They never seem to have mash or gravy, quiet a shame as it was the only good sides in my opinion. The Fries are always cold and genuinely taste like they've been there for hours. Chicken however always tastes amazing, always comes warm and never had anything wrong with them. Hopefully they'll get mash and gravy again.

Not the tastiest KFC I've eaten maybe the Colonel hasn't shared all the spices in his secret recipe. Self serv machine didn't give me a receipt but the counter staff were happy to produce a copy. Food was prepared quickly, order was accurate and it was hot. The deserts menu was devoid of anything I'd consider a desert only a pineapple stick. I sat by the window facing the entrance door and noticed then sills and window frames were far from clean, and the white dado rail was thick with dust. To be fair the tables chairs and floor were clean, and I hope this lack of attention to cleaning detail doesn't extend elsewhere. Overall OK but not great

On visiting KFC, in bridgend on herston Lane, what a nice designed interior, shame everything else let it down, service was appalling, took 30 mins after placing order at counter, for anything to surface, they more interested with drive thru, and just eat and deliveroo orders, the manager was nowhere to be seen leaving one new team member on the counter, whe asked to speak to the manager over the disgrace in service and state of restaurant floor, and he finally missed on over, from hiding in the kitchen behind the fry counter, to be of no use to the restaurant and its service in any way, given the chance I would use Sarn KFC, better service, friendlier staff, and higher quality of food good luck guys Hope you all enjoy 😉

I rang the store to speak with a manager as I had to order from the office to make sure they had enough chicken for the massive order I had placed. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Evan. I must say he was so professional and down to earth and he couldn’t do enough for me. As I turned up to store and placed the order he made sure everything was ready for me the food was delicious and made fresh to order. I don’t know what was better though the food or the customer service skills from Evan. It’s people like this that make you go back for repeat business. Thank you again to all the kfc staff and a massive thank you to evan. 👌👍

Food was okay, not my best meal. My zinger burger was very gristley. Put me off on my first bite. And one of our gravys was lumpy. No one's fault. Just poor product. The store was pretty dirty. And empty. I cleaned our table and chairs. The floor was covered in food. No issues with the staff all polite.

Not much of a que, placed my order the young man at the till was very polite and helpful which is what I look for as I have worked in retail for 32 years and you must always work to bend over backwards with your good manners! Then once I paid I went around to pick up my food. The assistant passed me the bottle of drink which came with the meal, yet again her manners were good keeping me up to date with what was happening with my food. Then within minutes I was handed my food and driving off. Another satisfied customer for KFC, and yes I would go there again for quality of food and service, so well done.

Food was okay, chicken burger was a bit dry, Wife had a boneless chicken meal but the portions were small. I fall out with the fact the KFC in no longer sell Pepsi, not everyone likes the non sugar product that seems to being pushed onto customers.

The service at this KFC and the food is excellent. The area manager is excellent but the local managers seem to let him down. It’s nearly always messy with KFC rubbish. Never around Mc Donald’s. It’s a shame as the experience is excellent otherwise. There is another fast food outlet due to arrive in the car park of Wicks soon .

Fair play we are always quick to complain but visited here this evening during the covid-19 lock down. Called prior the lady was very helpful and friendly and explained how busy they get in the evenings. Went there at 6pm queued for 40 mins to go drive through which was fine. Fair play the staff were all friendly and very helpful even though you could tell they were rushed off their feet. Food was delicious all freshly cooked. Well done all at KFC Hernston you are a credit to the company and the local area. We haven't eaten take away in over 2 months. Really enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you and keep up the good work 👍

Pretty good KFC this one. Staff are always presentable and efficient. Hardly any wrong food items after ordering, unlike some others where this seems par for course. Only downside to this one is that it's located just by the local boy racer shop; aka Halfrauds Auto Centre. This means that a lot of little boys in their 1 litre fiestas get to drive as fast as their push pedals will allow them to go up this little lane. For some unexplained reason, this thrills the useless little truds. So, watch yourself as you may have to smash one after they attempt to mow you down with their newly installed butt crack opener otherwise known as a dump valve. Best to throw some chicken bones at their vehicles so the seagulls will attack it for you.

Always good customer service. Bargain bucket took a while so got some extra dips and a sincere apology from the one female front of house staff on despite a busy queue. Never had a problem here so far. Good they let you use NHS discount!

Came here at just after 9 on a Saturday, the person behind the counter (girl, dark skin and hair) was very friendly and told me there would be a 6 minute wait for my fillet which I was fine with, the food was there in the 6 minutes and was all fresh and warm, even got offered a free drink for waiting a while. Always find KFC buildings to be cold and empty these days. Chicken is still decent and at a decent price. This one is ok. It's conviently placed with a decent amount of parking. Staff are friendly. They could have been a lot quick on emptying the bins whilst I was there. Though they did empty them just before I had finished. They were on the verge of overflowing.

Right these guys are very busy, its on a packed out bypass and its constant. As kfcs go it was a bit over cooked but not bad. Chips were great as was the gravy. Car park litter heavy. Service very good under the circumstances. Thanks chaps just off 5 stars, but id ask my manager for more staff.

KFC is losing its flavour . 27 years ago it was lush use to treat the family once a month. 27 years on and its starting to taste like a baked chicken with no flavour. Not all of them are like that ,the one by the pines in Bridgend is tasty.

Usually a fan of KFC in Bridgend. But sad to say been a bit disappointed last couple of visits as coating on the chicken has been tasting as though the oil for frying has burned. Considering my last two visits have been approximately 2 weeks apart , it's obviously not just a one off. Normally I wouldn't hesitate to give 5 stars.
