Simple and well priced. Sadly the kitchen closed at 8.45pm on the evening I visited - had KFC from across the car park. But had a beer in here. Quiet and relaxed. Edit - Next morning. This is where you have breakfast if you stay at the Premier Inn next door. And like all Premier Inns they do a great breakfast. And have to give a positive comment on the breakfast waiting staff.

Our first visit here on a Sunday afternoon, we came in for a roast dinner. On arrival, service was excellent, the waiters were very informative and helpful. We ordered 2 large roast beef dinners for the low sum of around £10 each. We couldn't fault the food, great portions and very tasty. We were bought extra gravy on request and we could have had unlimited refill on the roast potatoes and yorkshires if we weren't full. We did make room for dessert though which was also delicious. After we received our mains, the level of service did drop as staff changed shifts and it was difficult to get attention of the waiters despite the very low volume of diners. In the end we were in the restaurant for almost 2 hours and should have been done in just 1. Couldn't fault the food and value, and I'm sure we'll be returning again soon.

Went for lunch on Monday. Firstly there seemed to be very little staff, we was asked to use the left side of the restaurant for food, wasn't a problem but when I went to the bar to order there was nobody around, I kept looking and saw what I believe was a manager and instead of him serving me he kept going into different rooms looking for someone to serve me. Finally after a good 10- 15 minutes of waiting a chap served me, he was very friendly and apologetic for the delay and he was clearly rushed off his feet! Food took about 15 minutes which I'm happy with as it was definitely freshly cooked and cooked well. No complaints on the food. The server again was very friendly and helpful. This would have been a 5 star review if the manager wasn't "too good" to serve customers

My starter - Fish Gojouns were £5.29 for that I only got four pieces with a very small pot of Tartare sauce and a slice of Lemon . I was hard pushed to use the whole pot to dip due to small measure. They were nice though. For the main I Had a BBQ platter which was well presented and better value. Good service, a chap behind the bar is friendly and quick. Two waitresses in Red with quick service too. I’d have given more stars but due the Starter…on a meal deal I think the puddings are better value.

Fantastic team and service. Dan Izzy and Luke were fantastic every night, during our week long stay, and were an absolute credit to the company. Food was better than expected for a chain restaurant and very reasonably priced. If staying in the premier Inn can highly recommend.

Nice breakfast. Had a work outting and treated some colleagues to a breakfast. Quick and very reasonable. I'm now an awkward gluten free vegetarian (not through choice!). There is a good GF selection. I had toast, bacon and sausage all GF. Along with beans and tomatoes. All good. They also offer discounts for Defence Discount card holders and we collect points on the loyalty cards

Staying at Premier Inn so had dinner and breakfast there. Husbands dinner was fine I had lasagne not very big it was very salty and not very hot. Breakfast next day was cold Tom's were burnt and meats tasteless. Sorry but would not eat here again

Ok food Not great but average grub I had the Mac Nd cheese burger yesterday but it seemed like the Mac part was an afterthought. It was ok tho. Today I had the smothered chicken. (As pictured) This was nice. Chicken was adequately moist and the bacon was crispy. The chips wernt too bad. All in all you get what you pay for. Cheap and somewhat cheerful lol.

My initial visit to this Brewers Fayre was not the same as the one I left with. The young Welsh lady was lovely, very friendly and nice. The Manager seemed a little rude! Not sure how I managed to get that so wrong, she was in fact very friendly and nice. The whole experience was pleasant, nice and friendly and even had a small village pub feel mostly down to the way the staff including the Manager interacted with each other and the customers. The food was quite a bit above the standard you would expect at a Brewers Fayre which was a pleasant surprise and I certainly would visit again if I hadn't driven 300 miles to stay at the accompanying Premier Inn.

We arrived on a Wednesday lunch time to a rather busy restaurant. When we ordered our food the lady who took our order was so helpful, checking with the kitchen that they could aid the request that I asked for. The food arrived and it was hot, which is always a bonus and the chicken not scorched. When I asked for a certain sauce that wasn't on show, the same lady who took our order went, yet again to check with the kitchen. Nothing was to much botherfor her. After lunch, I went to order coffee and wine. The lady behind the bar let me taste certain wines before purchasing, which was really kind. Ended up with a bottle of wine, as it works out cheeper. All in all, our experience at The Concorde was a very pleasant affair. Will definitely be returning.

