C. B.Hadn't got a kebab from here in years and didn't remember them being great so swerved it.... Until tonight. I was really quite pleasantly surprised. I got lamb shish in container. The lamb was lovely and tender and loads of it. Salad fresh . Will order again.
E. S.Honestly, don't listen to those 1 star reviews. This place went from a 1 star hygiene rating to a 5 since the ownership got transfered to someone else. The food isn't too greasy, the place is clean and the workers are always willing to give refunds or change your food if you have a complaint. Overall, its a great shop, will order again.

Pros - price, portion size, quality of the food and the staff actually read the instructions on the food note section! (A rarity to find on uber eats)

w. q.I have just ordered a meal from charcoal and Deliveroo, yet again, delivered the wrong order. When I rang Charcoal Grill, they instantly started cooking our original order again for free. Q. S.Bought take away from there one day in the past. The bloke working behind the counter was trying to serve 3 people at once and was more confused about the orders than somebody lost in the jungle. But that aside, the food was good.
