It had been a few years since we visited Bokhara and very little had changed. The food was top notch, well cooked, fresh ingredients, prepared in an open kitchen and served quickly. The menu is varied with loads of choice for vegetarians. The staff are also professional and friendly. The restaurant itself was very cold and some of the decor could do with a freshen up. Otherwise a really good night. Two entrances, one via the hotel and the other via a large car park at the back of the hotel.

Great service and large portions which is brilliant! Very delicious food including vegan Indian options and delicious chickpea dishes. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Slightly difficult to find at the back of a hotel and lighting outside could be better but otherwise fantastic food.

Wonderful flavourful curries here. I tried 5 curry dishes and was impressed with the ingredients and texture, lately other places I have found to have watery tomato or onion base with fewer spices.
The menu has been streamlined, so the photos on Google will need updating, a few princely dishes have been removed, but there is plenty of choice with chicken, mutton and vegetarian options, also the hotel menu with traditional British options.
The waitresses were great, everything was timely and well presented, the food looked fantastic and stayed warm in their candle-heated dishes. Effort was put into the dish presentation and ingredients. The kitchen is open viewing which was nice and they served a wide modern range of drinks.
The venue was a little empty at 6.30pm but soon filled up and garnered a cosy atmosphere. Accessibility was good, there were disabled bays at the back of the Manor and easy access to the tables. I feel like the venue may be a little bit 'out of sight, out of mind' for people who are not staying at the Manor. It's somewhere you could easily pass by without realising, but it is worth driving the A48 and around about 10 minutes of country lanes to get there. If it was a high street walk-in restaurant it would probably be packed out every day. I will be visiting again.

Great country side place to relax and get Indian cuisine.
Upsides: Great ambience.
Courteous staff.
Serve good portion size...Doesn't follow less is more in terms of portion size as other top rated restaurants
Good Indian food.
A pleasant homely experience for fellow Indians n Asians.
Downsides:
May be haven't tried everything thing but spice lovers may find a bit too much of tomato puree flavour in most dishes.
Impression:
I shall definitely recommend it to everyone. Also looking forward to visit many more times to explore more dishes.
Thank you.

Class Indian!
I ordered an Indian for collection and requested a taste of a beer that was off draught and they gave me a gift bag of the beer which was immaculate.
They make Indian food that does not taste like you are slobbering 2000 plus calories. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients in both the masalla and jalfrezi.
It was immensely good and I will be back

We went here for a Sunday buffet as we'd heard so many people talk about it. The amount of choice isn't as varied as we maybe had expected, but having said that there was at least one dish for everyone. The tandoori starters were incredible! Amazing fresh naan brought to the table, but I would have liked another one. All in all, tasty food and we won't hesitate in going back. (Side note - a couple that ordered from the menu appeared to have incredible food!)

An amazing restaurant with fantastic staff and a very very talented chef. Tonight's meal has again surpassed my expectations, set in Court Coleman's grounds whose tribute to The fallen soldiers and in honouring Rememberance 100 years left me speechlessxxx

We love this place. The staff are super friendly and make time to chat to you and are personable making it an even more enjoyable visit. The dishes are not what you normally see on Indian restaurant menus, they are more traditional and so tasty. If you're looking for something different with a venue that's relaxed and welcoming then the Bokhara is the place to go. Highly recommended.
