B. M.By far the best Korean Fried Chicken I've had so far from the many options available in UK, London mainly. Me and my girlfriend found this as we were craving Korean Fried Chicken on a whim, and I was surprised they had one while we were in Brighton. The chicken itself was juicy and succulent on the inside, as well as crispy and flavourful from the sauces they had on offer.
The restaurant itself had a really homely feeling, the staff were also really welcoming.
Will definitely come here again if I'm in the area, I also recommend this to anyone who loves Korean Fried Chicken!
r. a.I was so excited to dine here! We have been having take outs from chikini for quite some time now. It is local to Brighton and I get to have it when my friends buy some for me.
Had lunch with my partner here and I got the chikini bikini set. I would recommend the saucy for a real korean fried chicken flavor. (CAUTION: PEANUT ALLERGY but it can be removed upon request)
My partner got chikini original and a side sauce of gangnam style ( basic but done well)
I also ordered the doritos chicken - salty and cheesy indeed. Quite a unique flavor that really got my approval.
Kimchi rice is a must as I am asian and its good paired with the chicken 😊
For the sides, we both had their kimchi slaw and it qas a perfect palate cleanser.

K.Hidden gem in the heart of Brighton, super easy to miss but I stumbled across this bombshell of a place during the summer of 2021, my partner surprised me with a day out to Brighton which included coming to this absolutely delicious and underrated establishment with brilliant food, polite staff, a lovely, relaxed environment, not to mention the great pricing and fair amount of options.
Chikini is a must if you're ever visiting Brighton for genuinely the best Korean fried chicken I've ever had in my life, nowhere in London can even begin to compete!

S. J.Probably the best chicken I've ever had, I had the saucy flavour which was quite sweet with nuts on top and wwwwoooowwww, the Kimchi slaw was yummy too. They also have plastic gloves you can use so you don't get hands dirty and wipes, so considerate!!! The guy with longish hair was also super nice and had great customer service :)
D. F.Loved it! I got the Saucy 3 piece thighs with chips and kimchi slaw. The portion was more than I should have eaten but it was insane good. The chicken had a deep fried breading, as should be expected from Korean fried chicken. The sauce was sweet and plentifull, fully covering the chicken plus more at the bottom of the box that I used to dip the fries.
I visit Brighton maybe once a year and this will be my new dinner haunt.
The young lady at the counter was sweet and polite. She was patient as I yammered on about my living in Korea and ex-military stuff, while we both waited for my order to be finished. She deserves a medal. 😂
Oh, the Saucy sauce is not spicy so try it on the little ones.

The sauce where have you been all my life, been living here for 5 years just ate from here last week. Got the extra curry sauce everything was good. Couldn't get delivery so picked it up from the shop. Waited a bit longer as they might of forgotten the order. So I waited patiently and was it worth the wait yes. The lady gave it two bags just incase it didnt rip. Drivers come back and forth she was off her feet. Wicked customers service deffo going back there, couldn't wait to go home so I had the gravy bucket in the car lol.

A.Best chicken in town, hands down. Then add some sauce and things get dangerous! Seriously addictive. Been coming for years now and it's consistently amazing. Staff are lovely too - they care and always take time to have a little chat. Highly recommend you give it a try - you'll soon be as hooked as me and my mates.

The fried chicken has a crispy but light batter, and the meat is still moist and flavorful. Sauces are quite tasty too! Good value for price (<£25 for two; we asked for a box to bring leftovers home as we couldn't finish them all). Wasn't expecting to stumble upon good korean fried chicken place on a one day trip to Brighton, but now I wish I can teleport Chikini closer to me! Definitely will recommend.

One Friday night, in the middle of the quarantine, my girlfriend suggested something different.
"Forget KFC," she said. "Let's get Korean fried chicken instead". My God, was that the right call.
The chicken is succulent, flavourful, and perfectly tender - the sweet potato fries are crispy, sweet, and perfectly cooked - the sauce? The sauce is phenomenal. I am disappointed that I've ever eaten KFC, because if I want fried chicken now I will ONLY eat Chikini.
In a word, the food is spectacular. In a number? 12 out of 10.

(.Recently opened and already popular Chikini do chicken of all cuts in a variety of flavours and portions from just chicken (wings, drum, breast or mix) to set box meals which include fries and a side. I particular liked the lunch I coleslaw which was surprisingly sweet (they had used apple) which cut through the spicy sauce I chose for the chicken. You can sit in or takeaway and judging by the number of delivery drivers turning up on a Monday this place is already popular.

I visited this Korean style chicken place last friday with a friend and we were both starving, hence we ordered 10 thighs, chicken bites and sides, all this for about £30. The lovely girls behind the counter recommended to us The Saucy chicken thighs, which were delicious Korean style friend chicken, so prepare to get dirty. This followed with Boneless baby, popcorn chicken bites in curry sauce, maybe my favourite thing on the menu. I also recommend not to order fries, as fried chicken is very rich as it is. So maybe kimchi no mayo slaw or kimchi rice are better options. I must say that food was great, however we order too much, so we asked for a doggy bag and gave the leftovers to homeless. The only con of this place is that they dont sell beer and require £1 fee for byob, which I think is a no brainer, cmon fried chicken and no beer? Nevertheless the overall experience was 10/10, the chicken is fresh, juicy n crispy....salads fresh, staff helpful and charismatic. That is all you need in a place like this.

장점 :
1. 한국 치킨과 맛이 비슷한 오리지널리티 (비비큐와
둘둘치킨의 중간정도의 튀김옷. 깐부치킨이랑 맛 비슷)
2. 술은 안팔지만 저렴하게 맥주 혹은 와인 코키지 가능
(BYO 맥주캔당 1파운드니 맥주한잔에 사오파운드 받는
다른곳들보단 훨씬 낫다
3. 합리적인 편인 가격
단점 :
1. 치킨무를 오천원돈을 주고 파는건 여기가 아무리
영국이라고 해도 좀 심했음. 리필이 안될듯 한데
너무 필수적인걸 비싸게 받으려고 하니 안가게됨
2. 감자튀김에 케챱 좀 넉넉히 주시지 맥도날드에서 주는
작은 케챱 2개. 그냥 병으로 사다놓고 주는게 나음
