J. C.A good size breakfast or lunch cooked to perfection. They have a large menu to suit everyone and cheerful friendly staff. They always remember just how I like my tea. There is plenty of seating downstairs if upstairs is full and tables and seating outside for those who like the fresh air. I have tea and food here often and highly recommend it for breakfast lunch and refreshments.

C.It's a greasy spoon cafe. Not your posh breakfast place, if you want an all day full English it's one of the few places you can get them.
P. o. M.I've been here a few times before, it's usually pretty good, a strong 4. But this time my food was fine but my companion's wasn't great - bubble and squeak that wasn't much more than a rectangular spat of mashed potato and no obvious cheese in the cheese omlette. And, all in all, I bit pricey. Shame. There's other places to go - I'll be doing that.

D. e.Not extra, not horrible. We had fish&chips and one breakfast set. Fish&chips were eatable - but it was no "good potato chips" but normal frozen fries and there was no mushy peas. The breakfast set was good (nicely done egg).

Interior isn’t anything fancy and feels like second hand. It’s clean and has tables to eat food at. I guess it’s enough to have a meal.
You can easily get a better breakfast or lunch in any pubs for a similar price. I ordered fish and chips for £5.95. I’ve attached a picture, so you judge if it’s worth it. I didn’t get any tartar sauce, any salad ... just dry chips and fish.
I won’t be coming back.

J. T.My partner and I eat 'Breakfast' here at lunch time almost every Friday . Their breakfast menu is very extensive. Food is prepared fresh in full view from the counter and delivered promptly, we always enjoy our food here and the staff are always so friendly, they remember my order and preferences when I go in now and always wave us goodbye on leaving making us feel very welcome as customers.

The bloke at the counter is pretty brusque in manner which seems unnecessary. Also they unapologetically don't take card payment. I paid the £20.50 he asked for in cash even though the till said £20.40. Never mind. I'll just not go again.
M.Not amazing not horrible, it's a good place where you can eat ordinary dishes (breakfast, sandwiches, burgers). I raccomand for those that want to eat good cheap and fast foods. Good but don't extraordinary.
P. S.I love this place, the menu is extensive and if that's not enough for you there's a 'build your own breakfast' option. Best fry up in Brighton.

S.Ordered a chicken sandwich. Literally just normal toasts and chicken slices with nothing else, not even a piece of lettuce. However their prices are a bit lower than average. Staff are ok.
