It's okay but gourmet not really it's amazing how your burger suddenly becomes £18 with extras. Could definitely do with seasoning the meat. Chips tasted like they been in a warmer for a long time and not fresh if doing gourmet as they say than chips to order. But the beer that was nice. Would I go back no as not worth the price. Glad I tried it. It's Gourmet by name and name only. Yes 3 stars with a bit of changes could be good

Loved the food and very quick service. I wasn't entirely comfortable with the ordering protocol though - prefer to place the order in person and make a payment at the end. Otherwise quite happy with the food.

Had a nice lunch whilst out shopping with a friend. Chicken burger with panko breadcrumbs was a little over cooked for my taste and really disappointed they no longer do the matchstick fries. Staff need to check the toilet more frequently as there was no paper over the course of an hour! (Luckily I always have tissues in my bag!)

Waiting staff didn't seem interested, were shown to table that had not been wiped clean. Ordered on the App. Alcohol free beer not available, it wasn't when I was at another GBK outlet recently - supply chain issue? Great burger! Located in the mall, there is no toilet in the restaurant. You have to wait to be seated and order at the tills. Only table service is serving. I had a child with me and was given a children's activity menu. I had to ask for crayons. The milkshake was amazing and the food was cooked and tasted great. Little bit pricey for just burger and chips. One adults meal and children's meal with a drink cost £25+

So yeah I enjoyed the food very much here there was only a slight problems so let’s get into it. GOOD POINTS ▪️food was tasty ▪️prices were decent ▪️ HUGE portion of chips considering they were regular ▪️Very friendly staff ▪️COVID friendly ▪️Very clean ▪️Cutlery and napkin comes in separate packaging (See photo) BAD POINTS ▪️Medium to well done burger was still little raw inside only a small part though (see photo) and when I told staff they did apologise but no offering but that’s fine as was a small part of the burger ▪️They’ve updated the app and if you had student discounts or vouchers they have now gone bye bye ▪️The new app itself is quite complicated ▪️Can’t order through the app as no signal in the restaurant (you can use the free WiFi but I choose not to as easy to hack) That’s it as you can only bad points are mainly to do with the app. I really enjoyed this place and will go again. Only thing I would say is get skinny chips they’re the best and can easily feed 2people with one portion. Now go out and try this place and enjoy.

Last visited: 12/6/2017 HEADLINES Premises: Modern, spacious and very clean burger cafe. Staff: All very welcoming, polite and efficient. Service: good but less efficient under pressure of more customers. Menu: Good choice of burger style meals, including vegetarian option. Worth the slightly high cost. Food: good quality. DETAIL Third visit in as many months to this very clean, modern burger cafe. Only a disabled toilet within the unit; others are just twenty yards away in the shopping mall. It's a full size deep unit with high ceilings so noise levels are bearable. Restaurant style approach on entry so you are welcomed by staff and shown to a table (but sometimes slow when busy). The menu offers a good range and meal 'bundles' that include a drink. Vegetarian options are available. Good choice of refreshing drinks like ginger and lemon grass as well. You note your table number and order at the till where you are asked how well cooked you world like your burger, again by polite welcoming staff. All food is prepared to order so there will be a reasonably short wait dependent on how busy they are. Polite and attentive staff bring your order to the table and check back later to see if you are happy with all aspects of the food. The food is prepared and cooked to an excellent standard and the presentation is basic but effective. The quality of the burger sets it aside from the fast food chains and makes the bigger price worth it. An experience and quality of staff and food that will probably make you want to pay a repeat visit.

Located on the first floor a couple of doors down from Wagamama. GBK serves quality burgers and American influenced diner food. The Burgers we had were clean, lean and very tasty and cooked to order including your preference for the grill time. Default is medium. Get discounts on the food with a loyalty app otherwise it's moderately expensive. 2 meals are circa £30

Absolutely delicious!!! From the burgers to sides, everything tasted wonderful. I tried the special "Tom" burger and the flavor - outstanding. Usually, during lunch time it's packed, but Monday evening seemed to be calm. The staff is chatty and atmosphere is posh. Even though it costs about 15ppp, would recommend!

Menu was really reduced and our meals were served about 15kg apart. However the server was so polite and genuinely apologetic. It was out of his control. Didn’t understand the delay as we were the only people on there.

Queue was not too bad when we went for a late lunch. Seated after a 15 minute wait which was great. They will recommend you to order through the app be served faster as they only let 3 people queue in the till to order. We ordered via the till and it was still quick. Ordered "the mighty" burger. Meat properly cooked, tasted great and not greasy. Onion rings was wonderful and the skinny fries were delicious. Overall a great experience. Will be back. The milkshake was also great.

