R. O.Fantastic food as usual for a prezzo, but the staff at this restaurant are so friendly and accommodating that it bumps it to 5 stars for me! Even during the busiest time when we didn't have a reservation they found us a table and service was speedy, personal and friendly. I would recommend going later in the evening if you want to dine without every child in Bournemouth though! 😂
S. S.Great customer service, food and drinks were well prepared and tasty. Good value for money, and they are able to apply the NHS blue light card discount.
Overall great experience here and we did not book and arrived quite late during the evening 30 mins before closure, so appreciated them accommodating.
T. P. (.We went to the Prezzo branch on Westbourne Road, opposite the Royal Bath Hotel and very close to the Pavilion Theatre. (And the B.I.C). Friendly, helpful staff, delicious food. We've been here several times for a pre-show dinner and it's always good. Even better if you exchange some Tesco Clubcard vouchers which you can use towards your food!
J.Absolutely fabulous service from Di Anne on front of house and waiting tables. I can't remember when we have ever had better service.

B. T.Well, the service was remarkably good.i ate there 9 evenings. The food was excellent except for one iffy evening. Reception/ house management was completely accommodating and I left a ridiculously large tip for the wait staff to share. Thanks everyone.
L. B.Staff was cold and not friendly at all with me and my girl, the waiter following my request to order made a very annoyed face and the others seemed bothered too upon serving us the meal. Manager was great. Food ok.
