Booked a table for Monday evening. No need as it was very quiet. Great staff, barman easily persuaded us have another drink or a larger glass of wine! Food was delicious and plentiful. As with other Brewer fayres the meals included in the deal are by far one of the best deals around. Definitely affordable for 4 adult meals with drinks too. Friendly peaceful atmosphere 10/10 for a family meal out.

Lovely, clean and tidy place. Nice to go and have a quick drink before going to the bus station. We always go there before we catch the coach when we go on our holiday for coffee and toast. Staff always friendly.

Went yesterday for a snack before doing some work. Had a hunters chicken (they call it something else) and a pint of Guinness. Both very nice. Then due to a current competition they are running I won a free desert (I had eaton mess sundae) it was pretty decent and to drink I had a lemonade with it. This pub is a game of two halves, the staff in the evening are grumpy and if you change anything in your order like removing garnish or sauces from burgers the bar staff I ordered from actually huffed because he had to push a few extra buttons. Massive list of foods that we're unavailable. Not great service and the food came out cold, cold chips, less than lukewarm burger not recommended for dinners. Much better choices out there considering the prices as well. Breakfast is completely different. Staff are lovely friendly and helpful, the help yourself breakfast and drinks selection is great and the food is hot. Only kept the 3 stars due to the breakfast team, otherwise it would have been 1 star.

Visited here on a number of occasions when visiting Bristol, had an issue with hard substance in food which my partner bit down on & damaged his tooth & caused his mouth to bleed, manager apologised & we were told we would hear back regarding the issue when the supplier & head office had been informed, but sadly never did hear back.

As you walk into this restaurant you realise how lovely and clean it is and looks. The staff are warm and friendly as soon as you walk through the door. The food is fantastic and we didn't have a long wait. Well done all

This brewers fayre is located on the ground floor of a premier inn hotel. We were staying nearby but our hotel had an overpriced breakfast so we used the brewers fayre for breakfast. One adult and up to two children can have unlimited breakfast for £9.50 which meant our family of 5 had unlimited breakfast for less than £20 - which isn’t to be sniffed at! Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and it made no difference that we weren’t staying in the premier inn. They simply asked if we had prepaid or needed to pay. The food was just as you would expect at that price point but the options were endless. Hot food, pastries, pancakes, muffins, cereal, fruit and yoghurts along with all the jams, spreads and sauces you could ask for. Only two frustrations but nothing major. The conveyor chain toaster was useless, took 4 passes to get brown toast. One bank of hot drinks machines was out of order so everyone in the restaurant needed to use a single machine which led to queues at times.

Nice family friendly restaurant located next to Premier Inn. There's a very ample food menu with a lot to choose from. I ordered the Hand Battered Fish Burger (Sustainable). Every bite was mouthwatering! For dessert, I had the share platter (doughnuts, pretzels, brownies, strawberries and two dipping sauces). The coffee was also very nice.

My fiancee and I booked a table for 2 for a Valentine's Day meal after previously having tried the carvery here which Is excellent. We were not disappointed, our friendly waitress Megan looked after our every need and we had 3 superb courses with a lovely bottle of Pinot Grigio for a fabulous evening. Good price and for kids meals, good price for Sunday carvery £9.99, choice of Turkey, beef and Gammon ,can have Turkey,beef and gammon at the same time, selection of 3 unlimited veg, lovely crispy roast potatoes and tasty Yorkshire pudding. starter of soup with bread roll. The only problem was , the roast potatoes, veg and gravy was warm, it needed to be at a much higher temperature,if the gravy was hotter then maybe that would have increased the heat of the roasters, veg and Yorkshire pudding. I like to start off with my carvery meal hot.The stuffing looked unappetizing, pale with some brown bits, it was all clunked together, difficult to separate . The staff very friendly. The reason for my 3 stars was because the carvery (not the meat) was warm food. Don't know what the other menus are like. self help orange drink was very, very sweet, too sweet unhealthy ridiculously sweet. My first time there, but will go back and try other menus but not the drinks from the machine.

A great place to pop in for a meal after visiting Bristol Eye Hospital. Practically next door. My visually impaired sister found it easy to navigate with her cane and the staff were so helpful despite being very short staffed on our last visit. Always loved the food n value for money here. Not liking the newer model of brewers. Now you take your own table, go to the bar n order drinks n food. I preferred the old style of, being waited on, it made a nice change from other similar venues. The food n prices n deals, are fantastic. Never had 1 complaint in the 2 plus years I've been going (as at 2018). I definitely recommend joining the BONUS CLUB. You get points for your bill, this then becomes a monetary value... 500 points is £5 that you could take off your final bill OR use for a free bottle of wine!... Also a free meal for your birthday, and special offers (Often 40% of your bill for meal of upto 4 guests) and for anniversaries.
