Went here after my going to Boots with my daughter. Decided to eat out so save me a job to do. Got greeted by Tracey who was serving front of house. She went through the meals for me and my daughter. She was really helpful , friendly and welcoming. Tracey is lovely. Will defo be coming back again soon. The food was yummy too. The staff are very friendly :)

I prefer this rather than Colonel's chicken. This chicken it is not so oily. Food it is not so bad at all, but portions are a little bit smaller than used to be. If you compare price/quantity, Colonel's chicken is the winner. Anyway, I recommend it but not for everyday.

Asked for 4 nice chicken breasts but ended up with only 1 normally there's loads of chicken on them and you can pull chunks of but ended up scraping/picking it off with a knife and fork

Normally quick service. This poor guy was on his own but still kept s pleasant attitude, even to the impatient rude customers that couldn't emphasize his position! Food is great here, highly recommended is their chicken gravy!! Go large.

Staple hill Bristol KFC Just thought i would say I have been going between KFC & Miss Millies for years but for the last couple of years I've began to know a young lady who works in Miss Millies ! , her name is Libby , well , every time I go in there , like to night , well it was banging !! Could not fought it , but , if I don't see her , I'm afraid it's KFC ! . It's such a shame such lush tasting food can taste like chewing gum !! made by other staff members with no pride in their job . Well done libby 10 / 10 . Lynn

Had to wait a few minutes for them to open but manger offered me a discount 😁 waited. About 20 mins for food but food was hot and freshly made..gravy was Gurt lush. Staff could be a little bit more customer focused ( welcome smiles and go over and above) but still very polite seats could be a little bit more comfortable and slippery on floor so I stood up to eat..but clean and tidy. But still enjoyed the food. Try it and see 🐥

The food here is tasty, and the opening hours are amazing for nocturnal people like myself! Pricing is very reasonable, however took a star off as the staff sometimes seem a bit grumpy. Will remain a favourite go-to for treat days though!

We were the only people in there. Ordered over £35 of food, only received half of it, had to wait. Wasn't given the chance to check it. No napkins or wipes. We won't be rushing back to eat from there again.

I do love miss millies it is a big south west rival to kfc. I love the chicken and the gravy is nice and thick. There are plenty of special offers all year round. There is no seating so only takeaway and as such no customer toilets. But that is the case is all the different stores that I have been to.... but don't let that put you off the food is good enough to excuse that.

I often go to miss Millie's when I come down to visit family used to be a regular when I worked in Bristol as often stopped off when on late shift with not much open. Food has always been a bit hit and miss. Never anything bad but just the portion sizes , or how dry the food is where its been sitting for a bit. Night times are always the worst and if you have had a drink or look like you have they are inclined to give you less or the older not so fresh stuff, have seen it and had it happen to me. Saying that still love a bun strip meal but the strips are the thing that is so hit and miss, often pays to say something up front about it in a joking way or check before you leave as often its to much messing to go back. Ques are often out the door on a Friday night