Was in the Gloucester/Bristol area for a few days and came across this establishment. Reminded me very much of eating at the Cuckoo Oak in Telford in Shropshire. Plenty of seating. Vast choice on the menu which I like. It was a Friday and as is my tradition as an Englishman, I went for the Fish & Chips. It was lovely, as were all the other options on the menu which I had a quick cheeky look as they sailed past my table for other diners. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was plentiful, hot and quickly served. Well recommended and would definitely visit again if in that neck of the woods.

Went to the Concorde a few evenings ago with friends and it was a great experience for us all. After months of staying at home we chose this place for our first night out and were definitely not disappointed. The food was lovely and very reasonably priced The staff were all really friendly and welcoming whilst keeping the place very covid safe. Would certainly go back and recommend to my family and other friends!!!

One of the party had her food come out missing part of her meal and when it was taken back to rectify it came back again missing the same item. Felt that the meal was luke warm but we couldn't be bothered to mention it to anyone. We ordered hot desserts that took forever to be sent out and they were also luke warm and in places cold. When it came to the bill, it came out wrong and took two attempts to put right. I will say that the ladies who served us were friendly and helpful so we can't blame them for the mistakes.

I am signed up with Brewers Fayre and I receive periodic emails explaining their latest deals. I got a discount since it was my birthday recently and combined with my son's and his girlfriend's A level results it was time to have a celebration meal together. With excellent social distancing and great food we had a very enjoyable evening. We usually have at least a couple of meals here every year and are never disappointed. Always good service and food and on this occasion a fifty percent discount. Great Place.

Mum and I had two meals for 8.99 was quite nice. Toilet was clean and tidy. Only reason for reduction in star is due to staff. Gent that serve us drinks wasn't rude but didn't really make us feel welcome. Also lady that served the meals was very rude to a gent (he used a glass to get a refillable drink he wasn't entitled to) as we where about four tables away and could hear very clearly seemed a bit o.t.t.

A great restaurant for a reasonably priced treat. Brewer's Fayre offers a loyalty scheme which earns points towards free food. Always handy when you want a desert or additional meal choice. The facilities on site are clean and nicely presented. Staff are always friendly and courteous. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they display good customer service when offering / receiving feedback. The menu is broad offering a wide range of food dishes to suit all tastes. Free parking immediately outside the venue is a bonus. Well worth a visit.

Food is fine, but there are far too few staff. Two of us visited on a Friday evening, had a Mixed Grill and a Mediterranean Mixed Grill. Ordered a dessert. Waited about half an hour before chasing it up explaining that we needed to leave in a further 20 minutes. 20 minutes later I got a refund as there was still no sign of the dessert. I only wanted a sundae, so just preparation was required, no cooking. Perhaps they were baking the Oreo's to go on the top, maybe that's what made it take so long.

It is a large restaurant, has a good size car park. Not very welcoming, just go in and find a table, you order at the bar! They have a good selection on the menu, the food is always hot, not bad value for the cost. The staff uniform could be better! Needs ironing, not good impression. Some of the seating is filthy, where it is old and dated, badly stained. If you find a reasonable table and seating you will be ok. I would not recommend to friends, but I will go there again

Went there for a friend's birthday. Ordered mixed grill to be told no steak but could have extra gammon or chicken. Ordered pink gin to be told that they had none. Mixed grill came out without onion rings so we guessed they had run out of those too but it would have been nice to have been told this. I love Brewers Fayre but this is the first time I been to this one and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I think I will continue to use the one in Lewins Mead despite it being further to travel.

A freezing cold day was forgotten as I was served a spot on rib eye medium steak. Perfectly done. The heating in the building couldn't cope with -4 outside though, which is a shame. Worth visiting aslong as it's not below zero outside though, otherwise it would of been 5stars.

10th visit if not further. Two mains and a child's menu with three drinks £17.80 till auto managed a deal with the selected mains off a 2 for £8.50 deal saving me loads. Friendly polite happy looking staff with loyalty card prompted each purchase so you don't forget. They even have a Costa corner to take away!!

We visit on average 3 times a fortnight. Normally great food and cheery staff and never any reason to complain. Today, 6th February 2015, My curry was barely warm as were my wifes chips. My popper don was not crispy but soft. Whereas the naan bread instead of being fluffy was tough. The coffee machine had no milk in it. When the lad came with milk I told him the machine was also out of ground beans. He disappeared back to the bar and I then had to find the only other waitress. By this time it had to have been 15 minutes trying to get a coffee. In the end I gave up and told her to forget it and we left very dissatisfied.. I suppose it depends on who is working on the day you go but today was a disaster. I wasn't even offered my £5 back as I had paid for refill coffees.
