I loved this place! Cute place and bright vibes. Also I wanted more salad instead of potatoes and rice options, and he was flexible to change. Aubergine with beef was also amazing! Baklava and tea and it was the best baklava I had with lots of pistachio. If I go back to Brighton, I will totally visit again :)

Was walking around to look for dinner options and chanced upon this Mediterranean restaurant. It’s their Sizzling Spicy King Prawns(must order!!!) on the menu which drawn us in and lucky us, all our dishes were yummy!!! We ordered Seabass and Steak as our mains too.

An incredible evening and dining experience. The staff and owner went out of their way to provide us with tantalising flavors from start to finish. Highly recommend the Lemon Chicken Sizzler and Spicy Prawns. Portions are plenty and we left the restaurant smiling, content and full.

After a brief conversation with the owner on Friday night about his newly opened business. We decided to pay a visit on Saturday night. It is tastefully decorated with a warm atmosphere and lovely staff. The food was delicious well presented and reasonably priced. I would recommend booking. The seabass fillet is quite delicious. However, the side (couscous) was cold and not tasty. The salad was tasteless, it seemed like the vegetables are not the best quality. The staff is polite, everything is clean and you can get the complimentary Turkish tea. Overall this is not bad, but I was expecting better food.

I didn't look up reviews and went in randomly. This sweet restaurant is simply decorated which is nicely unintimidating, there's nothing pretentious going on. It was a nice surprise that this lovely place was such an absolute total treat. The staff are a treat and the food is simple a and great. It wasn't too noisy so I could hear myself think which was cool. Salmon came in big portions and was lovely fresh salmon. The freebies were lovely. I'm not surprised it gets entirely 5 star reviews. So nice to be so happily surprised!

This place really has a great atmosphere and the staff are lovely and helpful, the interior is beautiful and the chairs are comfy! The food is really good I especially like the homade baklava it is syrupy, nutty absolutely what you want in a baklava..... I'm now still dreaming of it, it was that good!! The stuffed aubergine was really tasty I've never had it before and would get it again, my dad hasn't had that dish since leaving London and so it made his night to see it here!! I had such good dolma stuffed vine leaves they were vinegary and meaty, I've never really liked them that much before or been to fussed but this place changed my mind!! I would get the appetizers they where all good especially the dolma and olives. The drinks are lovely I especially loved the Turkish coffee and tea, it takes me back to the days when we could travel to Turkey and Cyprus. The staff when above and beyond to make us feel good, he even made us some mint tea fresh even though he did not have to. So over all I would highly recommend coming to this place for lunch or dinner and experience it for yourselves!!

What a fantastic find. Can't recommend this place enough. Staff were super and food was great with generous portions. Prices were quite low I thought as well, so I tipped generously. We visited the place closer to 10pm on a Friday night. It was still full with dinners. A small cosy bright place next to the one way street. The chef and the staff was super friendly. This is a place to go if someone loves Greek or Turkish food. Since lack of knowledge we tried the chef special. It was month watering, full of filling and was not heavy on the tummy. The rice on the main is perfectly done with flavour and aroma. Perfect balanced main dish. The starts are amazing too full of flavour. A place I would personally recommend.

This is what you must try in Brighton if you want to drown in savory and delectable dishes. From drinks to the Turkish tea, from lamb shanks to layered pastry desserts, the owner/chef Ali made the menu unique and exquisite. Another reason to love this place is the staff, mixing attentiveness to my needs with friendly but unintrusive interactions - they enhanced my enjoyment of the wonderful food considerably. An absolute highlight of my trip and I will definitely miss them while back in London and NYC.

(Translated) A really nice discovery! Clean, intimate and welcoming place in the center of Brighton, the owner and all the staff very kind. We got advice from the chef and we made a path of various appetizers, all delicious (I ate the best hummus ever and some spectacular squid!), And then the chef's specialty, an eggplant stuffed with meat, excellent! The ingredients were certainly top notch. To finish, we had a chocolate cake and ice cream with pistachio grains, both very good. We will definitely go back every time we pass through Brighton. Highly recommended (Original) Veramente una bella scoperta! Locale pulito, intimo ed accogliente nel centro di Brighton, il proprietario e tutto il personale gentilissimi. Ci siamo fatti consigliare dallo chef e abbiamo fatto un percorso di antipasti vari, tutto delizioso (ho mangiato il miglior hummus di sempre e dei calamari spettacolari!), e poi la specialità dello chef, una melanzana ripiena di carne, ottima! (Original) Trouvé au hasard en marchant dans les rues de Brighton, nous sommes tombés sur une perle rare. La serveuse est française est vraiment très gentille, de très bon conseil. L'intérieur est très sympa et le plus important, on s'est régalé. Mention spéciale au Hummus Kavurma, ce plat est une tuerie! Le reste était super bon aussi (Vegetarian platter, Denizden Platter). Pour un tarif très contenu (55£ pour 5, en ayant trop mangé :)), que demander de plus!!!
