First time coming here with a couple friends, food was delicious and prices were ok! The Thai milk tea came in a huge mini jug - I'd definitely recommend! We ordered the trio starter - fishcakes, calamari and prawns in filo pastry, perfect for sharing. Mains we order the squid in Penang sauce, chicken Thai red curry and prawn pad Thai. Pad Thai was nice, could have added more peanut maybe, compared to other places where I have been, the portion was on the smaller side and lacked peanuts. The other two dishes tasted very similar, so I'd advise to order something else. Coconut rice was as expected. Dessert we ordered Mango sticky rice! ( So hard to find a good one in UK!) Almost tasted just as good as the ones I've had from Thailand but I guess produce is different so not as good, still a good dessert and didn't disappoint. Definitely would come here again!

Thai fish cakes, Thai and green milk tea, pad Thai and prawn noodle soup highly recommended! Staff were so accommodating and this is some of the best Thai food I've had in the UK period! Visit Date: 29th June 2022. Took a chance on this restaurant based on other Google Maps reviews whilst visiting the area. Did not regret it. My wife and I really enjoyed the whole meal - 3 shared starters, and a main meal each (see my pics). Getting the bill took a bit of time. Other than that, no complaints about the service and the food was halal and soooo delicious !

This place has got a good reputation for a reason. The staff is really friendly and tried the best to make you feel comfortable. The dishes are authentic and full of flavour. I wish my portion was more generous. Be aware that it is an alcohol free restaurant. Worth to visit.

I loved the vibe of this restaurant - cosy little place, family business, smily people great atmosphere and good food. However! I’m giving it 4 stars because there is room for improvement.. when it’s full the service/ communication seems to suffer a bit. My friend asked for the most spicy stir-fry they had and I asked for the normal medium one - they both came the same with no chillies, not spicy at all.. . Guessing they cooked for more people at once. Of course- they brought additional chilli sauce when we told them and it was good in the end but I would have liked the attention to detail. These weren’t special requests, but exactly how they were supposed to be according to their menu. Notes: we tried some of our friends food - the pad thai was a bit disappointing.. we really didn’t like it! (7 friends tried it and agreed on this ) However the crispy duck and the prawn curry were both fabulous! All in all I think 4+ stars is fair. Maybe it’s better when they are not full .. PS: they don’t serve alcohol and you can’t bring your own either.

Some of the best Thai food I've ever eaten. It's such a homely, friendly place - felt like we were in an aunt's home! The food was cooked really well. We tried the sesame chicken toast, fish cakes and chicken satay for starters. For mains, duck pancakes (portion enough for two but may need more pancakes), and the sweet and sour battered chicken with egg noodles. For dessert, sticky rice with mango. Absolutely delicious - worth travelling to Bristol for!

The service was exceptional from start to finish, the guy greeting us was funny, when we left he very politely opened the door and made us laugh on our way out again. The waitresses were all very helpful, always attended to us when we needed something and were very generous with extras we needed…. Now for the food… just WOW! Everything we had was spectacular and could of eaten it again, their peanut sauce is especially tasty and honestly couldn’t fault anything about the meal. This restaurant isn't some some town centre swanky opulent gin palace, it's more of an off the beaten track small family owned affair, it is however loaded with delicious food, great service and its brilliant value for money. Three of us visited last night and had the set meal B, it was optimistic to think that we would finish all of the food, we ended up bringing the majority of it home in takeaway pots as it was too good to leave behind. Great little find. I well recomend a visit. They also offer a takeaway service if you not lucky enough to be able to book a table. One word of warning (this is a nice touch I think), this is a non alcohol restaurant, they don't sell it and you can't take it onto the premises. #ThaiRestaurant

Lovely food and I was very impressed that they could make everything vegan! We had the 2 course lunchtime menu and it was reasonably priced. There was an issue re paying as we needed to split the bill 8 ways and only 2 people could pay by card without paying the £1 surcharge. This was a minor issue though and didn't spoil a fabulous lunch! 👍

I Love it ❤️ it's a hidden gem tucked away in fishponds but worth a visit. Weekdays are good for dining in, however, for weekends, you must book in advance. Be mindful is a very cosy restaurant so your space is limited. The food is super tasty, they provide fresh ingredients and have plenty of dishes to choose from. All the meat is halal and they can cater to your dieting needs. They have great staff and service.

