The 3 course meal with a cocktail is very great value, especially considering the great service, atmosphere and general decor. I have to say the coriander falafel, steak, and goats cheese are very delicious. Also, the complementary sweet potatoe chips with cheese biscuits were a nice touch. I'd definitely recommend trying this.

I have eaten in the restaurant a number of times and it has always been really excellent. My partner is dairy intolerant and they have a menu just for him so he never feels excluded, which he can in other restaurants. The range of drinks available is also excellent and I would recommend them to all, they are also reasonably priced and not as expensive as I believe some perceive. I will definitely come back for more visits going forwards.

I've had lunch here twice now, the food, cocktails and service have been excellent both times. The lunch set menu is very good value at £18 for 2 courses or £22 for 3 courses, both options include a cocktail. Also tried a couple of cocktails in the bar, an interesting menu and both were very good. Recommend both the bar and the restaurant.

I can only give 3 stars to be honest because when I walked into the store a lady headed straight over to me, she asked if I would like a free service at the the brow bar so I said well my brows are tattooed on, she replied by saying we have products for that. I went with her and she did my brows. Cut along story short I felt like I has been pushed into buying the products which cost me £97. I am over here on holiday visiting my daughter and I was so stressed over what had happened. My son in law came with me to take the products back. Id been sold 2 of the same items aswell and the lady said that the products would make my face better. So that gave me stress thinking my face was bad. Anyway my son in law managed to get me a full refund and Tamsin was very helpful and made me feel so less stressed. The manager was also very pleasant and said that it should never of happened. So to Tamsin from the Bristol Harvey Nicholls I thank you so much for you help.

Ordered online and collected in store 2 days later. I was given the incorrect order and didn't realise untill I was home. I returned the following day and the staff were very apologetic and gave me my correct order. Very happy and great customer service.

A lovely department store with a great variety of beauty brands and a nail bar on the ground floor, also a relly stunning accessories area with the essentials and trendy pieces. First foor with womenswear and shoes is a dream every time. The atmosphere is stylish yet it is comforting to walk around. And so many gorgeous garments. Second floor has menswear with the best of different styles, and the food market. Here you can find all types of gifts possible. It's a perfect place to buy anything really. Except fresh ingredients. I love it. The restaurant and bar is located on the second floor and the absolute best place to hang out or eat in this area. I truly recommend it!

After having perused the breakfast menu on the Harvey Nichols website, my girlfriend and I paid a visit here on a Saturday morning. All of the staff were only too happy to help and made us both feel quite privileged to be enjoying such a dining experience, with the restaurant's lavish interior and view over the courtyard area of Cabot Circus. It felt like a classic dining experience, with the drinks and ice trolley. We both ordered the pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. Despite only one slice of bacon being served it was of obvious good quality. The pancakes were small in diameter yet satisfyingly thick and everything worked well with the rich maple syrup. The pancakes were particularly delicious as they were crispy on the outside, while soft and fluffy inside. We were both very pleased with everything concerning our visit, although the restaurant was particularly hot and stuffy upon this occasion. However, the staff were all to happy to adjust the temperature to our liking. Thoroughly recommended if you are in the area and feel like treating yourself without burning a hole in your wallet or purse.
