Decent food, friendly staff, average prices. Could offer a few more dishes I believe, starters could be a bit larger and the side salads could be of higher effort. Overall pleased though.

The place is quite inside than any usual restaurant. We went for a late in the evening for a dinner(appointment preferably). You are fine without appointment on less busier nights. The ambiance was kind of different than usual as you can see in the pics. Ordered Paratha Garlic naan Chicken tikka biriyani Garlic chicken tikka Chicken bhuvana Lemonade Diet coke The prices is just any other Indian shop by the taste was quite good comparatively. The owner n host were polite n friendly. Would definitely come again.. Update Went again and I liked it. Much better Indian restaurant compared to any other restaurants in Bradley Stoke/patchway area

Outstanding! What a find. We went there on Saturday 22nd October for an evening meal when we were staying locally. Very nice welcome upon arrival, lovely building and somewhat unexpected in an industrial estate setting but what a find. Its the best Tandoori mixed grill I've ever had and my wife nad a beautiful Chicken Tikka Biryani; will definately be back when we are in the area again.

lovely atmosphere, great tasty food. but be warned portions are massive. we should if ordered 1 and shared . but they did provide container to bring excess home which teenagers polished off next day. the drinks were pricey tho as always. Nice converted barn. pleasantly decorated .right next to motorway so easy to get to even though tucked away. but didn't hear motorway at all.

Hadn't been here for a long time but had leaflet drop saying under new management so gave it a try. Found the staff to be friendly and the food was good. Madras was tasty but a little tame for my liking but not an issue. Parking is good here which is always a bonus. Will definitely be going back again, soon. Booking on-line never seems to work for us wherever we go and that was the case here, so a phone reservation is the way to go. Give Saffron a go, I'm sure you'll enjoy your meal.

We've not been to Saffron for some time but received the menu through the door and decided to pay a visit. We were not disappointed. Lovely tasty food, good portions and nicely presented. The staff were friendly and the service was good. We won't leave it so long to go back.

My favourite Indian restaurant and now can be delivered by just eat, amazing as I was missing their delicious food. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough whether eating in or taking away/delivery you will not be disappointed. Delivery arrived much earlier than expected and was piping hot. Usually have a really good meal from here. Both meals we had tonight were not what we ordered. The sahar chicken was not. No lentils and egg. Instead a fruity dish with chunks of ginger. The chicken rezala was more a chilli chicken and lacked the smoothness of a rezala. I'm not sure what happened but this was not the quality we expect from saffron.

Our favourite Indian restaurant - never had a bad curry here. Service can be a bit slow sometimes but it's never been an issue for us - too busy chatting! The staff are always very welcoming and friendly plus they do 10% discount for NHS staff.

I ordered from here tonight as another food company let me down. It was a blessing in disguise as it arrived really quickly hot fresh and even tasted amazing. Onion bhajis, curries etc were all the best I've had and I have tried a wide variety of Indian restaurants. Will definitely order from here again.

First time out for a curry - all had vegetarian dishes. What a lovely place to eat - really friendly staff who gave a warm welcome, good choice on the menu, great tasting food, good portion sizes and overall a nice dining experience from start to finish. Little warming plates means a leisurely eat is fine. Was so good that we came away asking for a takeaway menu, but will certainly be back for in house again soon too. :)

Absolutely beautiful food - the best in Bristol! After a bad experience with food not turning up from another takeaway (from the Bristol Bawarchi) we decided to pick up an order from Saffron. It was delicious, ready on time and well priced. Will be ordering from Saffron every time in the future.

Nice staff and draught Kingfisher that was as good as I have ever had but we were given a table right next to the door and were surrounded by people picking up and ordering takeaways. Food was ok but a little 1990's for my palate. If you like thick red sweet creamy sauce in regards to your Chicken Tikka Masala then this is your place! Rice portions only good for one person or two people that don't have much of an appetite. Breads were excellent but it was very bizarre to see my left over poppadoms given to someone else!! Scored 3 as no 2.5 as an option...

Just had a takeaway from here and was left wondering if they had new owners as the meal tasted totally different but not for the better. My Madras was really watery and the butter chicken ordered for the children should really be renamed as 'coconut chicken' as that was all you can taste. At least the plain naan tasted plain. Wouldn't recommend (anymore) which is a real shame.

One of the best Indian Resutrants I've been to. Well pricedand great quality food, everyone nearby should give this one a go. Speaking as a hot chilli addict; If you're after super hot, the vindaloo is still a bit tame but it's full of flavour! They do takeaway too which has discount on certain days making already good value, to amazing value.

Fantastic Indian. The restaurant it's self is very cosy and quite. Would have massive group bookings here. The Indian is extremely nice, I drive 25 mins to pick my takeaway from here would highly recommend this place. It's very reasonably priced.