I'm a British person who spent 3 years living in Chiang mai so I know good Thai food. This food is great especially the fact that they serve mango and sticky rice. Only reason not 5 stars is because there's a few of my favourite meals missing on the menu for me. Laab and khao soi but they may be northern Thai cuisine. The staff are lovely and attentive and I can't wait to go back!

I've just found my new favourite Thai restaurant in Bristol!! I absolutely loved this place. It brough back so many amazing memories of Thailand. The food was spectacular and the ice tea was made freshly for us. Tom yum soup was incredible and the deep fried ice cream was such a good way to finish the meal. I didn't realise but it's not battered, but rather covered in coconut shavings and topped with whipped cream...so delicious!! The staff are so kind and warm as well, I can't fault this place.

I have nothing remotely negative to say about my first time at Everyday Thai; the food was delicious and very good value for money and the staff couldn't have been nicer - between the funny, engaging man at the front desk and the friendly, bubbly waitresses, they created an atmosphere that I can't praise enough. I’m afraid this is more of an apology than a review! I had a good meal here but was worried that I could taste and see meat which the owner came and explained was actually egg, which when cooked in the Pad Thai sauce does look like this could very well be meat. I explained that it was too stiff and looked like shredded pork texture and I was convinced their Chef had made a mistake and have to apologise to the restaurant workers because this is very very similar looking to the Pad Thai I’ve just had over at home in a local restaurant and like rubber almost the egg is very stiff. I didn’t believe it was even possible to make egg go like that but it seems I was wrong! As hard as it is to admit and change my mind, I’d rather come clean than carry a lie and stick to what I had thought tasted and looked exactly like meat! Being a vegetarian for a couple of years now I couldn’t stand the thought of eating meat again, although it won’t kill me I know but that’s all irrelevant because this man I saw was telling the truth and I know how hard they work at the business and also the work running a restaurant is very busy and never stops, it isn’t merely putting food on plates and cleaning the dishes. The food was actually as good as other Thai restaurants I’ve been, I think actually it’s better value and could even be just as busy if they were a little more expensive also. I’d like the owner to contact me so I can pay again to show genuine that I’d pay twice because I feel bad for arguing about something I was in-fact mistaken/paranoid about and hope he can forgive my ignorance and his wife, like he said, she is a great cook and not made a mistake. We didn't realise how popular this Halal Thai restaurant is. Waited 1.5hrs for a table, and fortunate to get a table without booking. It's rated no.1 on Trip Adviser in Bristol. Be prepared to sit and wait for food, it takes ages for food to be served because this restaurant is busy. Having eaten a variety of dishes, I'm not sure what all the fuss is about. The food is average I thought, but the customer service was very good. All the staff were friendly and polite.

Pad Thai (traditional dish, safe and happy) A hidden gem is an understatement, this is a diamond placed in Bristol shimmering in such a subtle way. First & Foremost. The choice of food, the quality in presentation, the impact the taste and flavour has and the little notions of expectations set by those serving you to keep the quality of service as premium, consistent and cosy as can be. I came here on a random visit and was met by something surprising entirely. They had a valentines set menu, they had a pre-set menu with starters, first course, main all with options. Their drinks menu (completely non-alcoholic) has some varied options, and drink sizes also a great bonus if you order large, expect a pint glass. Atmosphere was buzzing, no background music, it's literally a small family style resturant that has a lot of character and ornaments on display for your eyes to venture through. Fresh flowers (brownie points to the business) for bringing in Thai style florals and even fresh roses for the valentines & weekend. I absolutely loved the level of care put in by everyone there regarding meal preference, wait expectations, course break down, speed of service. Asking if the meal had enough spice, enough dipping sauce. They even topped up my rice when I asked to take the rest home with my curry (was not expecting that). The level of care comes through right from the accommodating phone call at their busiest hour to reserve a table all the way through to the food. They have a lovely dessert menu that I recommend you save some space for. Even if it means staring at the rest of your main and debating to take it home to make the room, might be worth it. Will definitely be making this place a regular when I drop by Bristol City!

This gem is by far the best Thai place I’ve ever been to. Have been visiting this place since it first opened a few years ago. It’s great to see that they have expanded the inside allowing more seating capacity. The crispy duck is the best I’ve ever had! Great selection of starters too. The service is excellent on every visit. Understandably, it can get pretty busy so book a table beforehand. Parking is available on side streets.

