Thoroughly enjoyable meals! Food was well portioned and tasty and given it being a busy Saturday evening service, arrived in good time. The mains felt authentic, and the desserts went down a treat. As a party we couldn't fault any of the food we had, even those who hadn't eaten Greek cuisine before. Service was good, plenty of staff serving tables, and offering a friendly vibe. The atmosphere and decor was nice; a traditional Greek theme with a somewhat modern twist. The only critique being that there are a lot of tables, at least downstairs, and we were quite close to other parties, which made it feel slightly cramped, but it certainly took nothing away from the experience. Slightly steeper in terms of prices than maybe used to in Bridgend, but the meal and atmosphere warranted how much we paid. Would happily return.

I had the veggie moussaka which was really good. I’d also definitely recommend the hummus and the tzatziki! The place is lovely on the inside and the cocktails were fab too.

Nice place, well decorated, food ok-ish, calamari where dry, over cooked and too salty and moussaka again bit too salty. I was expecting much better food for price we have paid.

The decor is amazing. Ambience so relaxed and the food we had was amazing. The Calamari was just perfect and my partner loved her Moussaka. The bowl of rice was just perfect with some amazing cocktails to wash the food down with. Just what Bridgend needed, a restaurant that wouldn’t look out of place in any big city.

Had a beautiful meal this evening at Tholos. Had starters and a main course which was extremely tasty. The setting was perfect and we were made to feel extremely welcome. The staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely be recommending to friends and returning to try more of the menu 😊.

What an experience I had here. After reading some of the not so good reviews I wanted to check this place out for myself. Food was fantastic, staff were lovely and atmosphere was just beyond. Decore was beautiful. I look forward to having your food again.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish. I was unsure which wine to choose, so the waiter bought me Three samples to try. My wife had a delicious Mojito. We've been to The Greek Islands many times, and this place doesn't disapoint at all. The food was delicious, and perfectly seasoned, with very good portions.The decor is contemporary, and very classy. Overall a lovely evening, we will be returning soon.

First visit to Tholos, decor and ambience was perfect, a lot of attention has gone in to making it a relaxing place to be. The staff were keen to make you feel welcome. Our starters were authentic and well prepared. Mains were well prepared perhaps not as authentic as the greek food we are used to but none the less very tasty. Good to support a new venue in Bridgend.

A little piece of Greece in Bridgend . Beautiful food, great service, but so busy busy. You must book, they were so popular they had to turn people away. The food platter was more than enough for 2 people with a good starter selection. Service was quick and friendly. We will returny
