T. H.Clean and tidy environment, good range if coffees, snacks and cakes etc. Toilets are open plus they are clean and tidy. Upstairs not open which seems to be the norm which has a big effect on number of available seats.
k. M.It's kfc a bit hit and miss. (I say this due to the fact a young girl in the store fingered my mini fillet like a deck of cards whilst showing me all it had inside was chicken and cheese)
Apart from that I have had no issues in store and the manager is very friendly.

M. M.It's kfc so cannot hit it too much however these guys at willow Brook do tend to mess up your order on deliveries and refuse to re deliver the correct meal. 😑

They also provided some spare cups and plates for my friends.
Good service, good food... if the staff were more cheerful and friendlier, then would've given 5 stars.

J. R.We use this lot now and again when we need food in a hurry. Admittedly we live locally but the average times from ordering to delivery has been less than 15 mins. Thats pretty damn quick. Oh and the chickens always good and freshly cooked, not dry like others ive been to. Good work Colonel!

O. Y.Not the best KFC we've been to. Burgers looked a bit bleak, chips were cold, and we were only given 1 sauce + napkin between two of us.

R. T.If you want fried chicken this place is the best. Excellent choice of chicken based food. If you're looking for a healthy non chicken based food - avoid. There is nothing here for you! Waiting times are varied but as a fast food place there is a longer wait during lunch and dinner periods.

This one is usually pretty busy so you may have a bit of a queue for food, but in the plus side, the food is turned over more and is usually pretty fresh.

Little annoyance, when you specifically ask for 'no drumsticks' then you get home to find you have one !!

S.I have been in this particular KFC a lot of times, but I highly recommend to check each time how many pieces they put into your take away, because for me it happened a few times, that some pieces are missing a, I don't know whether is on purpose or an accident error, but do check and just nicely tell them that some things are missing from your order.