Myself & two friends went here tonight... Staff managed to fit us in for a 1 hour slot last minute between 7 & 8 which was really lovely of them! Will definitely be coming here on my next visit to Bristol. The duck appetizer was fantastic, and their pad Thai was one of the best I've ever had. Make sure to book in advance as they're quite popular and rightly so. Took us a few days of trying to get a table before they were able to get us one towards the end of the night prior to closing, but despite that the service was fantastic and we didn't feel rushed at all. This place is easily a top 3 candidate for best restaurants in Bristol.

The whole restaurant is very clean. The dishes are very tasty. Especially the jumpo dishes available at lunch time-£14.95 for any three choices from a list of starters and mains. It is such a bargain! I could not finish it, so I had it packed for supper. Staff are very friendly. The boss lady always had a smile on her pretty face. We come quite frequently for family celebrations or friends gathering together. This restaurant, in my opinion, is higher in quality at more reasonable price.

Another lovely evening spent here at this restaurant. Visited with my wife and children of 17 and 12. Plenty on the menu to tempt all of us, and we eventually chose one of the set meals. Kids don't eat a huge amount, so ordered set meal for 3, to feed 4. There was more than enough to go around. Staff are lovely, all very friendly and attentive and always on hand without feeling they are looking over your shoulder. Will undoubtedly be back again soon.

We went for the set menu B. Starters were chicken sesame toast, prawns in breadcrumbs, satay chicken skewers and prawn crackers. They were all excellent, crisp and tasty and the accompanying sauces were piquant and delicious. The second course of aromatic duck didn't work. The sliced duck tasted of nothing but five spice powder, was too fatty and was pressed into the container over a layer of raw vegetables. The pancakes were all stuck together and could not be separated, so were unusable. Main dishes were Thai green chicken curry, beef with garlic and black pepper, vegetables wok-fried with cashew nuts and fire-fried chicken with chilli and basil. The set option is duck rather than chicken but the restaurant changed it at my request - top customer service right there. All the main dishes were far too bland. The beef dish tasted of five-spice powder and little else and the beef itself was quite chewy. The green curry had insufficient heat to counter-balance the richness of the coconut. The fire-fried chicken dish was the best of the four but, again, not enough heat. The jasmine rice was superb - probably the best I've had. For almost £50 for a takeaway for two people , this was not cheap food and really not worth the money. Customer service was excellent.

Really can't fault the value. To have 2 courses of decent thai food for £12 quid at lunchtime is great value. Portions were spot on too. Food is always very good. Servers always very polite and accommodating. One of the most authentic Thai restaurants in Bristol. I had the aromatic duck and it was close to the original. I just hope that the pancakes could be proportional to the amount of duck made more similar to the original fluffy ones and are steamed instead of microwaved. But I understand it could be hard to so as well. But it could improve the overall experience of the dish in a massive way!

Got a takeaway from this place multiple times and the food here is some of the best Thai food I've had. Quality is consistently high and the service is great. A slight delay in service for drinks and the order (we had to ask after 15-20 mins) but then all good apart from recieving starters before drinks which at this point were thirsty! Worth noting if you haven't been before they don't serve alcohol. The tapas starter is a great idea and really nicely presented. Crispy duck salad wasn't very crispy as it had too much dressing so went soggy. But the mains.... Amazing! Thai green curry portion was HUGE! Super creamy and just really well cooked! Sticky rice was great too and spicy prawn crackers weren't too spicy! I wish they delivered but will happily go and collect!!

Starters (Starter Trio) were delicious, accompanied by selection of sauces. Main meals (Prawn Pad Thai and Tamarind Duck with broccoli) were even better. Tamarind duck was super soft, falling apart in your mouth, perfectly steamed broccoli (softer than fresh but still slightly crunchy) all with a rather rich sauce perfect for dipping. Pad Thai arrived in a generous but not too big portion. Prawns were fresh and so was everything on the plate - full of flavour. We have also ordered Thai Iced Tea, although very tasty it was VERY sweet. However, I've had mine and half of my girlfriends anyway 😊. Everyday Thai has amazing staff, welcoming, helpful, and extremely polite! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, and I will definitely be coming back here soon. It's a good idea to book your table in advance as the restaurant was full when we arrived and stay like that throughout the 2 hours that we have been there. Forgot to add; prices are reasonable. You'll be getting very good food for the amount of money you're paying and you definitely won't be hungry!
