D. W. M.Great food as always. We booked for the tree house but due to staff shortage we were seated in the main seating area instead. Table staff were pleasant and friendly and from ordering through the app to food on the table was ten minutes (which is good for a party of five). Clean and tidy throughout and Covid rules maintained, good stuff! Would definitely recommend 👍
C. J.Delighted to have a Nandos in Bridgend, a really good option when visiting the cinema or shopping at the designer village. The transformation of the old Ed's Easy Diner is impressive, it looks great and seems much larger. Ordering on the app worked well and service was quick. Food was up to the usual standard but a shame that two of our dishes were luke warm, otherwise good vist and decent value.
L. L.It's good and friendly restaurants. Ordered Sunset burger and Feta and Quinoa salad with two boneless drumsticks. Good food, the only disappointment is only half teaspoon of dried quinoa in the salad.

Restaurant ran out of napkins said they were waiting on a delivery for hours which is understandable but they should have more than they need in the first place just in case as it's a crucial thing for a restaurant to have. Also cold but apart from that it was alright

J.We visited this Nando’s on the weekend. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The food was lovely as usual, we even got offered a free plate of chicken wings which was a lovely gesture. The place was clean and very spacious. Overall, a wonderful experience.

z.I visited with a friend for lunch and everything was great. Quite a bit of a wait for a table but it is to be expected these days. The virtual queue system is good. Staff were pleasant and did their best to accommodate our needs. Food as good as always. However, what happened with the pouring cream on the desserts, Nandos?? I specifically asked a team member if the desserts were now coming with cream because I know previously you have stopped for a bit. I ordered the desserts on the app, the pictures showed pouring cream but there was none. So sad. Would still come back and recommend but please bring the pouring cream back or change the pictures.

A. P.First time Nandos customers. Jess booked us a table and said food was delicious and she wasn't wrong. Had trouble was the app couldn't get attention from staff to help us out. Managed in the end. Didn't get checked back on food even though it was lush but needed refill on my son's fanta. My sister had to go up for sauce but was told she couldn't so they brought over. Will be back for food and hopefully table service will improve

L.I often use this Nandos because it’s conveniently located at the side of the M4 and had mixed service at different times but I must praise the staff there today especially Cullen and Callum who went over and above in catering for me when there was a delay on the M4 and subsequently collecting my take away.
