Delicious, messy, no nonsense burgers, actual unprocessed chips with extra servings. Great first experience. Only problems were the fact I did not order a milkshake unfortunately and volume of the music playing, difficult to hear order numbers being called. Staff are absolutely brilliant, must be said, and obviously coming back for more when I'm at Cabot again!

Good food but LONG wait! Took over 20 minutes for my burger to be made. Little frustrating when standing there for 20 minutes+ when Five Guys is designed to be a ‘Fast Food’ restaurant. The burger was tasty and hot, chips were very hot and plenty of extra chips thrown in the bag. But the long wait made the overall experience less “tasty”. Not a bad shout for lunch but I would avoid peak times as they clearly cannot handle more than one order at once.

I went in when my mood was super down, I guess the staff realized it and tried to cheer me up, which I am so thankful for! Sometimes all we need is a smiley face. Foodwise, the Vanilla milkshake, and burger were lovely as always. 9/10 will come back again

Order was super slow, so to apologise, they gave us loads -and I mean LOADS- of extra fries...which we couldn't eat (we had ordered the smaller portions for a reason)! Would have preferred a partial refund, as.it was quite expensive. However, burgers were really delicious.

Oh my god, this place is absolutely heaven in terms of fast food restaurants. You can either take the food away or sit in and eat. Personally, I enjoy taking it away and eating it on the way home. The burgers are always cooked to perfection, the milkshakes are always lovely and thick and a meal in itself. Lastly, the fries are fried to a lovely crispness that I've never tasted anywhere before. I could never fall out of love with this place and I'm afraid I might not ever do it.

This is one of the best burgers around no matter which five guys you are at. This one is especially good as there's plenty of room and a great crew running the place. A few things worth noting. Don't get a fries each. Share! They are large portions. The "little burgers" are the single patty burgers. The regular ones are double patty. All the toppings are free. And yes you can ask for extra cheese and extra bacon!!!! You're welcome. It's not cheap. But it's good. Easily good enough to justify the price. It can be noisy in there but there's plenty of outside seating too and the front of the store tends to be quieter.

I had a lovely burger and beef dog. Ahmed gave clear quick communication and came across very clear and understanding of what had been said. I find it is rare to have service that smooth. Cheers five guys crew was lovely

Although Five Guys was predictably busy this close to Christmas it was still a great dining experience. Great music playing (thanks to whoever turned up A-ha!) delicious food and awesome service as per usual. Thanks!!
