Last minute on valentines day for a table of 5 and still pulled through! Great food, really accommodating to allergies and overall great staff, were really nice! I think people think it's really expensive but dependant on what you get you get alot of it so I highly reccomend! Loved the chicken ramen I've been craving it since.

Great food. I had Firecracker chicken which was great. The sauce was rich and tasty - full of flavour. The chicken was tender and all the vegetables were fresh and crispy. It all felt very fresh. Also had chicken Gyoza which was good. The dipping sauce was the star there. Had the chilli squid too which was very good. The dipping sauce for that was very good too. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I went to Wagamama Bournmouth for the first time with my family on Sunday night for dinner , as it was our first time we were not familiar with the menu and food but our server ‘ABDUL’ he helped a lot to explain us the all dishes and menus, it was really delicious dinner we had and my kids really enjoy the service. The costumer service was really good. They waiters made jokes and were energetic. They made my my girlfriend and I jump for the laughs. The food came quickly even when it was quite busy. We saw some friends there too. The food was really good and a spicy if you like that sort of thing. The miso caramel ice cream was super nice. They even let you pay online with a QR code and give you and option to pay a specific amount of the bill in order to split it with your partner. There’s was also no queue to get in. Overall, a wonderful experience.

I haven't been to wagas in roughly 10 years. Was looking forward to going. The food was OK. Fresh and great tasting, arriving in wagas sporadic style. We found our first server to be quite blunt/rude. However, subsequent servers were friendly. Main Downside, it was loud, really loud! Making it difficult to have a conversation.

If you’ve been to one Wagamama, you’ve pretty much been to them all. Food was exactly as expected - good, clean Asian fusion food. Very nice! The service was excellent, and I would give it 5 stars except Wagamama DO NOT GIVE SERVICE CHARGE MONEY TO THE WAITING STAFF! They don’t include service charge, and the only way the staff get their tips is if you tip in cash! They do allow you to add a tip when paying by card, but they don’t pass this on to their staff, which I have to say is an appalling practice. Do the right thing Wagamama. Give staff their tips and you’ll get more 5 star reviews.

A little cramped compared to bigger Wagamamas, but food was yummy and the ambience very nice. In a place like Bournemouth where you need to reserve a table in pretty much every other restaurant, Wagamama is a godsend! Just turn up and wait for a table.

Great food and amazing service! First time visiting the Wagamama branch in Bournemouth and everything was absolutely great. The time it took for them to take out the food was very quick, I went to the toilet after I ordered and when I came back the food was already there! I can’t remember the name of the waitress, but her service was very friendly and made sure we were having a five star dinning experience. Would recommend Wagamama to anyone who are in the mood for this style of cuisine.

Wagamamas Bournemouth is an exceptional restaurant. If you’ve been to wagas before you know what to expect! Nice location , just opposite the pavilion. Selection of places to eat along this road. Wagas is the best choice, the best is the chilli squid, you must get the chilli squid when you go. Worth a try, you either love it or hate it.

Went for lunch today, after a long time. Still great service, with freshly cooked food served quickly, which is always handy when you have kids. I tried their ramen for the first time today, and despite having ordered a rich broth, it was rather underwhelming. Broth tasted light. The starters were good though, I think Wagamama's starters are definitely one of their strengths. The mains tend to range between okay and good, the fried noodles definitely being in the good range. Pretty good food for a chain.

I normally enjoy every Wagamama dishes. Their food was very nice to be fair but there is one thing I disappointed: service. I asked the waiter to take the order and waited for a while, even though there was not crowded but we had to waited and saw another table (which came after) ordered before us. Once again, we asked for the bill from same waiter and made us waited again. We looked around to find another waiter/ waitress but no one noticed us (they were talking). And finally, the waitress came to us and made the payment (sorry that I forgot her name).

Tried the Salmon teriyaki for the first time which was nice. It's a Wagamama so you get what you expect. Clean tables and loos, fast informal service. Consistently decent food that your either into or not. Our waiter tried really hard to add his own "style" to differentiate the service which I'm sure some folks would find fun but tbh I just found it a bit awkward and uncomfortable but I'm sure it was meant to be fun so good on him for trying. I'm sure others will appreciate it more than I did.

While on a visit to Europe we found this place by google and it did not disappoint!!! The line was out the door and you are given menus while you wait. Seating is in communal long tables. So be prepared for that. The service was amazing, he was informative, passionate about the food. We had 2 appetizers, one of the fresh juices and 2 entrees. Definitely a hopping place.

