtual wait list which enabled us to add our name to the wait list but then we could go off and do some shopping knowing that would receive a text when our table was ready. Once we had a table we did all our ordering and payment online and it was very simple. My only criticism is that we couldn’t see any hand sanitisers stations.

Spent £50 on 4 meals on a Friday lunchtime and wasn't able to get any rewards stamped as they weren't doing it due to covid-19 but didn't apologize or offer another way for it to be done online etc. Arrived at 12pm, was told to go their website or app to book a place in the queue, if you don't have data then this is a problem as their WiFi is awful. We ordered half a chicken, plain chips and corn on the cob. We specified the chicken to be plain. The chicken arrived and was indeed plain but the sides were spicy. Chips had paprica and the corn some spicy butter. Logic should dictate that someone who does not tolerate spice will order plain chicken therefor the sides should be plain too. There is no point is asking how spicy you want the chicken if the rest of the food is spicy anyway.

The food here was great and was bought to our table quite quickly after we processed our order online. They have a good variety of different types of peri peri chicken and you can easily customise your order. The only downside is the average 30/45 minute wait outside - you have to join a virtual queue in order to be able to go in. But, there is a pandemic about so it only makes sense to ensure everyone's safety! At the end of the day, it is Nando's and you can't fault it; national treasure!!😂

Nandos is nandos right? It's on the upper level in the BH1 complex. And has disabled access. Thanks to a lift, toilets are on the same floor with disabled toilets available. There is an outdoor area with a limited number of seats available. Since 19th of July you can go up and order as well as scan the QR code and order from the website. Food is of course, good if you like Nandos, and the staff we saw were good too. All in all, you can go wrong.

Went there last night with my girlfriend and her 2 children food was spot on and the service was excellent as well. There was 1 waiter maybe in his late 30s early 40s think his name was Peter who went out of his way to to double check the desserts for my girlfriends son who is dairy free and went beyond what he needed to do when he realised he had made a mistake with something and was very apologetic about the whole thing even though it wasnt a very big mistake and we thank him for that level of service and commitment

A lovely restaurant to go to with all the family with plenty of choice of food. Small activity pack given to the children to stop them from getting board while waiting for the food. Food is second to none and just taste great. Really tickles your tastebuds from the start. Prices are about what you would expect for this type of food outlet. Drinks again around the price you would expect but can have the free refill on any soft drinks which is good if you have to drive back home after your evening out.

It is only the second time iv been to Nando's it was ok a bit over priced if im honest for a half chicken it was tiny all bone not alot chicken and had chips but it was cooked very nice. It needed beans not peas. Ive gave a 4 star because it was very clean and tydy and the service was great althoughare dinner came out as are friendsjust finished. There card machine didnt work so had to go to cash machine which charged me. I would recommend but not if your a big eater.

Today's trip to this fine establishment was, and I say this with no exaggeration, exceptional. It has made me rethink what chicken can be, my eyes have been opened and I have stepped onto a new plateau where the options for chicken are both plentiful and delicious. The lady who greeted us at the entrance (or as I now like to call them, the Pearly Gates) let us choose our seat which in these modern times is a well accepted luxury. Who doesn't love a bit of Nandos in their life??? A cheeky visit to this place with my man has turned into a regular thing before our cinema date. We both order a quarter chicken breast with mango and lime, Peri Peri chips, corn on the job and a bottomless drink each and it always hits the spot. The service is friendly and usually has a quick turn around with any problems sorted out on the spot (unsatisfactory chicken swapped quickly for another day juicy breast). We will continue to make this our regular haunt as it is reasonably healthy for fast food and tasty 😋

Really friendly staff, great restaurant but can get busy! Being in a prime location inside BH2 and next-door to Odeon, It is a no-brainer to grab some Nando's before heading in to watch a film. Service is great, food is amazing and staff are very friendly but it can get busy Friday evenings and inevitably school holidays and weekends yet the staff are always willing to get you seated as soon as possible! Cannot fault at all.

Part of the new BH2 centre Nandos is on the 1 floor, being new the staff are very friendly and food is quite and piping hot. The view from outside is actually the best out of all the eateries in BH2 with a fantastic view of Bournemouth Garden's. Outside seating is also available but limited.
