Popped in for lunch and grabbed a Zinger burger meal. The place wasn't very busy and there was plenty of parking. Used the self service machine to order and the food was ready within a minute after I paid, great work. Place looked pretty clean and there were plenty of seating available. The Burger was decent, gravy was on point and the chicken wings were quality. A good choice for lunch.

Love KFC so a biased review, the restaurant was clean and the gents toilets too. The food is normally freshly cooked and always tasty, the service is friendly too. Easy to get to and lots of parking except at peak times it does fill up and the drive through is great but when busy it can be a long 20 minutes or more.

This was the best KFC I have every had. In the past I have used the drive thru and driven off later noticing something was missing. This time I chose to go inside the restaurant, the staff were helpful although they could have cleaned up the tables more.

I only use the drive-thru but i am happy with the inside it seems quite clean and the team seem friendly enough. On my last visit there was a considerable amount of mess in the outside areas of kfc. My only one bug bearer would be that the staff in the first window was very hard to hear and i thought the distance from the first window to my car was quite far and hard to reach the pay point it may have been better if the member of staff lent a little more forward.

Dropped a star for the wing and breast pieces of chicken in family feast were a bit dry even after being dunked in gravy. Possibly overcooked or left out on the warming rack for too long?

As fast food chain goes this one is mediocre. You know what to expect being a KFC, customer experience is varied from being pleasant to not so dependant due on who's working behind the cashier as well as the time of the day. The same can be said about the seating areas and their cleanliness. I will say, this restaurant/store does have a drive thru and self-service touch screen machines. Overall if you're not particularly fussed and looking for a quick bite from a well know food chain then why not pay them a visit.

Very busy place,not enough staff to clear the tables ,where previous customers were.People were putting other peoples trash in the trash bins which needed looking at, getting overwhelmed. The food was delicious and served piping hot,straight from the kitchen, Some customers seem to think fast food wasn't fast enough, but let's hope they didn't get food poisoning!! Its situation,needs to be addressed, theres competitive other eating venues round that Venue.

Overall an average fast food restaurant. I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness or speed of service. It was a warm day, boiling inside so I was basically forced to sit outside on the very unclean benches. The food was good however which was what I was there for after all!

Fast food????? No way! A Friday night and only two people serving (more were cooking). It took 45 minutes for us to receive our order. If we'd known it was going to be that long we'd have gone elsewhere. After more that 30 minutes someone else came to help serve (different uniform so guess it might have been the duty manager?). Good food, but from time to time it happens that they don't put all what was ordered especially when taking away food. So, make sure that you check before you leave how much they put and if anything is not missing. Today there were 2 pieces missing, and this is not the first time, so from now I will be checking if they out the right amount and j recommend you to do the same.

Took my girlfriend out for a proper romantic meal, she loved it. She had a family fest and I had a kids meal. Really nice meal surprised this place hasn't got a Michelin star. Any way after the food I finger blaster her in the back of my Micra and she noshed me off. Can't wait to bring the whole family

So-so kfc ! Been to better, drive through is always busy and the inside counter service seems to suffer as a result. I saw new staff that had to ask how to do everything so it was slower as well. Also had to wait for things to cook ... instead of being told when ordering and having the option to chose a meal that was ready !! Tables not cleared. Staffing issues here I think and probably can't keep staff !

Busy KFC at lunchtime, plenty of college and Airbus employees using it, perhaps the busiest KFC I have been in, though it is clean and the staff are pretty efficient. It's unlike most KFC you go to normally there is a huge queue, then a big wait for your food here it isn't too bad especially when it was as busy as it was.

Newly refurbished so nice & tidy. Looses a star for two reasons. Menu keeps switching to flashy animation just as you're ordering your food. Secondly, they offer you lots of extras 'on the side' which slows the whole process down.

Though they did correct it with extra chips 😋 Ps.. ordered a delivery 5/8/21 Half the order was missing really annoyed, don’t think we will have delivery again as this is not the first time, also drink spilt all over food. It's as expected really. I am not a fan of this chain on the whole as their restaurants and car parks always seem a mess. But it's a 'get what you pay for' sort of establishment, so the food is hot, quick and cheap if you're hungry.

Staff really friendly and helpful - better than most branches. Accommodated a beast and leg piece each for my 2 children, unlike bradley Stoke who couldn't possibly allocate 2 breast pieces in a single order, despite it being for 2 separate meals / kids - ever tried asking 2 kids to share a single breast piece? - or can you argue a wing is the same as a breast because I cant. Anyway at filton - Food was piping hot (again unlike many kfc where the chips can be tepid) + cooked to perfection. Only downside which is why this review is only 4 stars not the 5 the food deserved - - some really rough customers in, not sure if that's the norm as it's my first trip to this branch. Went on an evening as a treat to kids after cinema, 2 swearing parents screaming at their kids, with every other word an obscenity, bunch of teenagers running in and out of the restaurant obviously having some kind of drama. To be fair staff looked pretty intimidated by it, as were my children + I. Like I say food faultless and I'm not sure if this is the norm - will go back, just not at night.

The self service menu system is frustrating to navigate. In particular deals are advertised in the windows and there seems to be no obvious way to find them. I tried a few different sub menus but to no avail. How about offering a deals sub menu? Or better menus categorised by price, e.g. £2-£4, etc...

I am a big KFC fan and this is the best restaurant in Bristol. Food is fresh not too dry and overall made by the book. I drive all the way from Yate just because it is better than cribbs or Bradley Stoke. They also take your colonels club card
