J. C.First time I went there 40 minute wait which is utterly bonkers considering how many tables were vacant etc from the second visit I see why as staffing is evidently an issue
Second time was quick seating but unfortunately lots of the drinks were out of order.
Service was as expected for the brand and food was of adequate quality but nowhere near enough sauce/peri salt on the chicken/chips
Staff seemed almost non existent and utterly overworked - more staff needed to meet demand
Not the best nandos I've been to but not the worst
H. A.Love their peri peri sauces and chicken.. serving are very small must take sides with each meal, a bit expensive but worth to try.. warm and cozy ambience, but in summer unbearable to sit inside.

Sometimes you might have to queue but they will take your name and send you a text message once the table is available. This is great because there is an arcade and bowling place in this retail park, where you can wait whilst the table is ready.
H. C.It's four stars as when the food arrived it was nice. The restaurant wasn't busy when I arrived and there were a lot of staff so my 25 minute wait was confusing. I asked a young man repeatedly for an update but he was more interested in 'customer liaising' and wasting the last minutes of his shift. There are some good staff who work hard who are carrying the others.....things were extremely slow until someone, maybe a supervisor, came in and then things sped up. Maybe phones only used in breaks? Maybe some form of staff recognition? There is a lot of potential but too many people doing very little.
F.Good to be back! Staff were very friendly and tables were very distanced apart for plenty of social distancing. Virtual queueing system and an online ordering system is enforced for minimal chance of human contact. (Unrelated review: not a huge fan of the new Garlic BBQ sauce, but worth one try to make your decision!)
G.This Nandos is very nice and clean. Good sized restraunt. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient..
food was good. Little disappointed in the size of the boneless platter,but was still delicious.
Good that you can make up your meal to your own liking. Free refills on soft drinks. Toilets here are clean. Lots of seating here.
