We met extended Family there, no parking, no tables, a long wait for our food, and when we did get a table, we had to clean it ourselves. My mother ordered a tea with her meal and got a coke, another 10 minute wait for a cup of tea! My quarter pounder burger was burnt around the edge and very dry. There was a huge draft where we were sitting so our food went cold very quickly. Not a McDonald's we will be visiting again in a hurry

I met the manager as I walked into McDonald's and he helped me to use the McDonald's App on my Phone. My first time to place my order by Mobile Phone, whilst sitting at my Table. Not bad for a 77 year old. Congratulations McDonald's. I remember being the first to use Chip and Pin when McDonald's was the first company in UK to introduce that facility some years ago. Nice to see McDonald's leading the field in this regard with fast food restaurants.

I cannot speak more highly of this branch. Witnessed two bus loads of school pupils descend on to the branch at the same time. The staff managed them really well and got the all served and out within about 30/40 minutes. Crazy but well done branch.

We went to the drive-thru a while ago and the food was good and the service was quick. However, we were part of the queue for half an hour outside waiting to order and be served. It would be great if there could be dedicated employees that are able to come outside to take orders from the cars during times of long queues to smoothen the system and prevent customers waiting long due to unforeseen circumstances, as they might be rushing to other venues for example. Thank you in advance for taking our feedback and suggestion into account.

Had drive thru order, got charged 5p (government charge) for bag - (without being asked if we wanted/needed one)…...next window collected food and guess what - no bag! In principle we we’re robbed. Next time it will be “no bag thanks” before we pay! Apparently they’re supposed to bag orders - simple eh? So why can’t they just do their job properly - it’s not rocket science! Fed up of sloppy service (sadly the case in many shops today) or made to feel like we’re an inconvenience to staff. Moan over.

Not the greatest McDonald's experience here. We found that even though there were tables we were unable to order food to be brought to the tables. An area was also reserved as a staff breakout area which is something I haven't seen at any other McDonald's. Our order was slow with food not hot enough and orders that went in after ours coming out first but while that could be understandable, it happened at least 5 times. Add to that tha lack of attention with the wrong sauces picked. It clearly said sweet curry and we were given sweet and sour which we definitely didn't want and they missed our apple pie. I know it was busy but I've seen a busier McDonald's copebfar better with hotter food.

Only ordered coffees and McFlurrys - love the new ice cream boxes, much more recyclable friendly but the spoons are too curved and irritate my lips 😂 they're shaped more for kiddies mouths than adults but the flat white was delish & the McFlurrys still tasted great 😊

Good signage telling you what the covid restrictions are. Plenty of staff on hand to help. We got there just before the tea time rush and didnt have to wait but there was a long queue when we left which felt a bit difficult to pass while social distancing.

As far as a McDonald's restaurant goes it's a good one, clean and tidy, spacious, Lobby staff efficient and friendly, good for families. Never expect too much from McDonalds food and you won't be disappointed (doesn't look like the pictures 😉)

I go here each weekend after my shift whilst on the way home, recently the food has been served cold a numerous of times and the drive thru wait is just terrible so it's a pain to return for food, the chips never come salted at night but instead come cold and only half the box is filled. You get what you pay for at McDonald's. It's quick and easy but obviously the food is not good for you. My biggest problem with this particular store, evening quiet times you are often asked to park in the waiting bay for something as simple as a double cheeseburger. It can make you reconsider the whole idea of fast food. Staff are otherwise friendly.

Once again dissapointed to realise I have something missing.. inadequate parking some lovely staff. Conveniently just off the M4. It is just a McDonald's. Its a modern one so it has the digital order boards which are much preferable and the zoned seated so they will bring your food to the table.
