The staff working here are brilliant. They accommodate a table of 13 and the service was top-notch. The food was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. A must try.

The food was delicious. I can highly recommend this restaurant. I didn't give 5 stars because the staff was okay, but I didn't really feel welcome there. They tried to get us out as quickly as they could after we had our meals. I worked in the hospitality industry myself, so I understand that you just want to go home after a long day. But you can communicate that with your customer in a friendly manner. Anyway, I'll be back because the food was really good. But next time, I'll go for an early dinner😉

Absolutely deserves 5 stars. The place is authentic and a great place to go and enjoy many middle eastern dishes. Not only is their mixed grills delicious but I recommend this place to my friends and they also loved the variety of vegan options they have. Me and my family enjoy going to Bournemouth and every year it is a must to visit this restaurant. I absolutely recommend the baklava and tea as dessert after your meal as it is unbelievable.

So so happy we found this place. We travel to Bournemouth every year and didn’t know about this halal restaurant. Today we were contemplating wether to go or not as we had a 3.5 hour drive back home. So glad we came in! The customer service was excellent. We need more places like Luxor. Grace in particular made our visit well worth it. She went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. My son was given complementary fries and ketchup whilst we waited for our food. She also brought him a little stand to put on the table to put the phone on! She complemented my little family which was so nice to hear. Thank you Grace. ❤️❤️

Came here with my family on a very busy Saturday evening. The service was warm and friendly and the food came out quickly and piping hot. The food itself is amazing, we had Tagine and mixed grills and the flavours were so varied and delicious. This place is a rare gem, I’ll definitely be back!

Date of visit: 13 May 2022 I was here with family and I must say these guys never fail us. There service is impeccable. We were served by Kristin & Aden and they both went above and beyond to make sure our evening was enjoyable. 2 things that I would suggest are, a) A prayer room facility and; b) The soft drinks to be cheaper or if we could be allowed to bring our own soft drinks. The restaurant ambience and staff are extremely courteous and this has been our favourite restaurant in Bournemouth. This is our regular “go to” place whenever we’re in town. Update: 09/06/2022, I called the restaurant today and spoke to Grace, I must say she is a very well spoken lady and assisted me with my query efficiently. Thank you Grace for your great communication skills.

Food was amazing, we ordered 3 lunch specials, lamb tagine, drinks and chips. Whilst we were waiting we asked for bread, and we were given bread but no salad or sauces with it. Dessert was homemade and nice. Would've liked a bit more side salad with the dishes.

Came here in 2018 just before my husband and I got married. Food was excellent and service was excellent. No difference today 4 years later! We dined with our 10 month old reminiscing the days before the wedding. The atmosphere, food(AMAZING FLAVOURS) and service was as impeccable as the first time! Thank you for a wonderful dinner service ❤️