I’ve been coming here since 2006 (when I was 4) and I can tell you it never get’s old. I have food here/on deliveroo from wags 1-2 times a week minimum 🥹 Since becoming vegan I can confirm it’s my favourite restaurant as a meat eater and vegan, all the new vegan options make a no brainer to make the change! One thing I love about this wagamamas is how well they treat loyal customers, ive received countless free vegan sides from promotions, a free swag bag with a branded flask and most recently a free recipe book!!! All the staff here are always so friendly and I would recommend it any day of the week ☺️

They’ve replaced some of their beers with their own creations brewed by Meantime. Be prepared to queue but don’t worry, they’ve set aside space for that.

First time visiting the Wagamama branch in Bournemouth and had very good experience there! We went on Saturday and it was busy there but took around 10 - 15 minutes to wait and we had a table. The waitress who served our big group was very friendly, helpful and made sure that everything is right. The food came very quickly and it was really tasty and good! Everyone enjoyed and was happy that we had chosen this place for our dinner.

I have a shellfish allergy and the staff were so kind and accommodating to me. The Head Chef himself cooked it for me and it was INCREDIBLE. We made a slip up in our other order too and they were totally happy to change something for us. I mean... It's perfection. The food is delicious, I love a good pork ramen. The portions are big and you will not leave hungry. Makes the price worth it. Recommend all the starters, I will say definitely try the Takoyaki or Octopus Balls (not anatomically named lol). There is nothing on the vegan menu (which is now pretty comprehensive) which doesn't sound good. I cannot recommend the vegan ribs enough; I get two positions each time we go now. The Bao buns are also a winner. Would also recommend the Pad Thai. My only slight complaint from this visit would he that my beer was a bit warm, this is a small niggle in what was otherwise a great meal.

First time in this chain, and probably last. I have lived in Thailand and was delighted to see they did chicken and shrimp pad Thai. What I got was like nothing ever had before. Totally devoid of flavour, excess bean sprouts swamped everything else. Shimp good but chicken diced to size of my small finger nail. My eye sight not great but had to put on glasses to find chicken. Asked for extra spicy, came medium with bowl of sliced red chillies. Some normal ingredients missing. This is NOT how you make Pad Thai.

Cloudy lemonade was really just lemon squash but nearly 3 quid for a glass. Noodles were massive.. bit daunting, and wasnt entirely enjoying the vegan food was a bit thin and tasteless broth. If you're looking for vegan food and can't find a suitable all vegan/veggy place, then Waggas maybe your best best. Out of all of the veggy/meat restaurants they still come up tops in my book. They have a dedicated vegan menu with some really impressive dishes. All of the food is cooked freshly and I've never been disappointed tbh. The Bournemouth variant of Waggas distinguishes itself by serving good sized portions when compared to our local Waggas. Defnitely try the vegan tempura & sticky "ribs", both very good if you like this kind of food. 4 stars since they also serve dead animals!

When me and my girlfriend arrived at the resturant we were seated pretty quickly, but once we had been seated we were waiting for our order to be taken for about 10-15 minutes, but once we ordered our food it was quick to come out and was very nice tasting, once we had finished our lovely meal we again had to wait a fair few minutes to get the bill and then pay. Overall the food was very nice but i think the service needs to be improved on so that no-one is waiting a long time, like we were.

They all talk to my daughter (5) and take the time to help us with our orders. The food is always perfect too. After telling the staff this, the manager personally came out to discuss and went through the menu with me, picking out and making changes to my orders making them suitable for me. I didnt order this for my meal however once I informed the server she rushed off and reordered the correct meal and informed me I would have a 3 minute wait and that she would discount my meal from the bill. The meal was delicious and even though a mistake was made the customer service more than made up for it and the discount has ensure we will return again another time. I love Wagamamas have been to numerous restaurants in St Albans, London and Oxford. What I love about it is that the food is all cooked the same. So arriving yesterday for my son's graduation today thought would be perfect for dinner. Waga mommas Bournemouth is always really nice - and I love love love the new vegan Katsu curry but my review today is to thank the kind and helpful staff member who helped me on Sunday. While parking my car outside I managed to hurt myself and burn my hand, it was really painful and quiet scary. I asked one of the team members for some ice and even though they were really busy, The first aider on the team stopped, sat me down, helped me with my injury and provided knowledge on what to do next. I appreciate it so much - and just wanted to say a huge thanks for being so kind and helpful! Ps - I’d have given you a 5* or the food too!

I love coming here, the food I describe as 'feel good' and you always leave feeling pure and full, not stuffed and greasy. I usually have the chilli squid to start which comes with chilli oil to dip. I then have one of the Ramen soups, the Chilli Chicken Ramen is my favourite. I love the green juices, I have seen that they do a new one with avocado which I really want to try next time. They have this app that you can use when dining with friends which enables you to log in and select the items you need to pay for. I have found his takes away that awkward meal ruining kerfuffle over the bill and 'what has what' O (we are a froogle bunch me and my friends) This place is often so popular that the queue goes out the door so I would suggest avoiding peak times, I would have a back-up is you need a quick eat before a movie at the cinema a few doors away
