Sit out the back or dine in. Food is hot and delicious. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great place for all the family.

This was my first visit and sadly I won’t be back. We have booked a table for 7 people and the restaurant was full to the brim. We waited an hour for starters and then another hour for mains. They need more kitchen staff and more waiting staff. I ordered pasta with Gorgonzola sauce expecting something really well presented and Italian, instead I got a kids cheesy pasta. My boyfriend visited two years ago and had exactly the same experience with regards to the service. Some of the food was nice but not worth visiting again for or the wait.

Our first visit to this Italian, my wife fancied some seafood and she was not disappointed... I went for the Veal, it was nice but yet again I ended up with food envy. Being mid January it was very quiet, literally just one other table in use. Staff were excellent, it's a family run business and they genuinely care, very friendly, very helpful with your choice and food was timely and excellent quality. Decor is really nice. Cost is reasonable and we'll certainly be visiting again soon.

Tiny portions of food for adult pasta dishes yet the child's pizza was huge...strange. spent alot of money and adults were still hungry.

Food was pretty good and well priced, we had a pizza garlic bread starter and a couple of pasta dishes for mains. Desserts looked good, but it took us 2 hours to get through 2 courses, so we couldn't be bothered to wait. Service was an issue, taking 20 minutes until food orders and then another half an hour for the starter to turn up. If you've got the time, it's good value for money.

I was suitably impressed with this restaurant. Plenty of room when we visited and the waiters were good at the start of the evening to take orders and timely service to bring food and drinks. The food we had was top notch, all of it from start to finish was excellent.They offered a wide selection of Italian fare and it's good to hear the constant hubbub from the busy kitchen chef. The end was a little drawn it though and this is were the 5th star could have been earned, we wanted to pay for the bill and get on our way and it felt like we were being ignored. From full attention at the beginning, to no attention at the end was very unusual if it's any help to the owner, teach your staff to be more aware for the whole experience, it ALL counts. . Other than that, still excellent and I would definitely go back there..

On the whole very good. Just a couple of gripes, we both ordered Veal dishes , no steak knives . Very difficult to cut with an ordinary knife but was lovely and render. From receiving dessert menu took 25 mins for someone to come back to us so we just asked for the bill. Food very good , service otherwise very good . Definitely go again .

I booked this restaurant for my birthday/family get together. There were 18 of us altogether and the table setup was perfect for the group. The restaurant is spacious, inviting, warm and spotlessly clean. The food was excellent, could not fault it at all. And the service (which is just as important as the food) was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a great evening and will certainly be returning.

Amazing! Enjoyed a dinner with my boyfriend. As have not been out to eat for a very long this was a real treat for both of us . The food was fantastic and atmosphere was beautiful and service was as good .over all I would recommend this place to everyone . our starters were a shared meat plater which was a great choice .For the Main course I had the special pizza and my boyfriend the la Famiglia chicken Another good choice,great food , great presentation. Lovely atmosphere here, & pleasant decor. Run by family so has a very nice personal touch. Excellent menus suitable for families & an evening dinner out! Easy parking, easy access. It's a licensed restaurant. Dogs are not allowed. I highly recommend but advise booking.

Visited for first time yesterday, Saturday night, table for 8. Impressed with the cosy friendly atmosphere, the staff, nice varied menu, nicely presented food and reasonable prices. Unfortunately the food itself was a bit disappointing to eat, taste wise didn't quite match the standard of everything else. Medium steak was overcooked, chicken breast a bit dry and tough, pizza very oily and prawn pasta lacking in flavour. I would go again though to check if that was a one off.

A bit different and nicely furnished, clean and tidy too. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the ambience was very nice with mellow music playing. The menu selection was adequate and well priced with great coffee but in our view the food was average. There was no heating on one of the coldest nights of the year to date which didn't help but it would have been nice to have been told this.

Nice local genuine Italian restaurant, very comfortable inside so ignore the car cleaning forecourt outside. We'd had a few family meals here and they have all been very good. Priced reasonably too. At times the service was a little slow but to be fair they were just getting going at that stage. I wasn't blown away by the Tiramisu as it was too much cream for me and not enough coffee but that's a personal taste. The main meals have been excellent. Chicken in a white wine source was fabulous. We will go again for sure.

I went to la famiglia for the 1st time with my girlfriend.it was a quite busy afternoon. For starter I ordered a antipasta meat it came out very well presented with a large selection of meat and it tasted very nice . For main I ordered pasta la famiglia , it was well presented and tasted so good it was the best pasta I ever had . I ordered cheesecake for desert it looked brilliant and tasted brilliant as well. I definitely will be coming back.