I must confess that on occasion, despite feelings of guilt, I like a burger. They might not be the healthiest but nothing else is quite the same. Mostly however I am disappointed but not on this occasion. My burger was hot, freshly cooked and delicious. I also partook of a draught beer This meal hit the requisite spot very nicely. The staff were friendly and efficient and soldiering on well despite the current pandemic induced difficulties. All in all very good. The only comment I would make is for restaurants and shops not to remove all the fun. I know how hard it must be but please don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.

Mediocre at best. A 45 minute queue due to proper social distancing measures (👍) and the ordering app worked well for us once inside and seated by the very pleasant GBK staff. The burger itself was quite average, so thank goodness for the EO2HO discount.

First visit , at lunchtime, and we were pleased with our food. The burger was flavourful and my wife's chicken burger was also flavoursome! The only downside was our order of skinny fries arrived very lukewarm however this was rectified quickly and didn't distract from our experience. Not the cheapest burger meal option but worth the visit.

I visited this burger bar for lunch while out with a friend.... It was early so plenty of tables available.. We were shown to our table, placed our order (at the bar) and within 10/15 minutes our meal was served. Very good service, value and choice..... There is a lunch time menu from £5.95 which you can upgrade... Would definitely recommend and return... Perfect for kiddies with a smaller appetite

We stopped here as a family recently and had a great experience. Our 2 boys, both under 4, were very well taken care of by the fantastic staff. I've forgotten our servers name but she was a blonde Polish lady and she was truly fantastic. There was also colouring materials to keep the boys entertained. Our food arrived promptly, was hot and delicious despite it being relatively busy. It did not appear to be your typical frozen fare and all seemed to be made on-site. Far better quality than you'd find at your standard chain fast food burger restaurants. It was clean and well laid out. The next time we're at Cribbs I'd be very happy to eat here again, yum!

Lovely atmosphere, good relish, friendly staff and bottomless drinks. Most of the flavour comes from the relish (as the plain cheeseburger was nothing exciting) and though our table asked for medium burgers they were externally charred and dripping pink internally. Personally I don't mind beef very rare but the heat was evidently to high on our visit. Still one of the best options available in the Cribbs however with good beans burgers available as an alternative to the beef; we didn't try the chicken.

Obviously this isn't fine dining, however we really enjoyed our meal. The burgers are tasty and you can choose how you want your burger cooked. The fries with the spiced salt were also good. The only downside is it is quite expensive for burger fries and a drink. Although we will be going back.

Came here for lunch yesterday with my partner, i had a gluten free bacon cheeseburger which was nicer than others ive had, my partner enjoyed his aswell. I would eat here again but, I do think its a little overpriced with the burgers being around £11 just on there own and then you have to pay extra for fries/chips.

The food and service here are always so good, and theres enough verity on the menu to keep everyone happy. Their milkshakes and cocktails are to die for, and don't even get me started on their onion rings! Plus if you're like me and have the stomach the size of a sparrow, they're more than happy for you to put your leftovers in a takeaway box for on-the-go.

Popped in to get some dinner on Wed 4th July. The restaurant and decor is very welcoming. Our waiting staff was Zita, who was very welcoming and friendly. We had to wait a bit for a table. Once seated, we had a look through the drinks menu, which had a decent selection of wines and other drinks. The place must have been too busy/had a sudden surge of customers, for the amount of staff working/scheduled in, as they were struggling a bit. Zita handled this very well, and tried to be as attentive as possible. I had the falafel burger, as I didn't want anything too heavy, which to be fair tasted nice, but was a little boring/seemed unimaginative, as it was 3 falafels in a bun with some salad. They had run out of other veg burgers. I did feel everything was rushed and for the money I spent I didn't get the value for what I paid. If it wasn't for Zita trying to keep on top of it and the fact I was with a child who was hungry, I think i would have maybe changed my mind and eaten elsewhere. I'd suggest a few things, if it gets manic like this in a restaurant and you don't have enough staff, I'd maybe stop people coming in or ask them to come back, or give them a discount. :-)

Thoroughly enjoy visiting this GBK - we visit at least once a month. The service is always quick, food tastes amazing and its always as expected. The onion rings are the best. Burgers are always cooked to perfection and the fillings are so scrummy. The free nuts as a starter/snack are a lovely extra which you would never usually get with other restaurants. There has only ever been one issue here which was resolved quickly and has never happened again.

Genuinely good burgers despite being a chain! Get the app, you get free stuff (burgers, drinks, sides). There's an interesting selection of beers, but I always go for the rhubarb and vanilla cordial - it's delicious and you get free refills! Burgers are cooked medium, i.e. slightly pink in the middle, but you can ask for them to be well done if you prefer.

Burgers are very tasty, one of the best I have had. Burger breads are good quality. Service was good but I had to wait 40 mins for my order but place is busy around lunch time maybe that's why.. Staff is kind and hard working.. If they can serv the orders a little bit faster it could be better, also would help them as people wait to be seated in front of the place..
