A very popular Nandos Restaurant due to it’s location. During the weekends, families shopping at Cabot will visit this location for their lunch break. Staff were positive and had a bright smile on their faces. Food arrived extremely quick and tasted as expected! Good overall experience!

Oh My Days. 1st time trying Nando's I will definitely be going back the food is out of this world. The staff so are happy, polite and friendly was an absolute joy having my dinner there last night.

Decided to pop by after picking up the step children in Bristol then doing a bit of shopping before the drive back to Cornwall. Service was really great, wait time was hardly anything. Food came out hot. Kids enjoyed it too. Went for the sunset burger with the new garlic mayo sauce. Definitely be back again.

Went there as a little treat with my other half as people always say how good it is but I was quite disappointed with the customer service - no one came to check how the food was . My other half had chicken thighs with fries ( theirs was fine) and I had a veggie"chicken" protein burger , it came cold and wasn't very nice but that might just be down to me personally so I could let that go ....however once I had made the complaint it was almost like I had to win an argument to get the refund! I am glad I did get the money back in the end. Little side note - the coke from the self serve was also almost flat :/ not a massive issue but was not pleasant and was kind of a little cherry on top

Mildly disappointed. Don't get me wrong : the staff worked hard to keep us happy and they did a great job. The chicken (a sharing platter) was very good indeed.... but something was missing, and that something was... more chicken. There was six pieces (two butterfly breast and four small thighs) between the two of us, so it would have been nice to have had less chips and a couple of extra wings instead. We didn't leave hungry, mainly because we seemed to have had chips with a side order of chicken. But hey its Nandos and it's niiiice. ✌

The staff at Nandos are very friendly and always ready to assist you. I have been coming here quite often and they even gave me a free meal that allowed me to order two free combinations. As a tourist, I understand why Nandos is so well known in the UK and recommend that people come try their food and different spices!

I usually visit the Nandos at Cribbs but I was in town shopping so my husband and I decided to visit for lunch. It was very busy but the time to get seated and served was great! We sat outside and the use of space is very good. The servers were very friendly and welcoming and it made our experience here even better. The food was tasty, as always. I would defiantly use this one again. Both the inside and outside of the store was very clean and tidy.

Always wonder why Nando's doesn't open shop in Bombay and NYC? It will do pretty well. Their chicken is good, sauces are excellent and side dishes are delicious. Tried their chicken thighs, 4 pieces, perfectly grilled and seasoned.. Very delicious. Got 2 sides, the peri peri salted fries (yum) and spicy fried rice, which wasn't so spicy. Service was poor. The order taking process is a bit slow and painful. Our server forgot a few of the items we had ordered, but then also gave us drinks on the house, so that was good. Tasty food. Deserves all 3 stars!

Not my favourite food but my daughter love's it. Not too expensive and not a long wait for food. Overall a great place to eat out, especially if you are a fan of chicken with spicy hot sauces. Deserts are unique and different, It's the only place I have eaten where deserts are a mixture of sweet and spicy and drinks are all you can drink if you choose to opt for iced coca cola.

We went here for a meal after trying a few places at Cabot Circus. With all the other places not offering much for someone with allergies. We were greeted by a gentleman called Stu at the door, who was very polite and extremely helpful. I have to this was one of the easiest and most helpful places for allergies. We have a child who is soya dairy gluten intolerance, and with their menu there a wide selection of items that were available. Our child absolutely loved which which made our dinning experience lovely as well. The food was very tasty and excellent. The only critism I could give is their desert menu didnt contain anything that would cater to ours child's allergies. Thank you for a lovely and enjoyable experience.

The manager there at the moment has no customer service and is a bit of a dushbag. They got my order wrong and as its only takeaway because of this pandemic, i went back to get it changed and he was gonna make me wait til he' d served all the customers. I advised my other food was getting cold , so he went and changed it muttering some ignorant comment as he went. My previous experience of him before this pandemic was also him being unfriendly and lacking customer service and consideration. Just because theres a pandemic on it doesnt mean you dont have to nake any effort towards your customers.

Simply excellent in all aspects. Food was hot, tasty, well seasoned, fresh and super reasonably priced. The service, which I received from several very young people (mostly uni students I believe) was polite, courteous and attentive. The overall experience was unexpected and way beyond any expectations given its a Nando’s which has led me to write this review. I can’t recommend this place highly enough for all of the above mentioned reasons.

The new queue system is a little confusing at first as when we arrived the virtual queue was shut so had to wait for it to open. Once in the "queue" you can go off and continue shopping until you receive a text saying your table is free. 👌🏻 Ordering on your phone from the table is super easy. Our only complaint is that some of the staff seem to prefer chatting with each other rather than checking if anyone needs a refill on drinks. Always love the food including the Beanie burger 😋

Always had good service and great food ....until today (14 Feb): Placed an order at 16h55 ,received it at 15h15. The wait wasn't really the problem,been left in the 'food warmer/food pass for several minutes resulted in lukewarm food at best. We were in a hurry so ate the tasty but cold meal and,as we were leaving, mentioned it to the manager who told us that '17 minutes was an acceptable wait time" ,however offered no apology for the cold meal. Our first time visiting this particular Nando's and everything was great. We were offered the choice to sit inside or outside and despite going at peak lunchtime, service was very punctual and the tables were kept clean. We'd definitely go back if we were local to the area.

Really impressed with this Nando's experience. We were in a rush to get to a film on time. Our waiter ensured that our experience went as quickly as it could of and we were done within 40 mins of turning up. The four of us had two chickens, two large fries and two sides, which all tasted great. All the sauces you wanted and all served quickly and with a smile. No wonder Nando's has rocketed.
