I don't know what people are expecting from the Burger king. It's just a fast food restaurant where you can get valuable foods quickly. The place seemed clean and staffs were polite enough. Icecream is 1.99 but it's a lot.

The food is nice. However, the restaurant itself obviously has some underlying issues. The place is open 24 hours, and thus is open for the floods of people leaving clubs and bars. The place is obviously understaffed during these hours. Food still comes out at a reasonable pace, but the sanitary condition of the customer area is definetly not up to scratch. The floors are very dirty, and the ketchup/mustard dispenser area is also dirty. Obviously not the fault of the staff as they clearly work hard to supply the customers, more the fault of management. In addition to this, the outside area has no bins close by, causing people to leave their rubbish on the street.

I couldn't hear the staff member behind the till when ordering and I couldn't lip read through a mask even though there was a shield between us. Food came fast but was cold. Toilets require a code which is on receipt when I entered the code I got my finger jammed in the turner.

Place is very clean. Social distancing well maintained. Food was excellent except for the onion rings as they were not fresh. We got the Eat Out To Help Out, so the price wasn't that bad for 3 meals.

Very skeptical about there cleaning routine tables are dirty the toilets are dirty door handles and push plates are dirty and the Ketchup and mayonnaise is a self service bottle and it's pretty clear alot of people don't wash or sanitise there hands before using

Went in at about 10pm, 1 server didn't even acknowledge us & served a guy behind us. The "large" meal we ordered came with the same sized portion of fries as the regular meal & the total was nearly £17 for 2 meals... it wasn't even busy for mistakes to have been made, it was a Tuesday night... not pleased.

The lady did not let a man who had already bought a soda glass refill, when in most burgers the refill is free, so the man tells him if he can get water, and he doesn't let it either. When I asked for tomato sauce to go, he says that I had to pay for them or take the autofill but without a lid, when I went to pay him with a 20 bill, he tells me that he has no change ... 🤷‍♂️. BAD (Original) La comida está bien, pero me pareció muy antipática la señora de la caja, una mayor de gafas, no la joven, ella sí fue muy amable. La señora no dejó rellenar el vaso de refresco a un señor que ya había comprado, cuando en la mayoría de los burger el refill es gratis, entonces el señor le dice que si puede sacar agua, y tampoco lo dejo. Cuando pedí salsa de tomate para llevar, dice que tenía que pagarlos o llevar la de autorellenar pero sin tapa, cuando le fui a pagar con un billete de 20, me dice que no tiene cambio... 🤷‍♂️. MAL😤
